HistoryEventsToday has become unusable on my (older) iPad. On opening is defaults to opening some kind of game, but the game never loads and there is no way to X out of it.
Disappointing because I have enjoyed HistoryEventsToday for years.
As soon as I opened HistoryEventsToday I received two pop up adds for Audible.
The ads make HistoryEventsToday unwieldy on an iPad. Too much trouble to pursue content.
The newest content is from 2011. I went out to buy the "non-lite" version to reward the developer, but that version also has reviews that the content is 10 years old. Update the content, and I will gladly buy HistoryEventsToday !
App keeps crashing when i open it
I like HistoryEventsToday although I notice there is really no history after 2010. Even if something happened a year ago, it is historical and it should be in there. Maybe HistoryEventsToday is not updated anymore?
A great presentation and interface, but many of the entries are indecipherable. I depend on the links, but some entries have none and lack enough info to figure out what’s being remembered. Given that, there’s nothing else that comes close. No bells or whistles, but solid.
Too many ads and they’re very intrusive
