Hello folks. This is a great bank. Please keep up with at least national Govt. standards. The Indian Gov apps are much better quality and UX is simple, yet elegant. You need to update it.
Many functional things need improvement. Just throw money and hire better Data professionals, UX professionals and get it done.
Once password changed, it’s unclear if you still need to change password. The buttons are pushed down on iPhones with Face ID and hard to click. Enable Face ID support. Asking too many OTPs for same processes.
UPI is so faster based on just phone number and bank link. In your case, SBI has access to both Phone, Bank, and many things. Still you need so many OTPs. Come on! Scale up.
Make a native iOS app either using React Native, Next, or other frameworks. YONOSBI is also HTML hybrid and poorly done.
Doesn’t feel like YONOSBI belongs to a great bank called SBI. 🤷🏻♂️
