To whom it may concern, I just had a really bad experience with the app and website. I am not able to pay with any of my registered credit cards. I reloaded my credit card and my billing address a few times from a few devices at home. However, there is no way to get the subscription paid. I think that I'd rather pay a few extra dollars to other service/app instead of wasting my time in Fanatiz. It is quite FUNNY that a business WANTS to make MONEY, and at the same time, it makes difficult for the clients to pay for. Sincerely, Marcelo Martinez

Fanatiz keeps crashing

Live game freezes on tv runs fine on iPhone , I uninstalled the app and loaded it agin , still does the same , i log off and all divides and try only the tv and still does the same . Any help ?

Fanatiz always worked great, but recently it stopped working on my Samsung 7series TV. I’m located in Toronto and it always worked well. I contacted Fanatiz via email and explained the situation and a customer rep replied to me stating that Fanatiz doesn’t work on TV browser… I copied and pasted the Fanatiz info for the poor rep, he is probably not well trained or was under pressure. My question is ; did Fanatiz did recently updated its system? If yes, how can I be able use it my account again on my tv? Sincerely, Sandro.
