How to fix AutoDrawing app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AutoDrawing app on iPhone
Update AutoDrawing app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AutoDrawing iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AutoDrawing on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AutoDrawing network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AutoDrawing Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AutoDrawing not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AutoDrawing App
1. On android, goto Settings » AutoDrawing » click [Force Stop]

Update AutoDrawing to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AutoDrawing App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AutoDrawing » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AutoDrawing.

Fix AutoDrawing unable to contact server/ AutoDrawing internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AutoDrawing » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AutoDrawing » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
