Elevate Parcel Reviews

I have a need to use ElevateParcel multiple times a week. It works, just not very well. Needs lots of improvements ElevateParcel crashes or just flat out fails to show any parcels just shows the map. App constantly fails to switch county’s just goes to a blank white screen. When I try to zoom in on the map it always thinks I’m swiping left and goes back to the menu or the map just takes off to another county. My friends constantly complain about all the apps issues. EGIS Mobile ran flawlessly for me and was super easy to use and very reliable I would love to have it back again and just delete ElevateParcel all together. App support team if you need to know how to make changes to ElevateParcel then make this one look and work like the old one!!! Shouldn’t be that hard please fix.

I didn’t get into ElevateParcel, aside from downloading, and providing my personal info., so I’m not going to comment on its functionality. However, I am going to comment on Elevate Parcels, willful, and deliberate omission of information provided in their description of ElevateParcel , prior to downloading, that if the customer had known, they would not download ElevateParcel. ElevateParcel only provides information for less than 20 counties in the state of Indiana. Unfortunately, it is only after downloading, and providing personal information, that the customer realizes that they were dooped. So basically, Elevate Parcel, gets something from everyone- their information and time, (time, so precious) but very few, (and only from the state of Indiana,) get something from them. Not fair Elevate Parcel!

No longer can view latest sales on mobile, constantly having to redownload to fix issues.

I have to regularly delete ElevateParcel and reinstall. Can someone please update this or sell it to someone who will? Hope my county government isn’t paying Schneider GeoSpatial for this.

I have to uninstall and reinstall ElevateParcel all the time. I have use ElevateParcel daily for work and after a lot of use, it slows way down, freezes, and ultimately I have to uninstall it

Nobody wants to keep ElevateParcel on their phone forever. Sometimes you just want to view something temporarily. ElevateParcel will not let you view anything without creating an account first. Not worth downloading.

I use ElevateParcel earlier today, and I was trying to use it once again and it fails to load anything at any time you click on anything it freezes I have uninstalled and reinstalled ElevateParcel and nothing seems to work

I use ElevateParcel a lot when responding on fire/ems runs and I often have to completely uninstall ElevateParcel and reinstall it because it gets stuck on the blue dot loading screen. It’s a shame that counties pay for this service and this is the quality of app provided.

I use the web browser version of this GIS frequently, and while it has issues, it (typically) works and provides necessary information. My experience with ElevateParcel is that you select a county, log in the first time you use it, and then it goes to that county’s map every time thereafter. However there is no information there. I can toggle the satellite layer off and on. But that is literally the extent of it. I cannot click parcels, a search returns no results. What is the goal with this? Why do you provide an app that has literally zero functionality?

As a software engineer, I am amazed this version was even released in the first place. It is completely useless. Nothing loads. Don’t waste your time until they put the proper resources into developing this correctly.

Don't bother downloading, it's a waist of time. You can't print anything out, it doesn't give you much options to do anything, and the information is nothing like the computer app. Come on people it's 2017 computers and phones need to be equal on some levels.

ElevateParcel has stopped working for me and hasn’t worked for a few weeks. It’s not a matter of a single feature being broken. The entire app won’t load and a reinstall doesn’t correct the issue.

Apps “works” but is irritating. Pictures don’t work, moving between properties isn’t fluid and if somehow you get signed out like I have and can’t remember your password they won’t send a reset link. So then ElevateParcel becomes completely worthless.

This used to be a usable app! Now you can’t get past the option to set up a new account. And when you do jump thru all the hoops to set up the account and then verify your email it doesn’t recognize your account and tried to make you set up a new account.

Sad... so sad.

I use ElevateParcel on a daily basis, and it constantly freezes up, crashes and makes me log BACK in after every use. Changing counties is exhausting, heck Morgan county won’t even work. I swear, if I didn’t rely so heavily on ElevateParcel, I would delete and never use it again.

I didn’t even want to give ElevateParcel one star. It’s terrible. Whatever changes have been made are keeping users from being able to utilize the service. Clearly by the reviews it needs some work. I can’t even set up the account it requires you to make before using. Been this way for like a year or better now.

It’s amazing county commissioners can get away with this. This should be a free public service like in properly run counties. And of course the interface is trash. The commissioners don’t pay for it and these exploitative app developers don’t care based on years of bad reviews. There needs to be legislation for unified taxpayer online access to this public data. Most counties already have it, all counties should have it.

I agree with the other reviewers,the only I have a step by step instructions by someone who is professional at the web. She found your site difficult. I on the other hand even with her set of instructions i find it impossible. The counties are incomplete, there’s no way to move around. It doesn’t accept the requested information. Only good thing is, if your working on patience there is plenty of opportunity .

Do NOT waste your time with this. You have to create an account before you can even use it. Why? Just so you can go through the frustration of not getting that part to work. Massive waste of time trying to set this up. Never got it to work. They seem to have put more effort into gathering your information than making a working app. Maybe at some point in the future someone in the development team will actually try using ElevateParcel before they release it.

I use Elevate regularly. Or I used to that is. The recent updates do not let me log in to app using my credentials after being required to setup an account. The buttons to select sign on, create account or use guest option are bunched up (portrait and landscape modes) and only allows for new account creation. So for me who used app daily, this requires me to have 365 email addresses per year to even use ElevateParcel . This needs fixed so ElevateParcel is even usable. In its current state, it has a nice Elevate logo. Please fix!

A very annoying program. While it mostly functions eventually, it is quite filled with glitches. For example, after paying the subscription, I’ve found it necessary to delete app from phone then download app again and login again just to get phone out of “ freeze” mode. I personally am of the opinion, given the operational challenges of the program, a daily subscription charge of perhaps $.99 may be more appropriate than the current rate of $7.50.

ElevateParcel is great when it works… which is about 50% of the time.

Love ElevateParcel but have been having problems loading it for about 3 days. Is there an issue??

I use ElevateParcel frequently. As a contractor, I often need an idea of property lines, correct addresses, and occasionally what the homeowner’s name is (if spelling is questionable or I couldn’t understand it over the phone). Some homeowner’s try to claim more property than is actually theirs, and this is a good starting point to clarify. I’ve used both versions. This one is more user friendly. I recommend ElevateParcel.

This parcel viewing app is intuitive and really helps our Town have the ability to view and research parcel data. It has aerial photography from multiple years, zoning information and many other layers to help manage properties in municipalities.

Love ElevateParcel, find that I refer to it quite a bit! My only wish is that every county was onboard and available to view, but I understand that it may take some of the smaller counties some time to catch up to today’s technology. I did like being able to sign in as a guest when it was eGis, although registering my email wasn’t a big deal to me. Thanks for the great app!
