I am enrolling for companies insurance benefits and Rippling is not letting me continue unless I click to waive the disability insurance which I don't want to do. How do I complete the process?

How to fix Rippling app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rippling app on iPhone
Update Rippling app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rippling iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rippling on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rippling network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rippling Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rippling not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rippling App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rippling » click [Force Stop]

Update Rippling to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rippling App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rippling » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rippling.

Fix Rippling unable to contact server/ Rippling internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rippling » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rippling » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
