Cannot log in. When I enter my correct username, correct password, and hit enter every single time I get a message 'connection reset'.

I don’t remember my password and when I try to get my code emailed it never comes. I have checked my spam folder and it’s not in there either

To resolve Massage Envy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Massage Envy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Massage Envy » click [Force Stop]

Clear Massage Envy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Massage Envy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Massage Envy.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Massage Envy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Massage Envy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Massage Envy
