Cand apare optiunea de a descarca factura, cand NU. Mai des, NU.
Si cel mai frustrant lucru este ca NU le poti deschide, citi/vedea, folosi codul de bare pt a le scana si plati.
Trezit si cu niste sume inventate, care s-au dovedit astfel cand am comparat index-ul, la Electrica, fiind nevoit a ma deplasa la ei. Diferența de cca 500 ron incarcati in plus.
Ulterior, pe app apare si acea factură măsluită, precum si cele drese la sediu. Un haos permanent.
Un sfat prietenesc, mergeti si verificați, oameni buni, cu index-ul, la sediul societății, altfel sunteți buni de plată.

Nu se afișează ultimul index auto citit.
Nu se afișează ultima factura
Nu se poate contacta telefonic: aștepți pana la 2 ore să-ți răspundă un operator.
Nu poți contacta un Manager care sa vina cu o soluție viabila pentru operator si client.
Echipa technica nu contactează clientul sa se constata dacă sa remediat incidentul de pe app MyElecrrica.
Trebuie sa se intereseze mai temeinic dacă clientul are vreo problema cu APP la fel ca celelalte companii furnizoare de gaz si electricitate.
Doresc doar servici mai profesionale din partea serviciului technic si serviciul relații cu clienții!
