Hi! I cannot log in the CallYa Flex app from last week and cannot charge my sin card now sim card. The number is still valid as I can receive sms and calls. I don't find why it is like that and it's very inconvenient. Thanks for the help! xh

Hi! I have been trying to recharge my CallYa Flex sim card with data for the last 2 days and the app doesn't seem to work at all. I have it on IOs. It charges and fails to log in. The number is still valid as I can receive sms and calls. I don't find why it is like that and it's very inconvenient. Thanks for the help! Juan

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CallYa Flex app issues:

Force Stop the CallYa Flex App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CallYa Flex app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CallYa Flex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CallYa Flex App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CallYa Flex app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CallYa Flex.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CallYa Flex » "Force Stop".

Again, got CallYa Flex » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
