The app is not working on my iPhone. I can see a page by pressing the three bars at the bottom of the page. However, it won’t let me access anything from there. Anything click on just remains inaccessible. I am not able to navigate past that one page.

I have received a pop up message on my MacBook which states Hello, we've noticed an issue with your iOS app. Please delete this app and re-install it from the App Store. I can't now access notion on my laptop as this message won't go off the screen. What is this about??

My notion app on my Apple iPhone shows a blank screen when I click on any page. When uninstall and reinstall the app works. When I come back out of the app and back in again it works again.

I can`t open my notion on my computer. As soon as I open it on the app or on Chrome it closes 2 min after and don`t let me make changes... No problem on my phone.

Hello, My Notion is not loading when I am using wifi- I get an error message saying safari and chrome cannot establish a secure connection to the server. I have tried clearing my cache, using DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to no avail. Would appreciate quick response as I use notion for studying. Thank you and Kind Regards

How to fix Notion app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Notion app on iPhone
Update Notion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Notion iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Notion on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Notion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Notion Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Notion not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Notion App
1. On android, goto Settings » Notion » click [Force Stop]

Update Notion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Notion App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Notion » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Notion.

Fix Notion unable to contact server/ Notion internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Notion » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Notion » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Notion
