How long?

I have bought the max version to get access to the premium functionalities and I am still being ask to pay for a subscription.
I know they have a small team but how long does it take to solve such a simple issue?
Really disappointed in the service.
Great app/product for pool

This product has made pool maintenance so much easier, no more chemical strips. Able to see my water temp without going outside.
One issue I hope will be fixed is when launching the app it cuts the music or podcast that’s playing. Otherwise, let’s go swimming!
