I had DNA for two days and I wasn’t able to use it once. Every time I tried to get into DNA it would buffer for 20 minutes and then crash. When I tried into get into DNA again right after, it would try to sign me in and then crash immediately. I was super excited to use DNA as it looked extremely promising, but being that I wasn’t even able to see what it looked like due to the constant crashes was very discouraging. For an app that cost $8.99 a month I would have expected a fully functional app.

What a bummer…really was excited for this and was willing to pay for the service but I couldn’t even get past the part where you connect your Facebook. Every time I went to link it, it would crash and say “network connection lost”, kick me out and say “uh-oh you didn’t validate enough for use” or something like that. Then I would try again and same thing. Tried dozens of times on different networks. Facebook was working just fine on that browser, only when it was trying to connect it wouldn’t go through so I couldn’t even see what DNA was about. What a shame :(

I’ve tried to open DNA but I’m stuck on the subscription page. I’ve tried pressing restore purchase like you guys said but it didn’t work. This might’ve been a good app and I really don’t want to write a review like this. I hope you can add in a x button or a cancel or make it more apparent. Thank you for reading this. I liked the trial after using it so I purchased the premium version in November 16th I believe. I have not been able to use DNA since. Every time I go to use it, it shows me the main screen as if I’ve never purchased the premium. When I click on Restore Purchases it makes me re sync my Facebook and continues to fail at that every time. This is not a problem with Facebook as they keep suggesting on all the bad reviews from previous months. This is a bug on their end that needs to be fixed. Also, when I click on App Support from DNA Store it takes me to their link but there is absolutely no place on there that shows how to contact them. It’s almost like they don’t want you contacting them. You have to get on here to write a bad review before they give you that information. I wouldn’t waste my time or money with DNA.

The analytics are great! This is the best app for analytics that I’ve found. But, the grind planner is awful. If I import more than one photo at a time, it adds lots of photos that I didn’t select, doesn’t add some photo that I did select and deletes photos that I had already placed in the grid. This makes the grid planner completely unusable. Also, some of the profiles for the discovery tab take forever to load. I help manage social media for a Fortune 500 and manage multiple artists social media profiles. I have gotten multiple people to subscribe to DNA, but I am thinking I may have acted prematurely. I know DNA is fairly new so hopefully these bugs can be fixed quickly, especially for $8.99 per month.

I have had DNA for about a week. Most of the features work fine however there are definitely some bugs that need to be fixed. It sometimes takes 1+days for my post stats to update. Also, the stories features doesn’t work. I post stories all day and DNA continues to tell me i don’t have any. Can we also get an update so I am able to view insights on the reels I post to my feed?

Yep. I have been using DNA today and within less than an hour I am impressed. I like to look good, but the effort put forth into decisions to actually look good are irritating for me. DNA allows me to quickly get responses from stylist who have a better eye and are very honest with their feedback. It’s extremely helpful and provides me with ideas for future outfits. I will probably always have and use DNA!

I so far do not have any problems with DNA , but I was a bit confused about what DNA is about. So turns out they basically give you ADVICE. Lol I thought they gave you actual clothing options 😹. Perfectly fine though. They give great advice plus reply in a timely manner.

This is one of the best apps to see your performance on Instagram. It gives you your engagement rate, the reach, impressions and a lot more information you need to know! The best part is you get to compare pictures to see what fits best on your feed, AND the best performing hashtags that you have used. So happy to have found DNA that has all my needs in one! The only thing I wish it would do is post automatically.

Literally get advice back in 2 seconds! I was panicking before a date and quickly downloaded DNA, little did I know one selfie and 4 minutes later my self confidence was great and my outfit was super cute!

Love DNA! Super easy to use, and response time is lightening quick! The stylists are real people who give thoughtful and kind advice. I also like that they will back up their suggestions with links to real shoppable products. I will definitely continue to use DNA when I am in a style crunch!

It’s honestly way better than tailor or stitch fix! I wanted an app where I don’t have to buy anything but just have a stylist to help me pick my outfit FOR FREE. It’s so easy you pit in your photos and description, they ask you about your style, and they match you with a stylist and you wait for the stylists feedback! So if you’re looking for some help on choosing an outfit and are so indecisive (like me) I DEFINITELY recommend.

I really really like DNA . However, once I leave DNA and it logs me out and I’ll keep trying to login but it says ERROR 401 and so I made another account and it happen the same thing. I tried to contact someone but I haven’t heard from anyone...super disappointed because I really liked it.

It was only about 2 minutes that I had to wait for a stylist to reply back. The comments and suggestions are amazing! True stylists they are. I recommend DNA if you love fashion! ❤️❤️❤️ I think this will be my favorite app!

Ok let me start off with a big fat WOW! I was looking for an app like this and all the other apps really didn’t do any good on some apps I had to enter my entire closet by hand so it can recommend an outfit!😠 but with DNA all I had to do was take a picture and they answer within 2-3 minutes!! I’ve never waited longer than 3 minutes it’s amazing!!! Now with DNA I don’t have to be confused about what to wear with anything! And the cool thing is even if it’s a so last minute outfit they’ll answer! I sent a picture at about midnight and someone answered right away!😁 DNA IS AMAZINNNNGGGG! They all have great taste in style too! I recommended DNA to many of my friends and family they love it 🥰! I 100% recommend DNA!!
