We are having numerous issues: 1. Intermittent Inability to connect to client devices. No error just returns to a blank screen with 'No Active Sessions' 2. Inability to generate a session for a remote session 3. Inability to have multiple remote sessions open and more. All users are logging in from different locations with different IP addresses. We are unable to provide satisfactory customer service. Please help

Force Stop the GoToAssist App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GoToAssist app. » click "Force Stop".
