I have been an on and off subscriber, I was very happy two years ago when I first got Fanatiz , I watched many games from the Bolivian league. I canceled because I found another way to watch the Bolivian League, however, I continued to contact Fanatiz to see if anything changed in their programming. At the beginning of the year, I again subscribed and noticed that none of the Bolivian games were available even though they still had the logo on the menu. When you clicked the icon you got the image of no matches at this time. I emailed Fanatiz and told them what is going on and they said that they would show the following weeks game, no I have been waiting a month and half, and no matches during this time I have sent several emails with my concerns and I get the same response that a third-party provider isn’t providing the stream. My question is why do you continue to advertise it on your website and your app. Remove the logo so there is no confusion. Horrible app. and phony advertisement.

I thought I’d be saving money by paying $9.99 or whatever, instead of $40 to watch games every now and then. Every time I would try to watch a game I wanted, like River-Boca, Fanatiz would fail, or it wouldn’t transmit some game I was expecting to watch, because of the limitation of the channels it offers. I’ve been trying to unsubscribe for a bit, and they make the process extra hard to do so (no app makes it easy to get out, because they are loosing business) I’m writing my first review to express the frustration these domino of failures has created, and, consequently, my attempt to unsubscribing, and failing. Hopefully I can get some help here, because their customer service is non existent, and I don’t want to pay them $10 come the next billing cycle, ‘cause they’re not worth it. Save yourself a headache, don’t sign up with these folks.
UPDATE, I tried to leave Fanatiz , but I’ve been charged for another month of this useless app. Please, don’t support lame companies like this one. DO NOT GET Fanatiz. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

As a seasoned cord cutter I have been very judicious about my video provider selections. One thing I have had a problem with here in the States is the lack of anyone carrying La Liga without subscribing to additional content I wouldn’t watch.

FuboTV is just to expensive but a great service. I just don’t like Sling. A friend told me about this app, so I tried it out. Fanatiz is functional on the iPhone and the picture isn’t bad. I was watching with a friend that uses FuboTV for the Barcelona and Valencia match and there was a 3 second delay on my end.

Next I used Fanatiz on my AppleTV. I found Fanatiz to not be visually appealing but it worked.

That said, the stream was utter garbage.

I found it painful to watch. I would guess it was 480p upscaled to 720i. The ghosting was constant whenever there was any movement of the camera on the ball. The picture was not very clear unless everyone was standing still on the pitch. The more troubling thing is that this was a recorded match, it wasn’t even live.

So for $7.99... I don’t know. I like the price but the video quality is iffy on the iPhone and unwatchable on anything else. If this app upped their game on a better quality steam and didn’t compress the heck out it I might consider coming back, but it’s just not worth it at the moment.

Has all the beIN channels, including connect. GOL TV, TyC Sports too for other South American leagues as well. I have a high speed internet connection. A great streaming service if you’re watching on a mobile device or iPhone. However, if you watch this app using an Apple TV or Roku on a big screen TV, it’s pretty obvious there are severe bandwidth limitations on all of the channels they stream. I’ve had the service for about a week and have seen pixelation on every broadcast. It’s as bad as when beIN was still carried on DirecTv and that awful beIN Connect app was available to us-same bandwidth issues.
A very reasonably priced service to get your La Liga fix. If you can overlook the streaming issues then it’s a bargain for Spanish football fans that can’t get it in linear TV.

this app has very reasonably priced service for seeing soccer matches that would either be unavailable or require a much more expensive service like Fubo. As far as I know, it is the only source in the US for the Portuguese Primeira Liga. It carries many Latin American leagues as well as Spain’s La Liga. Channels include BeIn Sports feeds (in Spanish or English) and Gol TV among others.

All for much less than you spend on Netflix.

The picture quality isn’t fantastic, but you have no trouble watching the match. If you care about the game more than a fancy tv, you won’t be disappointed and the price point is very reasonable.

Persistent technical issues. You simply cannot count on watching an important game without something happening (no sound, frozen image or even worse, not being able to connect at all). It can become a very frustrating experience! What you can surely count on is getting an email the day after explaining what went wrong and offering their apologies. Although this is a nice gesture, it is too little and too late.
Also, by now there should be an app on the AppleTV (and similar services). Having to stream it to a TV is not the most convenient way.
this app covered a void in the market and could have been a huge success. Unfortunately they do not live to the expectations.

All your South American football, including local leagues, cups, and continental cups in one place! That alone makes it worth it, compared to the boring and predictable apps that only have European football. In addition to that, you get all the bein channels and some other ones. Some European leagues are included too (like ligue 1, so all of Messi’s games are there), and, this year, the African cup of nations was a delightful bonus. Would 100*100 recommend.

I literally spent the last 45 min trying to cancel my subscription... they wanted me to send them proof that the website was allowing me to cancel. I tried to cancel at least 10 times on the website with safari & google chrome... no luck.. I just kept getting the loading signal. When I called customer service she kept telling me to use a computer(which I don’t have). While I was in the phone she told me send her proof... and kept asking to use a computer... I finally borrowed my friends laptop and it did the same thing... I sent video of loading screen and finally they canceled it... bad service all around!!

Servicio al cliente horrible, me equivoque al seleccionar las emilinatorias de Uruguay (Celeste) yo queria Argentina (Albiceleste) y no me quieren cambiar el plan, no me quieren devolver el dinero, me dicen lo siente, ya pagaste ahora no te solucionamos el problema. No hay forma de comunicarse, no responden, no puede ver ni un partido de Argentina. Me robaron $50 dols.
Horrible customer service, I made a mistake when selecting the Uruguayan team (Celeste) I wanted Argentina (Albiceleste) and they do not want to change the plan, they do not want to return the money, they tell me they are sorry, you already paid now we will not solve your problem . There is no way to communicate with them, they do not respond, they stole $ 50 from me.

They will just overcharge you for games. Their COMEBOL World Cup qualifiers is like we went back in time 15 years , back in progress of soccer access in America It is insane the amount they are asking per game ($30 per game, over $250 to watch all the games in a week of qualifiers) when last World Cup we could watch all of them through bein sports. Do not support this company unless you want more soccer be overcharged here in the USA.
Hopefully they will not succeed and we go back to what it should be , bein sports showing all the games or another channel , not charging per each game. Screw this business model that juts tries to abuse the consumer.

Great product , so much potential , but few complains ;1 the audio doesn’t work properly , it’s a nightmare ! The week before of a main game Fanatiz really is one of the best in America , the match day Fanatiz really has so many problems .
2 the streaming only works sometimes on internet , why should I have download Fanatiz , well , just trying to live the experience and get the option to connect with a chromecast . I hope you guys gonna fix those little problems and make great Fanatiz , we are expecting so much on you. Thanks

Got it for AFCON. The games are all over the place they dont list the correct channels that the games are on, they sometimes dont list them at all you just have to click on every channel till you find what you are looking for. The picture quality is not great. And the worst of it all in the middle of the game theyll just randomly go from the game to a fullscreen pop up message that says well be right back or something similar. At first i thought the message was for technical difficulties but no it pops up every single game a few times.

I love being able to watch every game of the Superliga, and the apps work very well. The only improvement I could ask for would be to not sign me out if I change the device I’m signed in. I would prefer a format like the NFL Sunday Ticket app, which tells you that you can only watch from one screen at a time.

I've been a subscriber since the early days and I can say that this app has come a long way in reliability and signal quality, as well as greatly enhancing its product lineup. The fact that I can now see the Argentina Superliga, Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana in HD, on demand, in one place, from any device makes this app my favorite place online, by far.

So so happy this app exists! Without them I wouldn’t be able to watch Boca Juniors games from the US, which is crazy. There are a few bugs with the service, but they have been making steady improvements and definitely listen to feedback. Overall the video quality is great, and Fanatiz is heaven-sent. Gracias!!

This service is very solid for the price. I can watch La Liga and the South American tournaments for a nice price that is half of the closest competitor. Only issue that I have is that there isn’t an app for Samsung smart TVs, fortunately my TV is Airplay 2 enabled so I just use that. It would still be nice to have an app for the TV in the near future.

I sign up by mistake for the yearly wanting to watch only one game I notice it and immediately I sent an email to cancel and refund the subscription after 5 min of doing the mistake I got a response back more than a week later asking me for proof of payment with I provide only to get an email 2 days later saying that the refund was not possible what a waste of time no phone numbers to call only e mails that they respond to weeks laters to just waste your time .

Fanatiz lets me watch games that not so many platforms let you, they do have important Conmebol tournaments for instance. I would like them to improve their spread of south American leagues availability. As far as technical issues I keep logging out for no reason. Other than that it works well.

While Fanatiz and subscription could have a lot of potential, the experience leaves you frustrated and massively disappointed. Technical issues below. In addition, once you pass the free trial period their customer support is not interested in helping and proactively tries to close the tickets with no resolution.

Save yourself the headache and get your football content from a proper content distributor.

Technical issues:
- stream constantly freezes, stops or crashes the platform completely
- on iPhone platform requires mirroring and implementation is dine whereby your iOS device has to be on that screen all the time rendering the iOS device useless for anything else
- app constantly requires new login
- crashes on other platforms like fire stick

Avoid!

I really like this app, I get what I want when I need with no last minute surprises like other streaming that would have a game schedule and in the last minute they would not stream it because whatever reason... so yes, amazing service simply because they deliver what they have scheduled.

I got Fanatiz to see Portuguese soccer l am happy with the quality and streaming of Fanatiz I didn't give it five stars because it doesn't have the Portuguese cup games I hope they get them I do recommend getting Fanatiz

This is the second time hat happened ! I was trying to watch my favorite team Boca Juniors and it didn’t stream it. First tame was against talleres, they apologized for the inconvenience by email, but that’s it. Second time it happened against River plate. And i am not happy about it. I hope they are going to give my money back. I am just follow Boca. I don’t watch anything else. I will cut my subscription. Just because when i am trying to watch my favorite team I can’t. Nice try with Fanatiz . You need to improve a lot.

Great service, great app. However, audio when app is in background would make situations where you want to watch the game but can’t have Fanatiz open all the time a lot better.

When trying to watch River Plate it always seems to have an issue: it either freezes, has no sound, has important lag moments, or an error message just pops up out of nowhere. They could do much better with the image quality as well; I always ask myself why other streaming apps are able to stream in 1080 without lag or freezing and apps like this one do not do so.

This service has been improved a lot in the last few months and I have no doubt will continue to get better!
