Just purchased and downloaded EZAudioCut but disappointed to find upon opening that it just provides a blank sheet. The “audio” folder at the bottom is inoperable, so there is no way to open and choose any file to import for editing! Only function available is the red record button to use the microphone for creating a recording. So EZAudioCut is pretty much worthless.

Pretty much all the apps cost money now for the features you want or need. That is fine but in my haste to just get one and get the job done I chose this one and wish I hadn’t. The functionality is limited and the interface clunky. It is not easy to get out of a task if you want to start over or try some thing different. There are very limited tools and not even a fade in or out which is what I really only needed besides cutting the length of the song. Oh well live and learn.

This is a good app does what it says but it only work on the device. You can’t copy and paste it to a friend or on a social media site!

The main problem I have with EZAudioCut is that you can't apply any of the effects to a selected portion of the audio. For example, if you increase the gain, it applies the extra volume to the entire track, so if there’s a small section of audio that needs a boost, there's no way edit it.

When denoising a vocal track, it shuts down EZAudioCut during the process. I also lost a track during editing and not saving. Please save as you go. Hopefully, there’s a fix soon because I like EZAudioCut . For now though, I’m going try to find something else more reliable.

Lacks some basic features:
- unable to select a section and discard the rest. One can only clip the selection
- once in the edit mode, one cannot cancel out of it. Has to be saved.

I love everything about EZAudioCut… except the ability to use the watch to control recording on the phone. After much effort, I’ve been able to start and pause recording, but not resume. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a “cancel” option when creating or editing recordings. I don’t always want to save what I’ve done. If these things were fixed, and some kind of guide to using the watch app were added to the help section, I could give EZAudioCut 6 stars! I’ve finally found a replacement for the “Mic’d” app that stopped working a couple years ago.

New to use it. Works for simple editing. That is all I need it for.

it works as advertised but there is room for improvements, i hope there will be more features such ad cut and paste option, dark mode, make app faster ,and user friendly UI. Otherwise, the developers are doing good job on EZAudioCut. thanks!

Not a day goes by that I don’t utilize its excellent conversion features. Quick and efficient. Top shelf.

Some cool effects as well as a nice way to edit audio.

Works great for my needs as an audio/music professional.

Used Apple’s Voice Memo for years (until they updated it for the worse). Tried about 15 other similar apps, but none met my needs.

None, until I tried this app. This terrific app makes editing so easy. You can expand the waveform to make precise edits. Cutting out the unwanted entries has been simplified.

this app is now my go-to voice app for all my recordings.

Good Old School app tech that still work’s light years beyond other’s that do similar. Will always use EZ Cut for particular purpose. Ten stars.

Having never used anything similar or having any audio background, I was able to use this program to clear up completely garbled, unintelligible pocket dial voicemail audio to be undeniably understood. Pretty great program.

I am studying for some tough exams and recording Audio is a really good tool but I can standing listening to normal recordings with all the background noise. EZAudioCut works great.

Open video and audio from other apps, select desired range from the waveform, export to mp3 and send to other apps. Very well thought out, couldn't improve a thing. Job well done, and that from a perfectionist!
