VideoEditor won’t let me save my videos. I get a confirmation that my video has been saved but when I go to videos in VideoEditor there isn’t one or when I check my gallery, there’s none. When I click share to Facebook, Instagram, messenger, etc., it says cancel and doesn’t let me save. The whole purpose of purchasing VideoEditor was to edit my video and save it so I can share it. I want my money back. When I tried to email by using the help in VideoEditor, it also didn’t allow me to email. So I copied and pasted this complaint to google mail and copy and pasted the email and sent it. Of course I get an email saying “this email cannot be sent as the email address cannot be found.” I think I have been scammed. Going to dispute this charge to my bank. This is a SCAM.
VideoEditor charged my mothers credit card $49 when I have no recollection of pressing any buttons to buy anything. VideoEditor also crashes every 5 minutes!! VideoEditor also doesn’t even show me that I have a subscription!!
I purchased it and didn’t have access to the paid version. I tried to get a refund and was denied.
I am so upset that how long you have to wait for it to download and it says it free and then after all that time you have to pay to use it right
I can’t believe I paid for VideoEditor to remove the watermark and now when I click import video nothing happens the screen turns blurry and does nothing. Useless
So... when I first tap Gallery... I press a video that I made of me and my friends. I also pressed on another video completely different from the edit I did of me and my friends. Once I press on it.. it just suddenly takes me out. I don’t know if it’s VideoEditor or my WiFi.
Don’t waste your money! I downloaded it and they make it seem that you will get more features if you subscribe & pay. Proceed to charge you $8 to use full features and there’s no other features except to add music otherwise it’s a *basic* video editing app not worth $8 a month.
Do not buy. If you don’t delete app and cancel subscription within 3 days of downloading then you’ll be charged $50! They have no customer service contact. Their website crashes and their email admin does not exist. Do not download. Seriously. VideoEditor also crashes heavily. Hopefully you read this.
So, I’m a kid who is really good at photography and editing. I got VideoEditor hoping to make awesome videos on my TV. So, I started the video, and in like 5 minutes it said “Video Limit Reached.” I was planning on making about a 15 minute video. Second, in the description for VideoEditor it says “cropping,” so I tried to crop my video. There is absolutely no way to do that. And, you have to be a member to do EVERYTHING!!!!!So, if the developers read this, please make changes soon. :(
Ok when I opened VideoEditor I literaly just wanted to make videos and I wanted to make and intro but it wouldn’t let me do music... VideoEditor is obviously just money hungry

First of all nothing bad with the actual editing but VideoEditor didn’t do what I wanted it to. Honestly I would just use clips or iMovie over it. Kinda basic. However my real problem was I edited to where I wanted it to be, then went I sent my video to some friends the music was totally synced incorrectly. Maybe it was just me because I had music playing in the background instead of through VideoEditor , but still very frustrating !!!
VideoEditor is easy to use and enjoyable.
