iSmKit does not respond after the last app update. It does open but it doesn’t let me see the cameras live or the past recordings, iSmKit closes after I tap on the play button. Also I can’t report an issue/problem because iSmKit is free?

App has been working fine for the last 7 years and now every time I try to get on it, it closes out. I’ve tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and still nothing can this be fixed somehow

Push notifications are turned on, on my phone every time I turn them on in iSmKit it turns itself back off. Do NOT buy the cameras that go with iSmKit because iSmKit is useless.

I hope someone is correcting the issues with iSmKit. Many businesses including myself count on iSmKit to check in on things. Is there a new app that connects to our existing setup?

App worked for a month or so and now only tells me the alarms, but won’t show anything at all... so it’s on and connected, but “not connected” get it together.

App opens but crashes while selecting a camera to view. So now worthless. Please revert changes or fix it

I can’t get iSmKit to install the camera just says offline. Ugh

It was a decent app with a few quirks. No it just keeps crashing.

iSmKit stop working. I lost connectivity with my cameras.

Not easy to use , complicated!!!

One star now does iSmKit to much justice. I had to delete iSmKit and hard restart my phone then reinstall multiple times before iSmKit would even launch. Now that it launches there is NO F-ING AUDIO. None for recorded video and nothing during live video. I didn't buy a camera system with audio capabilities so I couldn't use it.

FIX YOUR APP!

App was okay before but now it’s not! Downloaded on iPhone and before when app was open the screen never dimmed or auto-locked. I had my iPhone set to Auto-Lock after 5min in the Apply Display setting. When I had the this app app open watching the cameras it would by pass the Apple auto lock. Now after the Apple update and this app update the Apple setting took over! I have to either keep hitting my phone when it dims or set it to never Autolock. Both are completely inconvenient choices. Leaving the phone with no Autolock kills my battery cause I don’t watch the camaras all the time, and don’t wanna keep changing settings. I forget sometimes to manually turn the phone off toss it in my bag and the screen stays lit killing the phone! And having to touch the phone ever 5 mins....inconvenient and if I forget to and it turns off than I gotta wait for iSmKit to reload losing video feed again inconvenient!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!

Local experience no longer works after March 1st update. “Connecting, connecting, connecting...”. Luckily I didn’t update my IPad where it is still working fine.
My newer camera will no longer be one of these.

Can you upgrade iSmKit the be able to control everything so I don’t need the mouse and monitor. I’d like to everything from my phone. And I mean everything.

I switched back to android and iSmKit no longer works for the android phones it used to when I first had it
