When I first started using Direct2HR, I didn't have much issue outside of the pages not fitting my phone screen well. Now that they added an 'authentication' process where you are required to have a second app downloaded to be able to sign in, it has made accessing my account worse than logging in to my bank app; I am in a constant loop, being sent to another app to approve access, only to return to re-enter my login information, starting the process again. At the very least, being able to use touch identification would be better than a second app, but I don't see that coming in the near future :/

I updated Direct2HR and tried to log in, it sent a authentication to the Microsoft Authenticator and then I approved the authentication. But Direct2HR just jumps back to the log in page and then I have to do it again(with the same result every time). However, if I login on my computer and then login on with this mobile app, it does not ask for authentication and I can use it as expected. I think you are using the same JS APP across all platforms and obviously it didn’t work well.

Just downloaded Direct2HR for work and it works alright but it is very slow when trying to load. I hope there is a way to fix this issue because I like Direct2HR otherwise.

App works great to see my paycheck, leave balance and personal details. Easy to use and no issues..

Albertsons companies tech services keeps updating Direct2HR every other week. Every time it becomes more and more un-user friendly. Currently impossible to access any personal information other than name and phone. Time to do away with this department and use the money for something useful. Because this is a sick joke.

Direct2HR use to be so easy to access everything u needed now it’s just a completely new app that you can’t get into . It’s sending you to a page that’s saying update information but everything is updated. All I want to do is continue seeing my paystubs/paychecks

App not working all at can’t access pto days etc.

Authorizing my log in on a computer works just fine, but on my phone when i have to go to my secondary app to authorize that i’m signing in, I go back to the this app app and it refreshes and signs me out immediately...can’t even access anything. Horrible.

When I first downloaded Direct2HR, I was able to log in and check my stuff. Now every time I try and log in, it says something like “failed to log in. Authentication error” and I know I’m using the correct log in info. Plz fix Direct2HR

Direct2HR is CRAP. I deleted Direct2HR and reloaded it put in all my information but it still wants me to download a Microsoft app for authentication or is

The new 2 step authentication is stupid! Just made me delete Direct2HR ! Go back to the way it was!!!!!!!

Worked perfectly fine before we had to start using the 2 step MFA!!! Go back to what works, or make it easier to use!!!!

It seems like it used to work for a lot of employees in the past but from what I’ve heard it’s not working for anyone anymore, if we can get an update I’ll update my review but til then 1 Star.

Useful for what it is but needs more UI touchups, (slow/unresponsive log in, logging in twice to check schedules, etc)

Something with Oracle pops up and I can’t get on bc it asks for a sign in which I don’t have. This is after I sign in to my this app account. And this happens on the computer as well.
