I been working with this app off and on since 2019. (Off was when covid hit). I left my job with the railroad to come back after covid because I could be home &work. We get paid after each shift we work, we get to make our own schedule.. the pay is great, I usually work doubles on the weekends.. the list goes on and on. Anytime I’m in a store, drive Thru, gas station, tanning salon etc, I always take a few minutes and tell people about us as a company, so that anyone who needs extra income can sign up. You can work part time, full time, one shift a week or just a shift to pay a bill. It’s all up to us what we want to work. this app is great. I especially love support. They work with us, support us if we have issues arising, and shoot us a text before our shifts with the address to where we are going (like our personal secretary 😉). This place is great! I will always stand behind this company.

SNAPSHYFT/idea has an unlimited upside, unfortunately it’s just not there yet. As a service professional in the Indianapolis market of 8 years I had high hopes for SNAPSHYFT, so far my experience has been a let down, after I signed up and was initially approved for bartender positions, I checked multiple times a day and for a week no shifts appeared. This made me question if maybe I had done something wrong, so I added other positions like server and security. This was over a week ago and I am still currently waiting for re-approval. Navigating SNAPSHYFT itself is very clunky and needs further development. As a stay at home during the day father of two young girls I really wanted this to work and felt that SNAPSHYFT would be ideal for me and my circumstances. Regrettably it’s not there yet, possibly with further development and more input from reviews and users SNAPSHYFT will prove to meet the expectations of myself and other users.

I absolutely LOVE the idea of SNAPSHYFT, but SNAPSHYFT itself needs a ton of work. The interface is mediocre at best, and I can’t seem to figure out the notifications/text messages for new shifts. A friend of mine that uses it always gets texts for new shifts and I don’t. I’ve toggled the “I’m available” switch both ways and it doesn’t work. The wording for that switch is also confusing. Is it supposed to be slid to the right or left to be “available”? It doesn’t work for me either way and with the limited amount of shifts available, I always get beat to the punch.

Again love the idea, but the user experience needs a lot of work. I would love to start picking up shifts on here, but if much more time passes and I’m still having the same experience, I may have to move on from it.

I am the Operations Manager at a large banquet facility in Indianapolis and I can say enough good things about this app. Their customer service is second to none. They always respond in less than a minute and work hard to get all your shifts filled. Their workers are always hard working and have been far and away better than other staffing agency we have used. Thank you this app!

Loving SNAPSHYFT so far, and hopefully soon y’all will expand to San Antonio, Texas.
BUT...I cannot input payment/direct deposit info because it’s saying my profile is incomplete. I am also trying to upload my TABC/Food handlers certs and I don’t have the actual paper copies so I’ve been trying to upload a screen shot from an email with the pdf attachments and the upload option has been loading for 10+ minutes. Should I just forward the emails to the this app support email? Same with the profile picture...it’s not letting me choose a decent looking picture of myself from my photo library on my phone.

Have been doing work on and off for this app since the beginning when they first came out, 3 years of labor. I dropped a shift due to Car Issues and I had no transportation. I reached out to customer service multiple times and they've never once answered the phone. They're so quick to text me though. After them failing to reach out to me over the phone they disabled my account and took me off 4 shifts I had scheduled within the next 2 weeks. Wonderful events and Venues with good pay but beware of unprofessionalism and short notice on anything to do with the HR/Customer Service side of things.

Hasn’t launched in Houston yet. (As of March 2022.) Tired of downloading these apps, signing up, and giving them all of my personal information (plus allowing permissions), before finding out they do not even operate in my area. I get these platforms are growing, but it would be good to know before workers invest their time into something that will not benefit the employers or employees, so they can focus on finding actual work. That being said, I hope they expand in more areas soon.

I lost my job and I was short on money to pay my bills I was downtown one day and a lady told me about this app and how I can go by my own schedule and get paid the same day since working at this app I’m able to keep extra money in my pocket and it gives me opportunities to network and get to meet new people I would recommend this employment app to anyone

I applied and filled out everything literally about two months ago going on three now and SNAPSHYFT keeps saying I will be getting an email from the background check company since the first time I downloaded SNAPSHYFT and applied. I’ve texted through SNAPSHYFT countless amount of times with no response to any of my text whatsoever. I’m starting to think SNAPSHYFT is either fake and falsely obtained the inquiring users information for a reason I don’t know because I can’t not get ahold of anyone pertaining to this “company”. Shiftgig isn’t even this unorganized and it’s the same exact concept. What a waste of almost 3 months.

I love SNAPSHYFT. I take a shift when I want to for that extra side money I need to make. Communication is excellent with support and you are paid in a timely manner. I highly recommend for anyone who’s wanting to work the food service industry and need to make extra money.

I’ve been working on the this app platform since I moved to Indianapolis in 2017. The work opportunities have ALWAYS been sufficient for my needs. But, more importantly for me, is the AWESOME communication of this app staff. I ALWAYS get real time answers! I highly recommend joining the this app family.

this app is so awesome! You get paid 2 hours afterwards and work in different places and get to do fun things and meet cool new people or stay to yourself where both are appropriate and time goes by every time.

I was able to sign up for three shifts right when SNAPSHYFT hit the Chicago market. I got five stars for the job well done instant pay was great and then it all stopped no shifts and this is a year later I see that their shifts posted on there but I never see any available they’re always all taken. Thank goodness there are other apps out there if you’re in the Chicago market definitely check out the other apps not this one.

Very excited to watch this company grow. They are extremely passionate about solving an issue that can help so many.

this app has definitely changed the game in Indianapolis. Where else can you work in restaurants, bars, hotels and catering venues when YOU want. It is super easy and a legitimate way to make some extra income.

I’ve just finished my fourth shift for this app. The money is awesome, it’s easy to use, & it’s extremely convenient as a side hustle ORRR a full time job. If you’re in the hospitality business, I highly recommend SNAPSHYFT! Thanks

I made a profile, submitted all my personal information, and have been waiting about a month (says 2 weeks) for approval. No word from anyone, and no response when I contact the help line given.

App and technical team is very good. Just wish the were not able to call out.

As an independent contractor I was hopeful of SNAPSHYFT but it’s not the easiest to navigate, especially when you need to correct a typed error. I need my email to be updated and it has been a battle to get it fix.

Oh well, great concept but there’s other apps that are ahead of this one.

My company loves using this program! They have some of the best costumer service that I have ever seen and we’ve met a lot of awesome hard workers!!

I met the creators at a festival this year. I went home and signed up. I am impressed with the responsiveness of the help desk and how much fun each event I’ve worked at has been.

The complaints or concerns I have often come from the other this app workers I’m paired with or organizers at the venues and their lack of communication. Currently, SNAPSHYFT does not provide a place to rate the organizer only the venue, but there has been nothing extremely concerning.

Sometimes SNAPSHYFT does load slowly or I do not receive alerts before all opportunities are taken, but I am enjoying this idea and the opportunities it’s providing.
