Rarely, If you receive a product ordered from this page, you’ll be satisfied of it’s quality but ordering something from it is something hard and deficient, operators respond at least every 24 hours maybe 48, especially when they go for a bazar or black day, maybe it’s a shortage in the staff maybe not, anyway i recommend them to not go in a black day if they’re not ready to because it will cost a loss of customer.

My mom ordered 2 of the same item by mistake as she didn't realise she added 2 to cart until the order got delivered. She wanted to exchange the extra item but they refused by claiming that the item is sensitive and cannot garantee that their delivery company will bring it back in shape. The item was a heavy duty bucket with a round mop, delivered in a box that we didn't open, it was obviously sealed and we sent them pictures. And if we received them in shape, they can get it back in shape. They didn't care and kept claiming it's a sensitive product. It felt that they just don't want it back to get rid of their stock. Also if the delivery company is unreliable, that is not the customer's fault. They should completely take responsability of their operations. At any case, they cause so much frustration and they don't even compensate with a free delivery for example. Customer support team seems understaffed and unorganised. It takes them so much time to reply without any time expectation feedback. We've been trying to solve this exchange issue of one item since 9 days from delivery. Contacting them everyday. It's a waste of time and energy to buy from Ishtari. I also asked them where can I report a technical security issue I found, which is a leaking customers data from their website, and they totally ignored my message. So it's also not secure to provide them with your personal information like phone number and address. If there was less than a star for rating, i would have selected that option.

Worst ever experience with this online shopping application. I placed an order for only two items: a chair and body building box. I received one big box. I was not home; my husband paid the whole amount (within which 8$ for the delivery) since the delivery man told him that everything is in the same box. As soon as the delivery guy left, we opened it and were surprised that we didn't receive the weight box. And since we paid around 65 dollars for nothing, we started calling the delivery man and the company to claim the missing paid item. A lady replied on what's app confirming that I still have one box to receive. But it's been a month and till today after several messages sent to Ishtari, nobody's delivering the box nor refunding our money nor apologizing. Always giving excuses and pretending they will ask the company to deliver and sometimes asking me what's the problem as if they don't know. Over and above, the quality of the chair I received, was very poor. We had to buy some parts that were not included in the box to be able to fix it. I don't recommend at all dealing with such people and such company especially that they stole my money. And it could be your turn... So be aware.
