Since I live in the US, VOGACLOSET won’t let me choose what country I live in. If you don’t select what country you live in, you can’t move on. Therefore, I was not able to see VOGACLOSET which was really disappointing to me because I was so excited to find an app like this. Looks like a cool app but because of my technical difficulties I have to give it a one star. (I couldn’t see VOGACLOSET )

Please please please ship to the US!!!! I rlly want to try VOGACLOSET out! Thanks!

Don’t ever trust this site, you place an order and pay for it and forget about it. Despite so many emails and so many calls still no reply at all. They are really the worst. I think VOGACLOSET should be blocked to stop them from lying and taking the money of customers.
They don’t deserve even 1 star, they should be banned!

I just replaced an order and once I paid through Apple Pay, the order in the application just vanished without giving me an order number the order’s amount just deducted from my bank account with out giving me any order confirmation number or any info about my order

I did not like my experience in this application!
Medium size felt like large .. the material is so poor and the cheapest kind comparing to the price We are paying!!
This is last time for me to order from it!

please Adjust the browsing because VOGACLOSET browsing system it seems to be like the web browsing system which is very difficult to come back to items ,is come back to the main menu not the category that you was Browsing in it!!!

I have ordered from this app for the first time and got shocked with the bad quality of the items I ordered. I requested for a return but they ignored my request and didn’t reply.

I am really feeling upset of your way of dealing with customers. You should respect the customers and reply to their requests.

I want to return the bad items ASAP.

My order took about four weeks to arrive. The leggings were see-through to the point where I wear them as tights now. The cape is such a cheap quality and looks NOTHING like the picture. Very disappointing especially after all the advertising that is going on for VOGACLOSET

I love VOGACLOSET. I think it’s great. It has everything I ever wanted. But...they don’t deliver to Iraq and that’s where I live. Which just makes me crave for the products and not be able to buy them. Wish they provided delivery to Iraq, I mean it’s pretty close to the Gulf.

While using VOGACLOSET , it got quite frustrating as every time I add something to my wishlist or shopping bag, I can’t go back to where I was and would have to scroll again every single time. VOGACLOSET needs smoother performance and please include a button to go back and continue shopping

My experience with this app was lousy. However, my encounter with Esraa Daboubi, an employee at this app, was extremely pleasant. She is very kind and professional, she managed to contain my frustration with candour. Her dedication to where she works was refreshing. this app was done for me, I never wanted to deal with them again, but because of Esraa I reconsidered. You are lucky to have employees like her, such employees should go places. And I wish we all stumble upon people like her.

Ok i like everything alot of beautiful dresses.. its my third time to oerder /the sizes was great .. but add the full suit its better than search for the top and the pant(trousers ) ! It was difficult to find the full suit
and i lost my time ! 😀 Anyways it’s amazing shopping .. keep going

I love voga closet it is one of the best websites that I buy from that has a huge variety I wish though that they can organize the website more it’s very irritating the new update that when you choose the women all women clothes appear and you have to choose the kind of product it would be more convenient if it is categorized in a better way

They wrote in VOGACLOSET that it will take 7 to 10 days its been more than 20days and when i talk to them they tell me to contat aramax to see where my package is
Did I order it from aramax or VOGA CLOSET!!!!
I regret ordering it from them dnt do the same mistake
Dsnt even deserve one star
