IME Pay Reviews

My colleague sent me money from IME and when I tried to load it in my wallet. Says “Transaction not found”. I contact with operator also mentioning this, but could not solve the problem.
Finally I was able to load it myself from my android phone.
Poor operator service.
Try to keep an expert on operators' seats.
And try to fix this issue in IOS.
I m very disappointed. And this happened during the lockdown and no any IME agents were available nearby me due to complete shutdown.

I have never seen any app that does electronic transfer so slow!! They dont even use electronic transfer instead only transfers during working hours!which electronic transfer does that??

I really don’t recommend IMEPay . Day before yesterday one guy came to my WhatsApp and messaged me to give him 25000 and requested on my wallet at that time I denied his request as 25,000 is very big amount for me to earn in Nepal .After all he made report for fake issues for my this app wallet and leads my account block .

I’m really sorry for Nepal and Nepali wallets as they do the actions immediately without research to the users wallet I have very less transactions which I usually do for my personal work and personal purposes as you all can see ..

In Nepal everything will be ok if we agree to give money to robbers(GUNDAS) many institutions are linked with gundas to make their income .

Unwanted changes in every steps, isn’t their any governing body to monitor it???

Such a worst this app app ever. No knowledge by costumer representative in assisting its customer. They hang you in saying different things and not resolve the main issues.

It doesn’t let me complete transactions until I fill the KYC, but when I try to fill the form, it doesn’t open up camera app.

Why do you keep sending push notification saying 5% cash back on mobile top up, but do not actually provide any discount on recharging?

Is it only with me or everyone else. App is stuck on the first page while loading 90% of time.
Developers please work on its improvements

IMEPay is just Trash, I have downloaded IMEPay to vote for Dancing with stars Nepal. Initially it ask me to register so I did register and voted. Now it ask me to register everytime. where is login button for those who already registered ? Dear developers please pay attention to this.

Bank of kathmandu is not available now before i used to make my transaction from BOK but i am not able to make any transactions so try to fix it soon

App crashes frequently on ios.

While about to pay on counter, IMEPay sometimes forces me to update first. Since other people would be in queue on marts, I am forced to use eSewa on such situation.

I like the new UI. It is pleasant and IMEPay is very smooth now. They are adding new useful and promising features. I highly recommended to use IMEPay.

Provides all the necessary features for daily life use. App is smooth and easy to use.

I found the link bank feature very easy. It would be much nice if I could link my debit or credit card like bank account and make payment on the go with those linked cards. And also I want more banks in the link bank options. I found it quite useful than khalti and earwax.
