The content is pretty good but MonkeyStories crashes very often. On 2nd month, we could not play any lessons. Received very slow response for the e-mail support. Nothing improved, even worse. It really wasted time and money.
I purchased a yearly subscription and it keep asking to pay after few minutes when my children listen to the stories..besides it shows in a garbage codes ,not sure what’s it showing ,I deleted MonkeyStories and re-downloaded again. No luck. No way to contact the support. Why is it like this.
MonkeyStories only allows one lesson per day. I have paid for a year subscription, but it makes no different, there is no unlimited access, it keeps asking me to pay after the first lesson, and I couldn’t find how to contact them, very frustrated!
In the Sound Discrimination part, when I drag the dishes to the right customers, I keep coming back to the table. This is very annoying, I want the producters to fix it soon, thank you. But it pretty good with lot of games.
Can’t download anything. It says serve is down. How long will it last?
My children love MonkeyStories. We can use MonkeyStories for our 2 years old daughter and the 5 y-o twin boys. Highly recommend. There is One point need to be improved. On my ipad, the self-voice recording feature is missing. Only "bé tự đọc"
Need a way to mute this horrible and annoying music!!! Why would you expect anyone to think with this noise in the background. I feel like it’s borderline seizure material. Just why??? And for children??

We have enjoyed MonkeyStories but have not made any purchases yet. We’ve just been taking the 1 free book a day.
The stories grab kids attention. Even small children stop and want to listen. I love the highlighted words so my beginning reader can follow along. It saves my voice also which is really a plus! I love all the Monkey Jr Apps!
