Shiftsmart Partner - Find Work Reviews

I work for a company taking remote shifts at home that are usually around 4-7 hours with plenty of options each day which is convenient if you have a busy schedule whether you have kids, are in school or have a primary job, to make some extra cash on the side. This company uses Shiftsmart to manage their available shifts, clocks employees in and out, payroll management and for messaging between “management” and the employees. The concept Shiftsmart has as an app is amazing, and would be extremely convenient if ShiftsmartPartner worked 100% of the time.
Often times I have to restart ShiftsmartPartner by completely closing it and reopening it many times to get it to load the shifts available, my pay, or my schedule, which can be extremely troubling when some of the shifts are time sensitive to claim before others.
Another issue I often have with Shiftsmart is the way the messages load. Often I will have technology difficulties with my computer or other job specific issues and need to message management for assistance, but when I message them it doesn’t go through immediately, and when they reply it usually doesn’t load until the next morning when it is very much too late.
If they could fix these issues I 100% would give 5 stars, but right now it’s the right idea wrong technology.

In the month of March 2022 Shift smart ran a Circle K campaign and the promotion was that if partners worked before the 20th of March they would be payed a $100 bonus. I worked at Circle K through Shiftsmart twice on March 12th and twice on March 15th and once on March 16th. The Shiftsmart app is very faulty and low quality and will not work correctly unless on a WiFi connection making it difficult to clock in upon your shift as Circle K has no guest WiFi . When I called support to inform them of the difficulty clocking in, the guy on the phone instructed me to go ahead and work the shift you chose in ShiftsmartPartner and then message management and they will insure that you are paid. Well on the 12th of March I was able to use an EMPLOYEES hot spot and clock in and out that way, but on the 15th and 16th this was not possible so I was not able to clock in so I worked any way and then messaged management as I was informed.

They promised me through numerous emails that I would be paid, but they have NOT payed me YET! Nor have they paid me the bonus promised for working before March 20th that I should be guaranteed for the document day I worked on March 12 where I could clock in. I emailed shiftsmart and informed them I will be contacting a lawyer if I am not paid. They said they would pay me and then erased my history from their app!! I will be seeking a law suit for unpaid labor.

I signed up, and was constantly called to partake in a study and was promised a $100 bonus on top of that. Sounded great and I was receiving constant communication. I wasn’t able to pick up the shift in ShiftsmartPartner because I couldn’t log in but q person over the phone was able to confirm it. I went to the study, and the lab personnel had to call a shift smart manager to set up my appointment. Which was a slightly difficult process. I was told I would have to log into my app to receive my payment. I was having issues logging in so I decided to call support to help me. got into contact with a person and they said they would escalate the issue to a manager. Nothing. I called again, they put a “ticket” in and did not CC me in the email. Nothing. I called again to get into contact with a manager, I was told there wasn’t “enough man power” for a manager to communicate with me and I was also told I only had one ticket in for a password reset. I am currently upset because I have not been able to get paid the $120 and it’s starting to look like a scam for people to waste their time to do a study and then not get paid and for them to play the run around with the person when they try and contact support. I still have not been paid and it’s been a week since the study

I'd like to start this review off by saying I was extremely excited to have ShiftsmartPartner, to have some extra income generating for things I enjoy. I downloaded ShiftsmartPartner after seeing the Refugee Support Staff application (position aligns with my career path for experience). I filled out the application (in late MARCH or early APRIL) and waited patiently, received an interview for the position. I continued to wait after that.. the wait turned from days to weeks and eventually months. I had called back three times to check on my application; the first time being told the application takes time to process. The second and third time being told that my application was going through the background check.
I received a text from ShiftsmartPartner late May or June saying that the position was closed and they no longer needed help. So I was 1. Never hired 2. Taken through an unnecessary loop through their system. I am blessed to had the opportunity to continue looking at other places of employment.

Also, the job is still populating in my app even though they are done hiring and I can't find any other open positions in my area. I feel like my information was taken down and used for something instead of actually being used for good.

Until I was contacted by some unprofessional lady with to much power in her hands. Her name Shekinah so for those thinking of joining think about this for a second. It might say $15 dollars for merchandiser role but they don’t mean that just false advertising. They might say $1000 sign on bonus they don’t mean that. They say your an independent contractor but treat you like an employee without having to pay employee tax and wages. When you try negotiating about the wages no paid they play dumb. Well i take that back I spoke to a few professional gentlemen that explained I’d be paid after so long. This Shekinah though be it cause she a woman with some power over a man she feels it ok to take away all my shifts I scheduled the week before. I was needing that money for bills, food especially food. Why is it all the other managers I spoke to were as professional as you should be. Yet you this Shekinah could not and felt to cause me more financial hardship. Is it because like she said she a woman. So if anyone thinks about downloading this help just remember it won’t be $15 or sign up. Then the more of us sign in a we all can report them to the Federal Trade Commission. I can tell you how dissatisfied I am and how much I needed this mind

I have been working with Shiftsmart for a little over one year. I have experienced the kinks and possible bottlenecks with the organization as far as communication and ShiftsmartPartner used while completing work tasks for the company however I have observed how this company has improved. This is a startup company with a new concept that I was very curious about. I found the work appealing but at the same time there was room for improvement that the company needed in the areas of communication and also explanation of the tasks assigned. Despite all, the company has impressively improved its communication and ShiftsmartPartner is very user friendly and easy to navigate and use. I have recommended this company to my friends and even my boyfriend because this is a great opportunity to make a little side money while having a normal
9 to 5 gig with room for flexibility! I would love to see other opportunities available with this company because I feel like this company may be the on the next Forbes list because of its concept and appeal! Keep up the good work Shiftsmart!

I did a 2 hour test that was supposed to be paid at $50 + $40 bonus. I have the check in pass that I received at the security desk when I arrived, a screenshot of their congratulations for completing the shift message, a screenshot of ShiftsmartPartner showing I completed the shift, google maps screenshot of my location walking from Penn Station to the location and being there for 2 1/2 hours, screenshots of all the texts sent to me before and after the shift.

Shiftsmart staff says Regus marked me a no show. I had to sign a NDA for the work performed, but I feel as if I am indeed a now show, I wouldn’t be able to describe what I did there.

There is a problem with ShiftsmartPartner in that I had to re download it at the site to prove I had a shift as they said they couldn’t find me. Whether by error or by design, I believe what may happen is they over book expecting no shows, fill up all the spaces they can as people arrive and then tell people they “can’t find them.” Very shady deal, especially since the say the follow some anti-slavery act of 2015. Working people without getting paid is a form of slavery. Anyone interested in filing a class action lawsuit?

Doing work through ShiftsmartPartner can be either really good, or really bad. When it’s really good, you login, you do the work and by the following week you get paid. Heaven help you though if there is an issue with your pay. You will get a runaround from anywhere you contact. You can text or you can email and essentially nothing gets done. The work that I’ve done that there were no issues, I got paid and it came like clockwork. Twice I’ve had issues and I got nothing but a run around. To date nothing has happened, and I’ve not been paid for the two times I had issues, and both times involved multiple days. At this point I’m just not even accepting Robbany more work from them because it’s not worth it to spend my time working knowing that there could be a problem and I won’t get paid. There are also the issues with ShiftsmartPartner freezing and technical bugs that come up sometimes but by far the biggest issue is getting an employee to respond and actually look into an issue and try to fix it. The issues I’ve had have cost me about $300, and I’m just not willing to work for free for anyone anymore.

So I can honestly say working for this company has helped in so many ways! You can wait to get paid or you can choose to get paid right away.. I usually wait but sometimes if I’m in a bind then I can have access to money asap. Being a single mother of two and being away in another state with no friends or family this has helped so much! I recommend this for anyone looking for extra income I have only worked for 5 days so far and have earned 400 bucks and can’t complain because only worked 4 hours a day for 5 days… I have told everyone I know about ShiftsmartPartner! And my brother in GA have told his friends! Also if you have any issues you can message your manager in ShiftsmartPartner and they respond asap! Hope my feedback helps someone!

Shiftsmart has ways to make easy money on the side when you are doing the things you would do anyway (e.g. grocery shopping, getting fast food, tech buying). I have made over $3000 and I enjoy the practically “instant” payment. It helps with the squeeze of cash flow when my other consulting work is paid on a monthly basis and I need a little money to cover unplanned incidentals. It creates work opportunities that expose you to new technologies and aspects of customer service. ShiftsmartPartner is easy to use and the opportunities take you to different areas of town you may not go to. Sometimes I turn ShiftsmartPartner on when I travel and do small gigs on the road to pay for road trip expenses or catch a free meal in exchange for my evaluation of the product or service in question.

As of right now i haven’t received my pay for any of the work I did and I’ve work very hard. They don’t answer your question or help because they don’t know what to say because any other time they would answer don’t download waste of time really because I was one of those people who don’t read the bad comments of your reading this is doesn't work at least for right now until updated

Started good but they hired everyone with a pulse and so the shifts they post are snatched up by the masses of ppl the second they are posted. Some ppl may think that maybe I got bad evaluations so am only able to see a handful of shifts as punishment, but I know I received excellent evaluations from managers because I asked for their feedback on my performance and how I could improve to serve them better and they all said that I was an excellent worker and they would like me to pick up any shifts I could for their stores… but I can’t because the hordes of ppl they hired recently snatch up everything b4 I have a chance to see them… most of these ppl end up never showing up too… that’s what multiple managers said when I arrived for my shift… they were surprised someone from Shiftsmart finally showed up. So maybe ppl who get really good evaluations should get more of a priority access to shifts close to their home that pay more $.

There’s postings of ShiftsmartPartner on Craigslist El Paso asking for cleaners. The postings ask you to apply thru a link and download ShiftsmartPartner . Once downloading ShiftsmartPartner ShiftsmartPartner asks you to upload state issued ID and social security card to ShiftsmartPartner and complete a profile. Then you are asked to complete a virtual training but first you must download the zoom app. All this in promise of 50 dollars and 1000 dollars in hiring bonuses. Once the “training “ is completed you are lead to provide your personal information to a online background check. On ShiftsmartPartner it states that I passed the background check then when I asked for my first shift after two weeks I got an email outside ShiftsmartPartner saying I failed the background check but ShiftsmartPartner says I passed . Then I started to get spam and lottery winning texts. The crazy part is one of the food banks in my town was using ShiftsmartPartner and now the want me to volunteer definitely not .

So... ive seen all the concerns about shiftsmart not being legit. Here is my personal account: i completed my phone call interview and was then invited to attent the virtual training which i did and aced the quiz that followed. I was told i would be able to accept shifts as soon as 24-48 hours after the training was completed. Its been 4 days now and not one single shift has become available to me yet and im checking multiple multiple times per hour. Nothing. I emailed customer service about it and the response i got was total BS. I was told that the client has drastically reduced hours and thats why i dont see shifts. IF SO, WHY WAS I HIRED? I guess for some people its successful. Im not saying its not legit but its not giving me any shifts at all and ive completed everything on my end so for me right now it is not what it seems to be?

The fact that I can login and see available shifts (sometimes) and just sign up for the shift and get started at the selected time is a big benefit of
Working with shiftsmart. And at first it seems like you’d be able to get steady shifts, but after about 2 weeks and 4 shifts in the shift availability started to reduce drastically and every time I contact them about new shifts I receive the same pre recorded response about them
Trying to push out as many shifts as possible and be patient blah blah blah. So basically it’s pretty cool and worth it whenever you can get a shift but, the shifts get slimmer and slimmer after week one. Don’t put all yo eggs in this basket. But also to their credit, I’ve never had issues with payments like

Others have.

I love Shiftsmart and the jobs they put me on to but half the time when I try and accept a shift ShiftsmartPartner either freezes or crashes mid process. Some of these shifts are time sensitive and I’d love to be able to accept them when the notifications pop up but like I said before, it crashes or freezes; ShiftsmartPartner would without a doubt receive 5 stars if it worked properly. Not only that; but when I try and collect my money for a shift it tells me I have none available and I haven’t worked any shifts yet which is nonsense because I’ve been working for about 4 weeks now. I saw an update in the past and was hopeful that ShiftsmartPartner dev team fixed this issue but unfortunately they have gotten lazy and seemingly abandoned the update. I will write another review when this gets fixed to appoint my praises for ShiftsmartPartner.

Getting on with the company and attending training for survey calling was easy, but it’s been nearly impossible to get what they call “My First Shift” which is, I guess, some sort of training before you’re allowed access to normal shifts. I had to decline the first one offered to me the day after training because it was only a couple hours before it started. I haven’t seen any since, until today when I had to specifically ask the manager for one, and even then it was all filled up within a minute. I was hoping to start working before the end of the month but it looks like this is just another dead end. You’d think they’d make sure everyone had a chance to work but it doesn’t seem like much of a priority.

I’ve read a ton of reviews about missing payments and so far I’ve had no trouble with being paid. The longest I had to wait was four days and that was over a weekend. The only trouble I’m having is with notifications. Before when I received notifications for new shifts my phone would vibrate. Recently I still get a notification but the vibration is gone which has caused me to miss out on shifts since I don’t stare at my phone all day and they go really fast. So if this bug can get fixed I’ll change my rating to 5 stars! (And I already checked my settings to make sure vibrations are on)

Basically, they never have anything at all on offer. It’s a completely useless app. The one time they offered me some kind of mystery shopping gig, I ended up driving to where it was supposed to be only to find that their app wouldn’t let me check in at that location. I emailed support through their app and never got a response. They one time they supposedly offered me something, all they did was cost me gas and time. All the other times I’ve opened ShiftsmartPartner , zilch. There are far better gig working apps out there. Shiftsmart isn’t worth the hassle. They’re an also ran.

Checked them out again. Still totally and completely useless. They’re a total waste of time and frankly should be removed from ShiftsmartPartner Store.

I don’t know what is wrong with ShiftsmartPartner, I have adjusted the filters in every possible configuration, taken every bug-filled training available, and searched every major city in the United States, Canada, and the UK. ShiftsmartPartner continues to tell me that there is no work of any variety at any time anywhere in the world. I have sent messages to ask about these issues and I am invariably told to refresh my screen which does not ever help. Neither do updates or deleting and re-downloading ShiftsmartPartner . ShiftsmartPartner has checked my location 83 times in the last three days and I can’t imagine why that would be the case either. ShiftsmartPartner is not only disappointing but is actually infuriating. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I started working with SmartShift last July. I've worked with other Shop businesses before. SmartShift has proven to be the best. I took a little time doing my first shop with SmartShift but, they were with me all the way and I have become a seasoned shopper with them. Another great thing is that I have never had to wait for my compensation once the assignments were completed. They have always been right on time as promised. Are you looking for a way to earn extra money ? This is a really good way to do it.

I started working for Shiftsmart this summer while on break from my school year duties . I have enjoyed the flexibility as well as the extra money! All of the employees that I have corresponded with have been extremely helpful and kind. ShiftsmartPartner is pretty simple to use and the surveys are very straightforward. Payment is always very prompt as well! I have also recommended this to a few friends who would like to make some extra money !

I am worked as a secret shopper for shifsmart about two years a go but now they change everything to complete the survey it’s takes longer you has to sing in in the place and they expecting to do the shops at the moment but ShiftsmartPartner freeze all the times. For a couple of times l have issues to get paid it’s used to be a good company but now they only have a few shops every months, now you can very do extra cash they give you five or four shops but those are too far away from the other. They used to be a good option to earn extra money but not any more.

I have worked for Shiftsmart for over a year and believe them to be one of the best mystery shop companies around. I have always been paid within 2 or 3 days after submission. Yes I have had to remind them on some things, but Sean has always responded quickly and paid me promptly when I had any questions regarding pay. I work with other shops companies and this is the best. Fun, interesting shops on current products make this a great way to make extra money.

I was referred to this company by a family member who advised me how she was making extra money. I completed a survey on November 4, 2018 and today is November 11th and I still haven’t received payment. When sending a message through ShiftsmartPartner , whoever is responding will pick and choose which messages to reply too and it’s the same when you email the company as well. I have been told many times there is a delay and they will get back to me but nothing has been resolved. Don’t download ShiftsmartPartner if you’re looking to make extra money doing surveys. They are very unprofessional and a scamming company. If I could give no stars I would have!!!!

I have been working for them for like almost a week through SBA as a customer service rep and I have not received pay. I have wrote over 20 times and constantly keep trying to find a contact number. We as a whole are going through so much right now and being laid off from my job really sucked but this job contacted me and I thought it was a blessing. Seems to be a scam, I have earned over $400 that I am not receiving. Big disappointment and waste of time because I take much pride in my work. I treated this job like I worked at it for years and no reply for days. I just need to be paid please. I have a family to feed.

I have worked with Shiftsmart for over a year now and I love it!! As the months go on I get more and more excited when I get a text from “Daniel” letting me know I have shops near me! I have tried multiple mystery shopping apps but none of them are as reliable or get u paid on time like Shiftsmart! I honestly wouldn’t know what I would do without them every month! Thanks Shiftsmart!!

I am currently a Shiftsmart user as of the last 5 months. I love the motive behind ShiftsmartPartner and what it can provide. These last few days I have gotten more jobs and the only thing that needs improvement is ShiftsmartPartner actually taking the completed surveys. I’ve had to re-do a couple of my shops surveys after I’ve already completed it , with picture and 30 second video. This takes more timing away from getting other shops done in the timespan alotted.

ShiftsmartPartner is great the update is killing me though. I hate that you can only put 6 shops in your task at a time because when you go back to add the other ones there gone. One thing I did notice is if you tend to do a lot of shops they will cut you off and they won’t text you to let you New jobs have been posted. Sometimes I do shops with friends to save on gas and it might show shops available on her phone I do believe that is something that should be looked into.

They used to be good they payed you on time for the surveys. I’ve been working for them for about 4-5 months never had an issue till recently. Recently I have been do surveys and they have been paying me for it. I thought it was just me but a lot of people I know that have been doing the surveys as well have not been compensated. There not what they used to be anymore. Before we used to send them an email or text and they would respond. Now they don’t respond to anything. It’s been about 3 days since I contacted them about the payment and they still haven’t contacted me.

Shiftsmart provided an opportunity for me to supplement my income with there easy to use mobile app. They pay promptly and are always available to answer any questions. Working part time with Shiftsmart allowed me to choose what days I’m available to work giving me the flexibility I was seeking. Completing and submitting surveys is as simple as texting. Thumbs up to Shiftsmart!!!

Shiftsmart is a good place to work for with a flexible hours and you get paid the third day without any hassle. If you have any concerns, the management of Shiftsmart are quick to respond and resolve the issue. I will recommend Shiftsmart for anyone that’s willing to work part time job or anyone that’s willing to supplement his or her full time job.

Great part-time job, learning a lot about multiple technology products and not just as a shopper but for your own personal use as well. The awesome thing is I’m able to end my day at my full-time job and hit the stores shopping on my drive home. ShiftsmartPartner is great allowing you to select and swipe locations to shop far and wide.👍🏾

I was contacted via LinkedIn about Shiftsmart and thought it’d be great to try! The first shop went well and I got paid and nothing went wrong.

Then after that, there was nothing but silence. Ive reached out to customer service, have messaged and emailed but have not received any response. However I still receive text messages that say new shops are available in my area. When I check, there is nothing there.

I’m not sure if this is a glitch or error or just bad communication but it needs to be fixed, please.

ShiftsmartPartner is a scam. They will send shops and when you start the assignment the shops ShiftsmartPartner will either freeze while your getting directions or the shop will disappear once you already made it to the store they assigned you. They will scam you out of your gas. And they take for ever to respond. They pick and choose when they want to pay you even if you have physical proof you completed the shop the way they wanted you to. They make you go to the same exact store so the associates this your stealing. This is not worth your gas. Don’t do it.
