Sandbox - Pixel Art Coloring Reviews

Love this coloring App. The animation was a nice feature add too. I enjoy seeing what it will do for animation of the picture.

I suggest if possible, to take coloring by number to the next level of difficulty to provide more challenging coloring pages. What I mean by higher level. Let’s consider the current coloring pages as the initial level with the number of squares by squares in size and about maximum of 25 colors. Say you complete 100 pages, then the moderate level becomes available. The moderate level is twice the number of square by squares for high resolution coloring page and the number of color increase to about 50. Once you complete 100 moderate level pages, then you progress to super level. Where the resolution doubles again and the colors increase to around 75. Then once you get 100 super level pages completed, than comes the extreme level. Once again the resolution doubles and the colors to maximum of 100. To not have to make a major change it support of the numbers for the color, they could remain as two digits from 1 to 99. Since possible going three digits might be harder to see.

I hope this suggestion happens, I would really like to see it implemented. Giving the people using the coloring app, additional goals to reach, while providing a future path for higher level of difficulty with more interest to continue to play this app color by number App far into the future...

Ok so I love Sandbox a lot and always looked for one and finally found this one and was amazing. When I first got it I had an idea to color all the pictures I could because I didn’t have the unlimited version. So I started from the top and then I realized u get new pictures every day (another plus) and then thought ok I’ll start from the bottom then. So I colored almost every day and I have now colored every picture I can without the unlimited version and I wait every day for the new ones. Since I have to wait for the new ones every day I made a few pictures and sent them in. But I never saw my picture the next day. So then I thought maybe it takes a few days to get them to send in the pictures they want to pick. But about 4 weeks later it still isn’t there. Then I thought maybe my picture wasn’t good but I know mine would be a lot better because when coloring all the pictures I colored some that were way worse and had only 1 or 3 colors. Is it just me or can I not send pictures in and I’m just psycho or what idek. But I love Sandbox and will be coloring every day. Oh also maybe put more good pictures that have more numbers in the picture for the ones that don’t need the unlimited because it would make it a lot better. Thanks

As much as I love Sandbox, there are some adjustments that I think could be made. First off, almost all the photo realistic pictures are locked and you need to pay in order to unlock them. And to be totally honest, ALL the cool pictures are locked. That is NOT A EXAGGERATION!! I have also noticed that most pictures are animated. But the animations are not very exciting. The animations are usually just the picture moving back-and-forth and or sparkling. I’ve also noticed that when you were making your own picture, that there are only a certain amount of colors you were able to use. You were able to change the color but that means that you can only have about 32 different colors in your picture. I feel you should be able to have as many colors as you would like that way your pictures can be even more photo realistic. One last thing. There are so many this app pictures, that when you search them sometimes what you’re looking for does not come up. For instants one time I looked up Anime pictures, but nothing came up. I feel this is a problem because now there isn’t as many pictures as you wish to make. So if you could just unlock some more photo realistic pictures, let us add as many colors to our own pictures as we would like, and make the animations a little more impressing, then this would be a five star app. thank you for taking the time to read my review, and PLEASE, fix some of the things that I talked about.

I love Sandbox. I can search whatever I would like to paint on. Sandbox is really fun. And I really love the shortcut that you have if you tap twice it just fills in all of it! Sandbox altogether is just a masterpiece. I really can’t explain how much I really like Sandbox. And that you can create your own paintings and get to paint them like whattttt!?!?? It’s so amazing in many ways! Also I like if I search something a bunch of DIFFERENT kinds come up. Other apps I’ve tried but the same fricken painting kept coming on again but it said it was made by TWO different people. And the way it tells you you colored all of it the number and the color goes transparent with lines through it. Then once you get done and you made a few oopsies cause you accidentally colored out of the picture at the end once you done painting It you can remove the paint. Like I said in the beginning I love Sandbox. I really see nothing wrong with it. Yes I do have some suggestions
Like if you double tap and if it’s a circle for an example I wish you could color the WHOLE circle. Also like if you are painting a jacket if you double tap you should be able to color THE WHOLE jacket. Anyway. Again I love Sandbox. If you seem interested in Sandbox. It’s totally worth the download!

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I stand by it no matter what. this app has helped me fall asleep on nights where my mind was racing. this app has helped me bring myself down from panic attack territory by relieving my anxiety. this app has given me a tool to use on my phone any time i’m bored and have downtime. this app has been there when no one else was. That might sound silly, but it’s totally true. I can’t give the developers enough praise and thanks for Sandbox. No ads, no gimmicks, just the option to subscribe to have access to a couple more features. I’ve been getting the year long access subscription for 2 years now and it’s worth every penny. I use Sandbox so much. Everyone always asks me what it is, and I gladly hype it up because the people behind Sandbox deserve it. The new dark mode feature is to die for. Especially now for when I’m using it to help me get to sleep. It’s so easy on the eyes! The functionality is sleek and simple and never had me confused on how to work anything. It’s straight to the point and I love it. New patterns multiple times a day are also such a plus. I sincerely would recommend Sandbox to anyone. It’s art. It’s perfect. And again, I would stand by Sandbox till the day I die 😤

this app was always an entertaining app to fill the time when there’s nothing to do and you’re SO bored, but their recent upgrades really did it for me. They were all ideas my friends and I thought could improve Sandbox , but we never contacted the company in any way, and here we are!! I know other people probably asked for what we thought of, but still, you know they listen and value what you want. They’ll work hard to get it!
That being said, there’s one more thing: collaborative Sandboxes. Two people can work on one picture at the same time!! Almost like a google docs feel, but this app, and comments would be optional. The point would be for app users to work together on one picture and team up to get it done. That way, you would only do half the work and connect with your friends!
Overall, this app is striving for improvement everyday. You can see in their app that they spend time making sandboxes, upgrading, and everything else that needs to be done if a company is run successfully. It’s a fun app and I definitely recommend it. Like any app of its nature, you might stop using it for a while, but unlike many other apps, you’ll be glad you kept it on your phone in a month or two. This is definitely a five star product!

Hello! So I have a big suggestion for Sandbox for everyone who uses Sandbox, I have been using Sandbox since 7th grade and am now a senior in high school. I have thought about this for a while now and it probably seems unreasonable but I think it would be cool if everyone had a chance to have access to all of the coloring pictures, I know y’all have the subscription so you can get money from it. But I have a feel it would be fair if everyone would be able to use it without having to be subscribed to color anything they want to color.
The subscription should be used for the people who want to post their art. Plus the subscription for the annual access to all pictures is quite pricy. I get it’s so y’all can pay for updates and such. There could be people who want to have full access but aren’t able to purchase it because they don’t have enough or don’t want to spend that much just for access. I understand if this is not a reasonable request but I think it would be cool if everyone could get a chance to have unlimited access to all of the pictures to color.

This is awesome! I've missed these things so much, and I'm glad there is a really good app on Sandbox Store! I only have a few requests for you to add, but I don't think it's needed, as it is already awesome! I would like your finished drawings to be moved to a separate tab, as I have so many that it's tough to find my unfinished ones. The other addition I would like is a save tab and button. So if you find a picture you like but don't have the time to color it you can add it to this tab and get back to it when you have more time. Again, Sandbox is great as is, but these things would make it even better! Thank you for making Sandbox! My best friend and I love it so much!

I still love Sandbox, but there’s an issue with it... nothing major, it’s just if I got a different phone brand, I would lose all of my pictures I colored in/need to color. If you could add some sort of backup so if I got a different phone I could still have all of my pictures colored in, that would make this the best app ever! Thank you in advance... I’m just getting older and might not be able to afford iPhones one day, and I don’t want to lose everything I’ve colored or am working on...

So I got a new device and downloaded the game again. I didn’t really care about my progress because I could just do it again, but when I went to do one of the pictures, the double tap feature where it fills in the boxes around it didn’t work. I looked at the reviews from other people, and saw that it wasn’t just me, and that the feature seemed to have disappeared. I did some more digging, and found a developer response to someone, saying that they could change a certain feature in the settings within Sandbox . I went onto it, and there it was! And it even added an extra double tap where it did boxes diagonal to the ones filled in, which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! I hoped this helps anyone who sees this because it made me and many others very sad when the feature wasn’t there anymore. I really like this game, especially since they have some really good pictures to do for free and I can either do a short one for a couple minutes, or I can spend and hour doing a picture. Plus there isn’t any adds, which is really nice. Thanks for reading!

This is one of the biggest priorities that I’ve ever had, and that is color by number I have always loved that game and I’ve always been searching for it since I was at least seven years old so it’s not a big surprise to come across a game like this. I really thought that they were going to let everyone color for free but instead they put all the good color by number pages for money and they leave the free ones cheap. I don’t think this is a very good start for their app and other people because it’s not fair that people have to download Sandbox and also buy pages when it should already come with the game, I have had chances where I have bought the passes and I have not gotten the Pages which I had to literally call officers to help me with it. this app is very good but I wish they had a little bit more creativity in what they were giving their players the access is horrible because you have to pay for anything that you want to draw personally. And I’m very upset that they did not add some thing for just that amount of money that you have and I wish everything was free because even though you can’t be a creator and sell your drawings to other people it’s not fair that you have to pay for some thing that you already have or bought before again.

Sandbox is sooo great! If you are looking for one of these pixel coloring games, I would definitely consider this app. I used to play a different one and everyone would tell me it was a ripoff and I shouldn’t play it and that this app was better. So I decided to try it. And I TOTALLY agree with those people! There is a search bar to search for what you want, which is sooo useful! And the pictures are animated and it is exciting to see what it does at the end! You can change the colors for the picture too, so you can kind of personalize it. And you can create your own? There are so many features that other apps do not have. My favorite thing about Sandbox, the DOUBLE TAP!!! Sooo useful when you have to color in a whole background and can do it at once! The one thing I don’t like about Sandbox is that you can color over colors that you’ve already done and then you have to go back and re-color it. But there is an erase button too, so it’s useful, but it’s a lot of work. I wish that there was an option to change it, but it’s one tiny flaw against all the other cool features! Definitely get this!

OK so my review is basically like this I am enjoying having this app this app is probably the best game I have ever have but some of the best ones like the girl biting her lip and the editing weeks is actually is is not is I want to be able to do all of the I want to be able to do all of the this app color pictures and I really just want I’ve really just want to do all I really just want to be able to do all of the this app pictures now besides all of those flaws in that negativity this app is the best game of coloring that I have ever had I have everything now I just want to to be able to do everything on this app because I have almost completed all of them I’ve completed all the love and hearts and stuff like that I’ve come completed all of the easy ones and all of the Christmas ones and I just want to little bit more that people who haven’t bought the game gets more and yeah my review was overall good I love the game if I had to give it one out of 10 it would be maybe a solid 9 1/2 so yeah I really like the game and the game is very very well and is very very good so yeah

I love this game SO much and have been addicted to it for quite a while. Actually, just before you put in the search bar, I thought, “Wouldn’t it be cool if there was a search bar?” And I was so happy when you put that in. I also love the free draw option.
However, I have seen a lot of reviews saying that once you color so many pages or whatever you unlock one subscription one of your choice, and I think that’s a great idea! I would love that. If you don’t, that’s fine, but I hope you take it into consideration. There was also a review that said each picture is worth so many tokens based on difficulty level, and that would also be really cool.
If you could put how many pictures we’ve colored, that would be awesome as well. And if you make a separate section for the pictures that haven’t completed but you have started that’d be great.
I most certainly do not expect you to put in all our even more than one of these suggestions, but I would absolutely love it if you could do one of them. Thanks for taking the time to read this and have a great day!

I signed up for a 7 day FREE subscription when I started using Sandbox and was under the impression that, once 7 days was up, so long as I colored only the images that did NOT have the red heart in the bottom right corner of the image that I could continue using it for free. That was NOT the case. I had to cancel a subscription several times and then was charged for a weeks subscription 3 different times WITHOUT my approval or authorization AFTER having cancelled the subscription all three times I was charged. There would be a “renewal date” but it seemed like that changed every single time I went in to check that the subscription was either still cancelled or having to re-cancel it AGAIN. I contacted Apple support and was told I needed to uninstall the application and was told that I reenabled a charged subscription even without my approval or authorization. I was never asked to be charged for ANYTHING. The in-game charges also didn’t require my finger print or my Apple password. I like Sandbox and found it fun but am INFURIATED that I’m being charged over and over and over without authorization or approval and the information I was receiving from Sandbox was incorrect so I feel like I was scammed. I don’t want an apology,I want to see this issue fixed so this doesn’t happen to others.

Sandbox is amazing! I got it 2, 3 weeks ago and I can’t get my eyes off my phone! Sandbox has something for everyone and has so many you can do. If you don’t believe me that it’s a lot then you are wrong! You can scroll down how ever long you want and you will never find the bottom! That add almost 5 new ones A DAY! Yes there is a membership but I don’t have it and there are still so many. I told so many friends about it and now all of them have it. Also they have all different types like easy, hard, big, small, brands, movies, video game characters, made up characters, and so much more. There are numbers with assigned colors. You select a color and tap the number one the color. When you are done a color, it will have little stripes. Sometimes the stripes don’t work but it’s ok. Also if you press and hold you can color an area with a swipe! Anyone who plays Sandbox will fall in love with it. I like the hard ones but do what you want to do. Oh and when you done, click the check mark in the corner and you can saved a picture or time laps of it. This game is awesome in every way possible!

this is an amazing app. there are a lot of detailed pictures that are available for the users that do not want to pay for the subscription. also, 3/5 of the pictures are available for everyone. i’m always looking forward to 2:00am (CENTRAL) and 2:00pm (CENTRAL) because that’s when the new boards come. but the one suggestion i have is that you guys should add a feature where we use one of our own pictures to color. I think this would be a great feature because no other apps in the genre have it and each picture will mean even more to the users that color it. the other suggestion that i have is for the people that can’t afford the premium content. maybe every once in a while have a challenge of completing a certain amount of boards, you can gain access to one premium board of your choice. this will be great for the developers because they are still getting money and great for the users because they have something to look forward too in the game so they keep Sandbox . thanks, i hope you take my suggestions into consideration!!

this app, I have emailed VARIOUS times and have never been able to get in touch or receive any feedback from your team. Sandbox used to be amazing, but recently the drawings have started to seem way too elementary, they are usually super simple, small, and child like. I understand that the goal is to get people to buy the upgrade, but not everyone can afford to pay $3 a week, $8 a month, or $40 a year for artwork. And as a teenager that struggles with serious anxiety and panic disorder, coloring is one of the only things to calm me, and I believe you could make your app a lot better by adding more creative and realistic artwork like real life picture/portrait faces, lips, eyes, scenery, etc to your free draw section for the artists like me who can't afford the upgrade. or even adding a feature where you can unlock a drawing of your choice after you've colored so many pictures (say 5 or 10), or unlock pictures by watching an add. Like I said, I love Sandbox, but it's gotten a lot more boring recently now that all the drawings are pretty similar and childish.

Sandbox is by far my favorite app right now. I got it because it seemed like such a novel idea compared to the countless coloring apps on Sandbox Store. At first I thought this would be similar in the sense that you would have to pay for a subscription to access all but 10-20 free pictures. That’s not the case at all. The way it works is they release a few new pictures every day or so, some of which are free, and some of which you have to pay a $8 (for A MONTH of PREMIUM CONTENT). Some will agree that the best pictures are locked behind the subscription but there’s plenty of free content out already and plenty more come every day! It’s ad-free and consumer friendly, plus you get to watch exactly how you colored your picture in a time lapse video which is a fun, great feature. I recommend Sandbox to everyone I know and have gotten a few hooked on it too. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking for an app to help them unwind after a long day or anyone with 10 minutes to spare. You will not be disappointed!

Ok, I know I’m not the only one who thinks this, so I think we all suggest that you guys at this app can create a lot more stranger things pics bc the new season three just came out and I’ve got nothing. So please come out with the following: Hopper, El and Mike kissing, Dustin’s camp know where hat, Steve animation of killing demogorgons, the mind Flayer season two and three, animation of the mind Flayer storm, Steve scoops ahoy, Starcourt Mall, and Hawkins lab. Oh, and let’s not forget, the demogorgon opening his face animation! And please, for goodness sake, have none of them have to be this app unlimited plz I just hate that. :). And this app, we want GOOD images of this. This is not coming at you angry, also. I love the game and I really like the future of this app and, this is just to be nice, but if there’s a comment that hurts you, just ignore it. What do those big shots know about you. I look at both sides. Should I comment this guy in a rude way or think about all the hard work he’s done to even get us here. this app, you are stunning. Also, seriously tho, add those stranger things pics, and remember, so everyone doesn’t have to pay money to do them, make them free! 😁🙂😜😎

Alright, I don’t really ever do reviews, but I’m making an exception because I want to see a change. I’ve used Sandbox for years and have enjoyed it a lot, it’s a nice time killer when I need it. But there is something that just seriously bugs my soul. I like to color the pictures of people and girls cause for some reason long hair is super fun to color for me. But what I’ve been seeing a lot lately is that some of pictures would have them with red or pink eyes and it just honestly ruins the entire thing for me. Like imagine, you pick a sweet innocent looking girl to color in and it turns out to have demon red eyes. I mean come on, the reason I wanted to color that one is that it looks pure and cute not devil spawn. Which I totally get that you can change the color of it and that’s all fine and dandy and I have been doing that for the ones I find. But I literally just found like my 15th one and it’s just becoming a trend and I hate it. If I wanted to color something with red eyes I’d pick on something scarier looking not pure looking. Idk, maybe it’s just me but if I never see another red eyed innocent girl picture on Sandbox I’d give it 5 stars. But for now 3 stars.

I love Sandbox. It’s amazing. In my opinion, it’s the best color by number app out there. You can double tap to color an entire section, without having to make a subscription, and you can also customize the colors on a picture, again without having to make a subscription. But some of my suggestions are, having an option to watch videos to unlock subscription only pictures. So that’s not overpowered, you could make only a certain amount of videos a day. I think more people would enjoy Sandbox because there are some pictures I really want to color, but I don’t have the money to pay for a subscription monthly or yearly. My mother wouldn’t want to pay for it either. (Yes I’m a child or teen) Another idea is to add a search section so you can search for specific images to color instead of having to scroll through the whole list of pictures. Then, you could also have more pictures from popular books/movies or tv shows as well as from games. (Because I want more Harry Potter themed pictures to color) I guess that’s all for now. I hope you read this and add some or all of my suggestions.
