I downloaded this app to help me rebuild my credit I got the trail that’s end on April 11th then it was showing me the score update on April 12th so I kept the membership since a lot of major changes to my credit happened before that date, April 12th came and no update at all I tried to cancel the membership but there is no way to cancel it unless you speak to customer service. After all they only update you every 45 days or so and you can get your scores monthly for free directly from the credits agencies and better then this tricky way to keep membership after trail.

They won’t even open you account to sign in unless you subscribe. This is not mentioned before downloading so I went they all the steps to the end to get stuck at getting thei membership. When I declined there is no free option to view anything like with other apps like Experian, credit sesame, credit karma etc etc.

I’ve downloaded the new Score Sense app but it’s WORTHLESS!!! It usually won’t load up for me to see any information. I use the old app which is Amazing & there’s a notification to download the new 🗑🗑🗑 version because the old one will end in April. This is TRULY unfortunate cause I’ve Never had a problem with the old app. It works the BEST!!!
