Not updating correctly fees

TeacherEase will not allow me to make payments through the website on my apple products (iPhone/iPad. This has been a reoccurring issue. Works fine on any other Pc. Thanks

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TeacherEase app issues:

Force Stop the TeacherEase App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TeacherEase app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TeacherEase to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TeacherEase App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TeacherEase app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TeacherEase.

Fix TeacherEase unable to contact server/ TeacherEase internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TeacherEase » "Force Stop".

Again, got TeacherEase » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
