Tried to let them know that something was wrong with the app. Provided a screen recording video of my account and navigation. I was simply trying to contact a manager. The manager witnessed me attempting to use the app. She laughed and said "Yup figures" I sent the video into support and no news yet. It's been 2 days.

I'm disgusted with shiftmart and how number one they let these Circle K employees mistreat us my issue is that I had previous mistreatment by the same Circle K employee I had stopped working for shiftsmart for like a couple of months and I decided to give it another try hoping that the employee that I had previous problems with wouldn't be there so I decided to pick a shift at the closest store so when I arrived in the morning just particular manager wasn't there so I said I'll stay I clocked in and she told me to clean the restrooms it took me about an hour and a few minutes I finished that and want to look up it's the manager that I have had previous problems with anxiety came to me quick because the last altercation was terrible not one to deal with the drama I asked another employee was the other manager there she said no so I decided not to put myself through that stress mental stress but before I left I try to get in contact with the manager or to at least let them know what's going on I wanted to hurry up and get out of there so I didn't check it out so the next day they come and tell me I worked only 0.26 and the only thing $3.25 I am going to take legal action on Circle K and shift Mart because they don't believe us they believe what Circle K tells them and do I have to take legal action against shiftmart I certainly will I encourage people just stand up for yourselves but these type of people because us not standing up is the reason why they keep on doing it

I have been at the Circle K where I was supposed to start working at 2pm, it is now 4:22pm and I have sent every message under the sun that I can think of to send through the app and online. There is not one phone number where I can get in touch with anyone and no one will message me back even after sending a message to Shiftsmart, Facebook messenger. It took me 35 minutes to get here from my home, and the App will not let me check in to start work. I was given a number from a worker here at Circle K to text Shiftsmart and I still haven’t heard back from them either. I do not want to waste this much gas driving 35 minutes here and 35 minutes back home just to leave and lose money. I heard from some of the workers here that somebody else came earlier today and they had the same issue and they just left. It is not OK that I’m driving 35 minutes to get to the store and the app is not working, it says I’m too far away when I am here and have all the proof that I’m here. I’ve taken screen shots and took a picture of the front of the store for future proof. This company has been around long enough to have some way for workers to get in touch with someone from corporate support in case of any technical app emergencies like this. This is not good business and I work to hard for this kind of treatment/lack of treatment. There used to be someone that would get in touch with me when things like this happened, it doesn’t seem like this has been made a priority anymore which is a shame. Of course the shift that I’m supposed to be working right now has a $10.00 bonus. I better get paid for today because if I don’t, I’m going to get in touch with the BBB and any other business that I need to to get this taken care of. I hope this company starts to appreciate their employed contractors and the work they do for them with a little bit more appreciation and respect.

I signed up, did everything & waited for them to complete my background check & it let me schedule a shift at a CIRCLE K. But this AM when I got up to get ready I had a message saying that I didn't finish my background check but I did exactly what it said to do but it did not complete it on their end so now it says "No shifts"

I completed my shift today as of 11/12/2022. I still wasn’t able to check in on the app to start my shift but I do have a check in and check out number as well as a reference number to. I started at 9am and completed at 1pm. I have the managers name and also store number to provide info on my behalf. And also have a image to provide as well if needed. Also there was an email sent to me saying I can get a $35 bonus if I worked a shift before Sunday the 13th. Which I did do so I want know if I also get the bonus as well as the hours I worked today as well. Please get back to me thank you!

I’m having difficulties clocking in on my shifts from the 5th of November and the 9th of November. I have not been paid for the 5th and and I’m worried I won’t be paid for today as well. I tried to contact support but nothing I do have my clock in and out number as well as my reference and store numbers and also the managers names for proof.

My account got suspended and flagged for removal after multiple times of trying to work at one store and being sent away and then going to another store that needed the help. I have called I have emailed I have sent messages to inshift Managers about the issue of being sent away no communication what so ever from anyone . Now when you call the circle k shiftsmart number it says the office is closed. I have been calling since Tuesday of this week. I called shiftsmart and got nothing either. This is ridiculous

SHIFT SMART IS A SCAM. BEWARE THEY WILL TRY NOT TO PAY YOU FOR YOUR WORK!

In the month of March 2022 Shift smart ran a Circle K campaign and the promotion was that if partners worked before the 20th of March they would be payed a $100 bonus. I worked at Circle K through Shiftsmart twice on March 12th and twice on March 15th and once on March 16th. The Shiftsmart app is very faulty and low quality and will not work correctly unless on a WiFi connection making it difficult to clock in upon your shift as Circle K has no guest WiFi . When I called support to inform them of the difficulty clocking in, the guy on the phone instructed me to go ahead and work the shift you chose in the app and then message management and they will insure that you are paid. Well on the 12th of March I was able to use an EMPLOYEES hot spot and clock in and out that way, but on the 15th and 16th this was not possible so I was not able to clock in so I worked any way and then messaged management as I was informed. They promised me through numerous emails that I would be paid, but they have NOT payed me YET! Nor have they paid me the bonus promised for working before March 20th that I should be guaranteed for the document day I worked on March 12 where I could clock in. I emailed shiftsmart and informed them I will be contacting a lawyer if I am not paid. They said they would pay me and then erased my history from their app!! I will be seeking a law suit for unpaid labor.

No Communication with Your Problems

I signed up, and was constantly called to partake in a study and was promised a $100 bonus on top of that. Sounded great and I was receiving constant communication. I wasn’t able to pick up the shift in the app because I couldn’t log in but q person over the phone was able to confirm it. I went to the study, and the lab personnel had to call a shift smart manager to set up my appointment. Which was a slightly difficult process. I was told I would have to log into my app to receive my payment. I was having issues logging in so I decided to call support to help me. got into contact with a person and they said they would escalate the issue to a manager. Nothing. I called again, they put a “ticket” in and did not CC me in the email. Nothing. I called again to get into contact with a manager, I was told there wasn’t “enough man power” for a manager to communicate with me and I was also told I only had one ticket in for a password reset. I am currently upset because I have not been able to get paid the $120 and it’s starting to look like a scam for people to waste their time to do a study and then not get paid and for them to play the run around with the person when they try and contact support. I still have not been paid and it’s been a week since the study

No Employment in the DFW, Texas area

I'd like to start this review off by saying I was extremely excited to have this app, to have some extra income generating for things I enjoy. I downloaded this app after seeing the Refugee Support Staff application (position aligns with my career path for experience). I filled out the application (in late MARCH or early APRIL) and waited patiently, received an interview for the position. I continued to wait after that.. the wait turned from days to weeks and eventually months. I had called back three times to check on my application; the first time being told the application takes time to process. The second and third time being told that my application was going through the background check. I received a text from the app late May or June saying that the position was closed and they no longer needed help. So I was 1. Never hired 2. Taken through an unnecessary loop through their system. I am blessed to had the opportunity to continue looking at other places of employment. Also, the job is still populating in my app even though they are done hiring and I can't find any other open positions in my area. I feel like my information was taken down and used for something instead of actually being used for good.
