We are having numerous issues: 1. Intermittent Inability to connect to client devices. No error just returns to a blank screen with 'No Active Sessions' 2. Inability to generate a session for a remote session 3. Inability to have multiple remote sessions open and more. All users are logging in from different locations with different IP addresses. We are unable to provide satisfactory customer service. Please help

- The app does not remember user credentials or offer Touch ID, making it inconvenient for on-the-go support.

- The app is not available on all platforms, limiting its accessibility.

- The GUI is outdated in functionality and appearance.

- The app has a reauthentication problem that continuously logs users out and forces them to log back in.

- The app does not accept 21 character passwords, which is a problem for some users.
