I know they have a small team but how long does it take to solve such a simple issue?
Really disappointed in the service.
This product has made pool maintenance so much easier, no more chemical strips. Able to see my water temp without going outside.
One issue I hope will be fixed is when launching Flipr it cuts the music or podcast that’s playing. Otherwise, let’s go swimming!
