Once you set a budget you can’t change it. WeddingPlanner allots certain amounts of money to each part of the wedding based on how much is in your overall budget, but it won’t let you move around the amounts you want to be used where. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, so I tried deleting the ceremony part because I won’t have to pay for it. When I was able to delete that event, the amount of money that WeddingPlanner put toward it disappeared from the budget so it went down rather than re-allotting it. I love the layout, it seems super easy to use, but the budget thing made it impossible for me to use.

So my S.O and I are planning our wedding together, and paying for it all ourselves. WeddingPlanner has what needs to do on certain months. Some months are full while others are empty. I understand timeline expectations, but then when I see an empty month that is followed by a month of like 6+ things to do it’s like why not spread it out? It can be done manually. Still I love WeddingPlanner for its simple use. I wish we could click on the item that needs to be done and a list of local vendors could pop up that would be cool!!!

WeddingPlanner is a must have for those planing their own wedding. It has everything you’ll need just like a professional planner. Only problem, I can’t get the budget option to work it crashes all the time 😢. Budget is the core of any wedding please developers if you read this fix the budget feature. Thank you.

I love WeddingPlanner! My fiancé and I have been engaged for a month and a half. It has been very good to think about things that we will need to do before we get married. Because we have been changing the date so much, I wish there was a “move all unchecked boxes to current month” button. I haven’t quite figured out how to do that, but I do love WeddingPlanner!

I needed an event planner and there is nothing out there that was specific to what I needed, so I used this! It worked! Just changed some words around and it was perfect for my book release party! Will definitely use for birthday parties and our vow renewal. I only did 4.5 starts because I wish it was an overall event planner. Make me one! Lol

This is a great app for anybody doing their own planning. There is a design flaw in the budget system. It will not automatically re-calculate money when changing it to suit your needs. Plus sometimes when you go in to change the budget to a lesser or higher number it just stays a zero. The only way to really counter this issue is to do it by hand or on your own notes. I hate that but obviously nobody is fixing WeddingPlanner anytime soon because it still doesn’t work after updates and re-downloads.

I’ve only used WeddingPlanner 30 min and already discovered a flaw in the budget section. When I delete a budget item, instead of that amount being reallocated to the rest of the budget items, it reduces my budget. And when I increase the budget back to its original amount, it adds back the items I deleted. So, not a true budget tracker. Everything else about WeddingPlanner so far looks pretty good.

I honestly love WeddingPlanner i love that i can have it on my phone and i love that it tells you certain thing need to be done when and you can check it off and add contacts and stuff especially if you've never done this before and dont have much help!

The number one major plus about WeddingPlanner compared to other app that it doesn’t bombard you with advertising to choose one of their expensive vendors. If you’re a bride looking to keep things in one place and share the information with anyone who is helping you plan, this is the perfect app!

I love the journal. I’m able to take notes and add photos.

I love the pre planned checklist. You do have the ability to change the due date on some things to fit your situation. You can also add to do items. WeddingPlanner is very flexible.

This ap is the most user friendly of those I tried. I was able to delete and add things to my to-do lists as well as love them from month to month. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I have only used it a few days but it definitely helps you lay out everything. I’m so excited to get married that I can forget things even when making my own lists (doesn’t happen often, just so overjoyed) and this helps ground me. So far so good. I have no complaints. Still exploring it!!!

WeddingPlanner has been crucial in my planning of our wedding. It’s simple, easy to use, and customizable. I’m about 6 months out from the wedding and I’m right on schedule with everything, thanks to WeddingPlanner. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great checklist!!

Once I got engaged, I considered buying a wedding planning book to help me keep things organized. I’m so glad I decided to look for an app instead! Not only is it a free way to keep my sanity, but I love the way that it gave me a suggested checklist for each month leading up to our big day! That has helped us so much with our guess work! If we don’t like some of their suggestions, we can delete them or add some of our own.

We’ve actually gotten ahead of schedule, just doing things as it’s convenient. The way that it shows us what percentage we’ve accomplished of our checklists for each month makes us feel very accomplished! All in all, I recommend it to anyone getting married!

If you’re a list person this is definitely WeddingPlanner for you. The other apps just seemed over crowded and too much advertisement. WeddingPlanner gives me list lets me add to the lost and let’s me check it off as completed. The over all format is just perfect, especially if you’re planning a short term wedding like me!

The only thing I wish it had was a way to share or assign task to others, and a way to print your timeline, vendor contact list, and other lists so you didn’t have to open WeddingPlanner and show everyone your phone. Has everything you need to plan.
Printing instead or in addition to emailing would be perfect!

Also, for timeline, where you have vendor listed like hair, it would be nice if it connected it to your hair vendor you have listed so info would show.

WeddingPlanner auto-planned so much and gave me a lot of great ideas, but it was also so easy to customize and I really appreciated that. It is aesthetically pleasing and easy to work with. When I delete tasks it sends them back to last month and makes them seem like missed tasks instead of irrelevant ones, which was my only complaint.

WeddingPlanner gave us an idea of how everything supposed to be and left it up to us to do changes. We were able to change times and dates so nothing would be near or far. It gave us a journal, day of checklist, and an area to put down names, numbers, and addresses for each category. Definitely a helpful app and look forward to our wedding day on the 28th 🤗. Thank you app maker!

My fiancé and I are spending the majority of our engagement in different states. I was afraid and overwhelmed with the thought of wedding planning, but WeddingPlanner has made my life so much easier. We linked our account together so we can both check things off the list as we go. It’s easy to keep track of everything that needs to be done so nothing gets missed and it’s spaced out perfectly so it doesn’t all seem so daunting.

I had so much anxiety after jumping into my engagement. I started to think about everything that I need to get done and then would get overwhelmed. WeddingPlanner helped so much! Instead of looking at the big picture I can organize what needs to be done each month. I just have to focus on the things that are due in that month. I don’t have to stress about all of the other things that I need to get done because I know I have them saved for the big day! ❤️

If you’re having problems finding the perfect app to plan your wedding that’s going to keep you on track for everything that you need to do WeddingPlanner is very simple and perfect and no problems at all or glitches at all I find it so easy to use and you can customize your pictures and add notes as you go along.
