It will not send sms code to my phone
I have been trying to connect to the VPN for 2 days now and it still connecting. I can’t move forward until I login to the VPN.
Hello, I am unable to update my app. It is saying there is an update, but I am not given the option to update.
It is saying I have no payment info on file when I do
It saying update but I cant seem to get it to update and I see no jobs
It’s telling me there’s an update available. But when I click continue it goes to the same home page. And it doesn’t show any shifts available
oh my gosh i've been trying to get into my shiftsmart app no luck i went to update password and it has been down hill from there i've deleted the app and tried to repurchased its not available had 2 jobs schedule today but what a headache!!! can someone help!!!
i've been trying to reset my password to get into my account i have use so many reset tokens the screens just sits there had to jobs today cant go without the app can someone please help in this matter
cannot login or reset password. i get the token to reset but after submit, it just sits there??? i've tried new tokens 5 to 6 times. frustrating.
I cannot reset my password to login and the password reset token does nothing I need to get into my account I had used at least 300 password reset tokens and nothing no password change at all just a big headache
