App doesn’t work
After setting up for the first time, I went back to the app to modify the timing and I haven’t been able to pass the log in portion, I know is the right one since if I try a wrong one it tells me is not that one... so... now we are stuck on the same setting. I have deleted the app, log out... nothing works, and there is no costumer service to address the problem

Difficult to use! Worst App EVER!
Great product if you can get it to work. Once you get the diffuser going NEVER touch or adjust it. The app is awful. Extremely frustrating. It gets stuck on the login page and you can’t do anything about it. My diffuser hasn’t been working in over a month due to the app. I would like to rate the app with ZERO stars.

Log in issues
It’s not letting me log in, it only beeps one time or twice but it stays loading and nevertheless me in. The app is also missing the feature where it tells you the amount of the oil percentage. We have no way of knowing how much is left
