Ive logged in and paid for a rail card but your web site is telling me there is a problem with my email address / password.

Tried to use online senior railcard but was refused at Torquay ticket office as my iphone had no internet in the station. Showed clerk a screenshot of online railcard with my photo but he made me pay full price as it wasn’t ‘live’
This is worse than regular railcard. What is the point of the photo if the ticket office won’t accept?

I’m pretty internet savvy but this app has failed me 3 times at the station. Without perfect internet (which many stations don’t have) it’s impossible to fix. If you’re lucky staff can sometimes help but normally know less than I do.

Hard to know what is needed to board a train. Had to reload railcard on device; dont see purchased tickets. No help button. No use instructions, no email options.
Glad I printed as a backup!
