I have been an on and off subscriber, I was very happy two years ago when I first got the app, I watched many games from the Bolivian league. I canceled because I found another way to watch the Bolivian League, however, I continued to contact the app to see if anything changed in their programming. At the beginning of the year, I again subscribed and noticed that none of the Bolivian games were available even though they still had the logo on the menu. When you clicked the icon you got the image of no matches at this time. I emailed the app and told them what is going on and they said that they would show the following weeks game, no I have been waiting a month and half, and no matches during this time I have sent several emails with my concerns and I get the same response that a third-party provider isn’t providing the stream. My question is why do you continue to advertise it on your website and your app. Remove the logo so there is no confusion. Horrible app. and phony advertisement.

I thought I’d be saving money by paying $9.99 or whatever, instead of $40 to watch games every now and then. Every time I would try to watch a game I wanted, like River-Boca, the app would fail, or it wouldn’t transmit some game I was expecting to watch, because of the limitation of the channels it offers. I’ve been trying to unsubscribe for a bit, and they make the process extra hard to do so (no app makes it easy to get out, because they are loosing business) I’m writing my first review to express the frustration these domino of failures has created, and, consequently, my attempt to unsubscribing, and failing. Hopefully I can get some help here, because their customer service is non existent, and I don’t want to pay them $10 come the next billing cycle, ‘cause they’re not worth it. Save yourself a headache, don’t sign up with these folks.
UPDATE, I tried to leave the app, but I’ve been charged for another month of this useless app. Please, don’t support lame companies like this one. DO NOT GET THIS APP. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I literally spent the last 45 min trying to cancel my subscription... they wanted me to send them proof that the website was allowing me to cancel. I tried to cancel at least 10 times on the website with safari & google chrome... no luck.. I just kept getting the loading signal. When I called customer service she kept telling me to use a computer(which I don’t have). While I was in the phone she told me send her proof... and kept asking to use a computer... I finally borrowed my friends laptop and it did the same thing... I sent video of loading screen and finally they canceled it... bad service all around!!
