- The lack of navigation towards finding new fragrances and filtering them out is a major flaw.

- The "new and notable" fragrances section is useless since none of them have reviews.

- The inability to create an account within the app is a drawback.

- When users click on a fragrance and try to go back to the list of fragrances they just searched for, the app kicks them to the beginning of the search process.

How to fix Parfumo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Parfumo app on iPhone
Update Parfumo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Parfumo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Parfumo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parfumo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Parfumo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Parfumo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parfumo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parfumo » click [Force Stop]

Update Parfumo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parfumo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parfumo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parfumo.

Fix Parfumo unable to contact server/ Parfumo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parfumo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parfumo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Parfumo
