Let me start with I wish I could rate this half a star. I’ve been on Coverstar since December 2023 and my at first my experience was ok. Then I noticed the “Nono toxic” community is a joke. People are so rude and mean and are still verified. I deleted Coverstar at the end of December and re download it in march 2024. Since then I’ve had multiple issues come up. First of all you either need to pay to not watch adds and have longer videos or you have to get verified (5000 followers or more). That is the most annoying thing. The next problem is the challenge. I’ll start with saying that they are basically popularity competitions. Basically if someone who has 100 or under followers join a challenge they will most likely not even get top 50 while if a person who is verified and has let’s say 1,000,000 followers join it they are garnered to get at least top 3. How the challenges work is that who ever gets the most likes either get a badge on their account page or a Sephora gift card (we know who much trouble the gift card might cause). Lastly people make edit competitions that is basically somebody makes a competition with an hashtag and a bunch of people make edits of them just to get a shoutout on the creators page. Overall I just suggest letting you kid get TikTok instead because your kid might have struggles on Coverstar.

Hi so this app is horrible… When I was logging in they asked so many questions like for my mom to aprove that I could use it! I still logged in it says take a video free or pay a small fee. So I clicked on take a video.. IT SAID TO TAKE A VIDEO OF MY MOM SAYING HER NAME AND HER SAYING TO APROVE THAT I COULD USE IT! Then when she did it it said to post video! Like what? And… When i was looking at the comments on other peoples vids… people said “that’s not how you dance” and“Lame” and Coverstar says positive and non toxic! But you can right really rude comments! And you can only make videos 1 min! But if your verified then u can do it as long as you want but like how do being verified make a difference your still taking a video! It’s not fair. this app might look good at first but no it is one of the most horrible apps! And plus it says ages four and up! But… It’s not really safe for really young kids because there is adult men and people to find out where you live just by looking where you are at! I mean on ticktock there is this guy named joes monkey or something anyways people send videos to him asking him to try to find where they live and Joes monkey or something always gets it correct! He says he’s not trying to scare anyone he letting people know how dangerous it is for people to send videos of them because someone could easily find them! There is bad people out there! That’s it 1 star

I had a account called Callie_B I had this account at the beginning or end of march I LOVED making videos it was just so fun until one day I left my phone at my house completely lock and then when I came back I when on this app and it said to login so I did I did the right password and email and phone number but it said it was wrong so I did it again it eventually worked after like an hour and then it made my take a AI (artificial intelligence) test so clearly it thought that I was some scammer/robot and I past the survey all it wanted me to do was mach the word to the picture so I did it said past but than it sat there and loading for SIX HOURS I was so upset because I loved making videos I cry and cry and I even tried contacting this app twice and both times they said '' We will look in to in and try to help'' and than about 30 minutes to a hour they said '' Sorry we can not help you something went wrong'' so I responded with can you tell me why I lost my account and they said '' No we are sure why that happened to you but we can't help you '' so if you don't even know why I lost my account I'm assuming you just took my account away it really all makes no sense and I'm still very upset about it. this app is a great thing to watch does it is very appropriate, but the whole account thing really made me look at this app differently.

This is a nice a boss. The criticism in Coverstar is too much. My videos doesn’t even get to the scene page I need to use very unfair because how does you see them getting more than 45,000 legs and me I have been struggling to even past 20 followers. This is not a nice app and the rules and regulations in this up that they showed almost maybe everybody in this up before signing in he’s not used in this up because I see still see

I like Coverstar and all the features. I’m coming from TikTok so my expectations were high for Coverstar. I love how it has challenges and is child safe. But one thing I hate is that on Coverstar you cannot see the videos you liked and it’s really annoying. Like if I want to make a video and don’t know the song instead of saving it and doing it later I have to remember the name and the person who made a sound. TikTok shows you were your saved videos are but Coverstar does not. Another thing is that the sounds mix together which I do not like. Like if I’m scrolling the past 2 videos sounds will be playing on top of the video I’m currently watching. Also I would love to know how many fans you need to get verified. Other than those few minor things I personally love Coverstar it would just help it be TikTok level if you added those few things.

This is a fun safe app for kids if they can’t get TikTok I have not seen one inappropriate thing on there and I’ve had it for about 5 months but there are lots of bugs. One is whenever I want to add a sound to make a video it says error and a bunch of numbers. Two is that whenever I scroll through the videos it takes forever to load if I scroll to fast. And sometimes the quality is bad like it’s glitching or just blurry. Three if I want to download a video to my camera roll/library I click it and it loads so it can download but it takes forever and the words that say downloading to library disappear and it doesn’t download. So I do it again and sometimes it have to click it a few times to work but sometimes it never downloads. Fourth is I think the views on my videos are wrong. Ty this app for adding the number of views on your videos i love that feature. But I checked my videos and it said 1 view so I looked at it and it had three likes. It is weird but overall it is a great positive app and I recommend it it’s just these glitches

So Coverstar is very good and it’s fun to make videos and stuff but all these people that have been on Coverstar for a long time (me and other people I know) don’t get verified but brand spanking new members get verified the next day that’s just unfair man. They don’t even have as much posts as us and they get verified like come on mannn. Also can you make it to where people who host the challenge can’t win their own challenge cause that’s not fair either. But besides that it’s the best kids TikTok app I ever had cause I used to always look for an app that I could use cause I couldn’t get TikTok cause it’s had inappropriate content and all the other kids TikTok apps was some trash Coverstar was the best one yet.🔥🔥🔥😜😜 But one last recommendation, can you please add snapchat filters or the filters that be on TikTok🙏 that’s would be awesome🔥🔥🔥💗💗💗💗🏀🏀 if you do it I will give Coverstar five stars instead of three. This is a great absolutely great app for kids it is very safe and appropriate for little children however l do have one concern with Coverstar, Coverstar recently just added some new members that are very popular in yt and tik tok and this app decided to be in my opinion very unfair because they decided to verify the new members and leave everyone else in the dust and people who have working for a very long time and have bin working very hard and still nothing and l am sure many people are very excited that these new members have joined but l just really didn’t appreciate the unfairness that happend and l feel like this app isn’t that much a community the way it was before because if new people that are already famous join this app l feel like it might just can possibly just turn into another tik tok no hate on anything or anyone just speaking what l feel hope you understand.

So, this app is a great app. It’s actually just like TikTok, and doesn’t have as much inappropriate content.
However, this app does say it’s a less toxic version of TikTok. I would disagree. There are still many trolls on line hating on peoples dancing and more. I’ve seen some really hurtful things being said. So to correct this app, it’s not like there is no hate on Coverstar . Many people swear in the comments and spread soooo much hate.
Also, at least 3 times a day (for me) this app would just shut down and say, error try again later. I could not watch any videos, and it said I had 0 followers and no posts. This is very wierd. It’s happened to be a lot a day.

It’s an amazing app but something is completely wrong. When it said that only kids are on Coverstar i thought it was true. So when I got Coverstar i made videos and it was super fun until today. Today, I noticed this man has liked my posts but it was odd because it seemed he was looking for something specific. I decided to block him and delete the posts he liked because he liked the ones where I had a crop top on and my favorite skorts. I don’t mean this in an inappropriate way but I just thought it was super weird bc I thought that only kids/ teens can see my posts. I decided to put my account on private so nobody can see it. I knew that I had to look to see if the man had followed me but he didn’t. Thankfully all the people who followed me were girls. The only thing I’m concerned about is that when it said that this app only kids and teens are on Coverstar there are some adults on this app. But I have and idea, if adults are trying to get onto this app why can you just stop them from getting in even if they make a fake account because I’m not trying to say this in an inappropriate way but, it’s concerning and weird that grown men are on Coverstar watching little girls/ teens dance and it’s just weird. Please Read this this app so you can change the sign/ log in thing so men/ adults can’t get in. It’s weird to say but it’s true so I hope you read this.

this app is a Great app for people who like dancing. It’s a good substitute for TikTok but personally I believe zoomerang is better for a few reasons. The first thing is if you here a sound in a video that you like but you scroll a bit, and later want to use that sound it’s impossible to find it! You can search the name of the song but all sounds are titled:original sound! Another thing is there’s a thing on Coverstar called “challenges” and it’s basically a dance battle between the whole app. If I don’t wanna do a challenge I get like 8 notifications an hour telling me to join! I don’t want to!!!!! My last issue is that if your scrolling through videos on Coverstar it’s only little kids doing the same dances over and over! I prefer a verity of videos. I have a few other complaints that I won’t state but there is definitely some improvement that needs to be done.

Overall great idea and great app.
One thing I am seeing to much of tho is most of the people getting famous of their videos seem to be either 9 or 29. I know Coverstar is supposed to be for kids but right when your signing in it asks if your 13 or up. Y’all need to get better at age verification. Second, the gaming community is really weak here, the whole app seems to be ran by girls. If you encourage a little more things like gaming or some appropriate memes, you may attract more boys, maybe even doubling your current amount of downloads and users. One last thing that’s worth mentioning is film time. One minute for non verified users, and your giving verified users 20 MINUTES. You need to even it out. All your doing is making the famous more famous. I get you can get more time the more followers but at least give the new guys and or girls like 2-5 minutes.
Otherwise, great app, 4 stars. 👍

I love this app so much but I have a few complaints. First when I try to like a video you can’t see your liked videos so for example, if you want to do a dance later and you like the video you can’t see it later. Second of all only verified creators get 20 minutes to do their videos. Unverified creators only get one minute of time which is very frustrating because when you’re watching a get ready with me, you have to search for part two or make a part two, which is very annoying. third of all. it always glitches when I try to download the videos into my library. I have to either tap it a couple of times or it will just sign me out of this app other than that this app is a really great app for a little kids who want to get on there and make videos I haven’t seen one inappropriate thing on there and I love all the dances that they do. This is an amazing app for kids and I definitely recommend it other than these bugs.

A great epic general but today something happened and I might fix it but it’s just not working at the moment so here’s what happened I was just on this app I want to make a video with my brother so as I was about to make the video with my brother well it just started glitching out and then it said I had no post no star power no fans no following and no nothing I couldn’t even see what other people were posting it was just saying no one has posted or something like that and I couldn’t see the challenges and I couldn’t see other stuff and I couldn’t upload the videos. It just started acting weird and again if I fix this I will maybe reconsider what I’m reading Coverstar but for now it’s getting a four out of five stars it might go up to five because I was gonna be five until this happened but I’ll try to fix it and maybe a ride out the review so this app you know just try to fix these books

Coverstar is good especially if you cant or aren’t allowed to get tiktok, it is much more positive compared to tiktok, but the fan base is mainly people who identify with the “preppy” aesthetic and there is not much of an diverse fan base, i don’t think the devs can change this though i wish this app was more diverse in the fan base. another thing is that you cant search for videos or keywords, you can only search for creators, challenges, or songs/audios/music, i wish you could search for keywords. another issue i encountered was people (9-12) asking if they could date people that post videos or people (9-12) calling the creator in the video “cute”, “hot”, or “handsome/beautiful/pretty”, or just straight up to “roast” them or insult them, saying stuff like “nO OfFeNsE BuT ArE YoU GaY” or spamming the “🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈” in the comment section, i have also met people posting about how they don’t like people that are gay, a religion other than a christian religion, or part of the lgbtqia+.

I love this app! But they do need to fix a few things. First, only people that are verified can make videos over a minute. Let’s say I’m watching a GRWM and that person makes a part 2 I have to scroll on all there videos to just find part 2. I think this app should make a arrow you press on their account and that will show you the next video. Second, you can’t edit your drafts. Let’s say I’m making a transition I can’t exit out of the video or else it will delete. If you save it to drafts it won’t let you add any more parts. Lastly, some people can get premium but I don’t know how. Premium gives you all the future you get if you’re verified. That means they can make over one minute videos. I’ve searched up how to get premium on this app but it doesn’t say. Overall I really recommend this app. It’s kid appropriate, has all the new trends, and just in general a great app!

Ok I gotta say Coverstar is amazing!! Coverstar is amazing because it’s just for kids! And to add on to that I never get bullied when I make videos on this app and no one else does either. this app makes sure no one gets bullied and you can only say nice things and you can’t dislike any videos! The only problem is that I feel like this app isn’t very fair. First of all this app immediately verifies famous people from other social media platforms while the rest of us have to work for it. The second thing is whenever I scroll through the videos all it shows is people who have a lot of likes and are verified, but how do the other people get verified or get a lot of likes if they never get showed on this app except for maybe a few times? And another thing is verified people on this app get to make vlogs and longer videos but the people who are not verified only get 1 minute but it feel like ten seconds. I personally think we should get 3-5 minutes. Also, it’s very glitchy. Whenever I try to post something it says, “sorry an error has occurred please try again later.” And sometimes when I post something it’s says it posts but it doesn’t. There a many things I wish this app could fix but I don’t think they will but overall I love Coverstar and recommend getting it!

I think this app is a great app but I have some tweaks. For example only verified people can really host or make a sound, it’s hard to get a lot of likes, and only people who get a lot of likes on like all all their videos get to host, it’s having some glitches kinda often, which is kind of annoying, what’s hard is once you put your user name in when you first get Coverstar and get an account, you can’t change it, which is really annoying. Also, I think you should post a tutorial on how to make sounds and how to host and like how to make Vlogs and stuff when you’re verified so it’s easier for some people they don’t have to go the Internet for hours, trying to find how to. I also think you should get verified a little sooner than like 6,000 7,000 fans, you guys should show how to make sounds. But otherwise I love Coverstar is so much fun and it’s so safe. I also don’t really like how if you’re not verified you only have one minute to make a video. It’s a little too short. This is an amazing and so safe kids, TikTok

I love love love love love cover stuff, but I think there could be a little bit of fixing like number one. I think we should have at least two minutes or a minute and 30 for people who has not verified because some people actually wanna do get ready with me and it just ends on them two I hate when it says error occurred. This profile is not uploaded yet or something like that. I also hate how it says. No one posted or no likes or no. When the other day it said that there’s tons of videos and there is followers and likes three I hate the ads. Yes, I know it helps the business, but I don’t really like the ads four why every time I put follow for follow or like for like it says go back or cancel this user can block you why would they block you if all you’re asking is a follow for follow or a light for like that’s technically all my concerns other than all that I love this app cover size amazing I love seeing my friends dance on there. I love seeing my fans and I love seeing my followers and the people I follow. It’s just so cool. Alright so theres this community growth challenge and right know im in 11th place, i was just in 4th due to inviting 3 friends, and i invited like 3 more so i should be in 1st! But now im in 11th? And its still saying i only invited 3 it ends in 6 days. And i’d like it if it wasn’t so slow in putting in your place, im either mean’t to be in atleast 1st or 2rd, even 3rd or 4th would be nice. Coverstar is great, the community is full of kindness super rare to see any hate... Um there is a grown man this app should be aware of, his acting trans and he looks like his in his 40’s. See if Coverstar was for kids and it was safe, (also teens) then this app. You wouldn’t allow grown ups on Coverstar . Its creepy alright? i seriously love Coverstar and its so fun! but here are a few things to add to make Coverstar better. 1. i dont know if this is happening for anyone else but sometimes all my starpower and my fans reset, and also all my vids that i posted are gone. its so annoying when this happens and i have to restart my app but most of the time it doesnt work, PLEASE fix this!! 2. i really want to make grwms WITHOUT making other parts but i have too, since im not verified. and its not fair because only the people verified or that paid for it can make longer vids and we have to work so hard to get verified. 3. Coverstar can be glitchy sometimes, like for example when i want to post a vid it says “error occurred, try again later” and its really annoying PLEASE also fix this. but other than those things Coverstar is REALLY great!! and i would definitely recommend getting Coverstar, if you dont want to get bullied and just want to have fun!

OK, don’t get me wrong. this app is a great app! I love it and it’s great because it’s just like a kids TikTok. but not all apps have just have amazing things. for example why do some people just get verified when they only have about like two videos and I know why they are popular on other social media platforms. But that doesn’t matter why did they get verified in over two seconds and we have to work for it? And this includes with not getting popular, but why do people that are not verified. Don’t get any of their video shown when scrolling through this app videos.?!?! I think that’s unfair because how are we supposed to get videos popular if whenever we scroll through them, we don’t see the unpopular posts? The next bug that I absolutely hate and I’m putting two stars lower because of it. The next thing is that this app has been deleting my videos! I have no clue why and I am very mad because they were my first videos and they were pretty popular and if you would like to see my this app account is livslays1989. I think this app is a fun app but it can be very glitchy so you have to be careful with it!

I am kinda upset bc one of my videos that I posted just says “Loading” and it won’t play for anyone. PLEASE FIX!!! Also 95% of the time the challenges are just popularity contests and only people with a lot of followers can actually win. It would also be really fun if you had more filters with voice changers and stuff like that. PLEASE let non-premium people have longer videos!! I was trying to do a GRWM and it was so annoying bc I had over 1 minute so I wanted to just speed up some of the clips to make it shorter but I couldn’t because I had to have under one minute to press the little checkmark (which is where you can speed up/slow-mo clips in videos). So I just deleted/shortened a bunch of the clips and sped some of them up, but when I posted it, the actual video clip wasn’t sped up and the sound was so I just deleted the video. It was extremely frustrating and upsetting. Thank you for reading my review and please fix/add anything that I talked about.

Hey this app, I just wanna talk to you about something so basically I’ve been having trouble and problems with this because when I read the thing on Safari, it said that only people who was famous or celebrities can only get verified, which is kind of wrong because a lot of kids can’t think they could get verify just getting likes and fans which is honestly not fair because there’s kids here that wants to get verified and another thing you can like. Give the kids something to like give them courage like when is it like you got 10 likes keep going make a supportive thing and say I work on something really really hard and I only got like five years out of it fine because there’s a lot of people out here who gets a lot of words when doing no videos this is on this is not fair and you don’t watch out for the people who is being rude and bullying. You just have to wait till someone reports which is kind of ridiculous because what is the weather for, they didn’t get back and I absolutely hurt my feelings. It’s kind of sad. Honestly, you could do a lot better in a kids app there’s people in Coverstar Wickander what’s up to get a verify are you just gonna do that not all people should be famous, so why do that tick-tock is even better than you anyways I just wanted to say that to you I hope you read this by thunderstorm and people who read all of this

this app overall is a really great app. It’s so much fun. I love how safe it is and how kind the people on it are I’ve already convinced some of my friends to get it and made some friends on it too. But the thing that makes me really sad is that you have to pay money actually five dollars a month if you want to do vlogs get ready with me’s and others. If you don’t pay you can only make a video that’s at the most one minute. This is not too bad, but I am still incredibly sad that you have to pay five dollars a month. It seems incredibly silly to me and if I owned an app like this, I would not do this. Note to the owners if you do want others to pay then you should just do one full price and that’s all you have to pay ever again. I would much rather do that instead of pay five dollars a month. I also don’t like that you have to pay if you don’t want ads though I am very happy that there aren’t that many. You definitely don’t have to listen to me, but I know that a lot of people would be incredibly happy if you don’t have to pay five dollars a month. Though if you’re looking at this, I think that you should 100% get it. It is a gray app overall.

So I’ve had this app for I while now and have updated Coverstar countless of times, however lately when I have gone to update it won’t let me. Now I have no idea if this is in control of this app but that’s just my experience. Overall this is a great app for kids that aren’t allowed to have TikTok yet. One thing that may be concerning is the fact that some sounds include bad words. For example, I was scrolling on my feed and noticed an edit of a girl. (No hate). She made an edit from cap cut that had a song filled with bad words. Naturally I reported before young kids could encounter it. Now I know this app can’t go out and delete all of these sounds however every now and then I see a lot of them. this app is a great app filled with fun dances and challenges however you just need to watch out a little.

I really like Coverstar especially since I’m not allowed to have tik tok, but, there was someone asking for my number in my comments, and I tried to block them, but it wouldn’t work, then, I started getting scared so I wanted to turn my comments off but it won’t let me, so if that could change pretty please change it, because I’m scared now that that happened. Also maybe you could have like a age limit for 13- so there’s not like 22 year olds on Coverstar looking at little kids. Thank you for your time!❤️💗💅🏻

So this app I love it but I was wondering if they could like add a search bar so you can like search for your profile because I am because I just want to look up a profile and I can’t look up a profile because like one of my friends have this app I want to look up my friends put profile like how am I gonna look at my friends profile if I just have to keep scrolling, keep scrolling until I see my friends profile and that’s gonna take a long time. What if it’s not up there because there’s so many people in this app how am I going to look it up? But like I said, I love this app and yeah so just please make it. I think this is pretty good because of how AWESOME it is. My mom doesn’t let me have TikTok ,which is fine with me, but I still wanted something like it. So I found Coverstars. It is awesome! There are so many awesome things about it! The only complaint is that I can’t make my videos private. I know there are drafts but the only way you don’t delete them is to completely exit Coverstar and THEN go back in. Also there is also still lots of hate. I would also like to find my liked videos. But other than those things Coverstar is AWESOME! Have a great day or night or whatever! I totally recommend Coverstar!

This is at least my second favorite app may be even my first favorite app, but there is a little thing that I would like to fix. I don’t like that there is like a limit for you to post like you filled the hourly post or the daily post limit, and I love to post stuff for people, and I don’t like having to wait a few hours or even a day and this app I’m asking nicely can you please change the limit or can you get rid of the limits? Thank you so much you’re so helpful and I feel like your app is a great app for children. It’s safer than TikTok and it’s super optimistic and very supportive people. Thank you so much. this app is a great app to post videos and still be in a positive environment. You can ACTUALLY become famous without having hate. Or scroll and not see some weird stuff. (Seriously there’s some WEIRD stuff on these social media platforms) there’s just one minor inconvenience for creators.
So sometimes I post videos talking like in GRWM’s or just sharing something exciting. The problem is that I only get one minute to do everything, and it’s really difficult to fit everything in one minute and we ALL hate when a creator says “like for part two!” And it’s annoying myself because I have to post that video then go back then continue.
When you get verified you can post vlogs which I think you can film for however long you want. I know it’s supposed to be a special thing for getting verified and I don’t want to make it normalized. So my suggestion is that when you reach a certain amount of fans or starpower you could film for 3 minutes.

this app is amazing! but there is one thing that could be change: i don’t like is how some people who want private accounts can’t get verified if they don’t have 3,000 followers like what if someone else wanted to do a blog but ain’t verified then their never have a chance, if they can only have a priv account with certain people. i think maybe something like 50 and over star power would be a better way to get verified for the people that want to get verified. Over all a great app! However, there are a couple things I think this app should fix. If you’re any to make your own sound, you can’t unless you have a whole different editing tool to film and add in music in the background, export, and then add that video to Coverstar . I wish there was a way to directly add a new sound onto this app without having to use a whole different app. (I used CapCut) Also, their is no way that you can know who you are following or who is watching your videos. 80 urea old men could be watching your videos. I saw someone comment “cute😍” on a girls dancing video and it gave me the creeps. Lastly, people make challenges with audios, language, and dances that aren’t appropriate for such a “kid-friendly” app. Other than that though, it’s a good app.

this app it’s a good app. Where you can watch all your favorite people do trendy dances. for people that don’t have TikTok or not allowed to have TikTok, this would be the perfect for you. But there is something I want to change about Coverstar . I was wondering if this app could put people with less likes on the for you page.

I think it’s a good idea because I want people to feel included. And I think it’s kind of boring seeing the same people on the for you page. And I think it be a better way for people to see your videos and like them so you can be popular too.

The reason why the title is the title is because sometimes when I am filming and I’m making an audio and I want to use that audio, it glitches and it doesn’t work. And also sometimes I have to restart my whole entire device because it’s not really working. But I love the concept of this app because it’s a safe version of TikTok and I would recommend it but be aware of the glitches.

Also,I just hope in the future that the glitches will be gone and good to go. I still love Coverstar and I still do post on it regularly, but it’s just the glitches that bother me. I definitely recommend Coverstar if your Child, niece or friend, (ect.) would want to do social media.

this is a super great app and 100% recommend for mainly tweens. and ask if you’re 13 years or older and basically just hold you are and will give you recommendations based on how old you are. Basically I feel like Coverstar is more directed towards people from the ages 10 to 15. my parents are usually hesitant to get me apps, especially social media apps but this is a very good one that they feel safe for me. it’s a great replacement for all social media apps especially TikTok have a lot of freedom to record videos and unlike some other kids social media apps it doesn’t just randomly not let you post a video. I’ve never really seen anything inappropriate on there. I’m being completely honest ages 10 and under one recommend but anywhere 10 and over I feel like yeah that’s fine. You only get a record one minute videos but it’s usually not that bad at all. Would recommend for you kid is safe and you don’t need to be hesitant about getting your kid Coverstar.

I love this app so much but there are few things I would want to be added/changed. The number one thing I wished we had was longer recording time. You have to be verified to record longer. (They get 20 minutes) However, if you aren’t verified you only get 1 minute. I hate it when I’m watching a get ready with me and I have to hunt for part two. I get that the recording time can’t be too long but if they could make it like 3 minutes that would be great 😊 I also think that once you hit a certain amount of star power (likes) you should get five minutes. This would honestly be amazing. I would also love it if you could turn on notifications for some accounts so that you could know when your favorite people post. I hate having to go through all of the accounts I like when only a few of them posted. If you could get notifications when they post, you wouldn’t have to do any of that. Coverstar is so amazing!!! I had zoomerang at first because I’m not aloud to have TikTok but then I got this app cause it’s a lot like TikTok or maybe safer!?!? I feel so comfortable and secure with my private acc on this app the songs are an easy access no money needed and I’m so happy I have it!!! One thing I think they should add and I bet a lot of people agree is being able to go live!!! This is my favorite app. I spend like all my time on it. I just have a few ideas on it. First, I think people who are not verified should have at least 2-5 minutes for the most. Everyone who is not verified have to do part 1, 2, 3 whatever, and it people are getting tired of it. Second, I think there is a little too many adds. I'm not saying you have to take it away, just don't put adds everytime someone is posting something. Third, I know you are doing this but there could be more like 1k under or 2k under so that more people can get a badge. I really like how I don't need to worry about inappropriate language or things everytime I scroll and everytime someone gets verified you feel really happy and you get a lot of followers quick 🩷🩷. People who don't have many likes should be put on the featured more because they only get noticed in a challenge. So I'm thinking people who got only 25 likes should be put there too. So this app is really awesome, and if you tried it you would probably agree. But but does sound. When you try to do the sound, it does not play it so you’ll have to struggle with the timing and it is hard to do it so I’m giving us a four-star because of that but Coverstar is awesome and I really think you everybody who’s reading this would enjoy it. so maybe you guys can fix the timing room if you guys know what I mean, let me explain it. On TikTok you can hear the sound so you know when to stop it, but on Coverstar, you cannot hear the sound in. It is harder to figure out when to stop it so I am I really request. I really request changing this because this kind of bothers me I’m sorry but I really do love Coverstar and this is one of the best apps and I did it. There’s a private account that I have that private account your post that you make, they only go to your friends or your fans or followers but even if you are not in a private account, it’s a safe space it’s just everybody on this app. We see it also about the private account the private account has you can still join challenges but it’s just whenever you put something private not a challenge it goes to your friends and fans and followers right now this app is trying out ad but it’s a tester because they’re small business but I really love Coverstar and I don’t think there’ll be anything they could change maybe like make it easier for people to host challenges. Hands down one of my favorite apps. I’ll scroll and I’ll make videos and I’ll watch my other friends videos just a couple things I want changed and fixed. 1. The recording time. We only get 1 minute to those non verified people. I think 2 or 3 minutes would be best. 2. I wish I could put notifications to specific people and would like to know when they post instead of taking 2 minutes to go through all my friends profiles. 3. It’s really really glitchy. See, I go on it a LOT and it’s like oops and error has occurred or there’s no posts or start following someone. It says that stuff all the time. 4. Just a small thing is I’d like to know how many videos people have posted. Like on the side where it’s says recent and popular put the number of videos people have made. 5. I don’t know if people would like this but I would if certain people could see your drafts. As in I would like to give permissions to my friends to see my drafts. Or put certain people can only see certain drafts. That’s really all I have to say but this app this is a great app and I totally recommend it to everyone over the age of 8.

My mom dosen’t allow me to have tiktok cause there could be bad and inappropriate content on there so once I found this app I showed her and she let me have it. It is perfectly safe and fun for kids to have. I stated about 5 or 7 months ago and almost have 1000 followers. Coverstar gives kids the chance to express there selfs and dances moves. You can compete in challenges and win real prizes too! A lot of people comment kind and safe comments and anyone who says something mean gets banned. Coverstar is so much fun and would recommend for ur child! This is definitely a 5/5 rating. If I could I would rate it even higher!

I love Coverstar so much it is like the best app for kids if you guys do not have TikTok, but the one thing is if you are not verified you only have one minute and if you are verified you get too many that is not fair for the people that are not verified for the people that are not verified. this app is such an amazing app for kids. I loved it and I’m still on it. It’s just amazing with all the features but one of the features I think you could add is like making it so people could go live and there is like no limit of how much fans or star power you have to go live, that’s a good idea. I’ve had this app for a couple of weeks now and I can tell by reading the comments that no body bully’s or says mean things and if it does happen you can easily report. It has most tik tok dances and bleeps out bad words. Nobody’s posts It’s close to tik tok but nothing inappropriate definitely have to be at least 4 or 5 for Coverstar. Many people get Coverstar because it is not toxic. If your kid wants tik tok but maybe not old enough try this app! They also have challenge everyday that are super fun and sometimes you can even win prizes. Super perfect for almost everyone. The only thing I do t like it the notifications thy spam way to much but you can turn them off.I also recommend a private account because then only people who follow you which you have to accept them can see your vids if you post! I personally love this app it is so age appropriate and fun for kids my age. However you have to get a certain amount of star power and follows witch is a lot to get verified. When your not verified you have like 1 min to make a video then it just turns off no matter if you are done or not. But if your verified you get about 20 mins to make a video. I absolutely love this app!! I can use it to make fun videos, edits, and pursue my dance passion!! I love seeing other kid’s vids!! Everyone is so sweet and we all support each other! Although it is fun to get lots of fans and get verified that is not the main goal for everyone. Most people just come to this app to make fun videos and support one another and have fun! So it’s not a competition at ALL! Overall I adore Coverstar ! But there are some glitches. For example, sometimes when you enter Coverstar music from a video randomly starts playing even when you’re on your own profile page and not even watching a video. And one other thing sometimes when you film a video it doesn’t upload and you have to redo it but that doesn’t happen that much anyway.

I love Coverstar so much I joined right before Christmas 2022 and I’ve been frequently posting almost every day! I got verified! Everyone on Coverstar is so kind. However some people are not, but that’s not a problem because if they are mean just block them then they can’t look at your posts or comment on your videos. I’ve only had to block one person and it wasn’t even because they were mean it’s just because they kept saying I LOVE YOU!! Like 20 times on each one of my posts. I love Coverstar overall. Over 20 of my close friends are on it! But, there are a few minor issues I would like to address. I thought that I could change my name, but I can’t. I’ve talked to my friends about his and they agree. Second, Coverstar itself is kinda biased. I’ve entered countless challenges but not made any top 50. Also only 1 person who wasn’t verified has hosted a challenge. Some people have hosted many times while some haven’t gotten that chance. Coverstar besides that is good. I like the idea of a kids safe TikTok and the sounds are awesome! If this app can respond to this review and fix these issues, I would like these issues to be addressed and fixed.

I love this app!! My parents didn’t want me on social media because of bad content, but I showed them this app and they immediately approved. I one of the newest updates with filters! So cool! One thing though. I love that you can compete in challenges and win trophies, but that’s only for top nine through about top 30. I think that people should get a trophy for competing in challenges because I feel like it would make people feel more included for getting a trophy. I love this app I’m in love with it everything is so amazing about it and I love how it’s kid friendly and the only thing I wish was different was premium I wish it was like maybe like 20 dollars for life or is that just me but I understand how expensive it is to make an app and keep it up. I give this app 5 stars for the following reasons: Other social media platforms are not safe from 50 year old creeps looking at you do your silly dance. this app has fun challenges that you compete in such as dances for prizes like badges. FEATURE REQUEST: 1. Online editor import. I use editors like Premiere Pro since I get it for the education plan but the only way to upload to this app is to: Download the video, airdrop it to my phone, select the create button on this app, click gallery, click select on your video, crop it so that half of your video isn’t out of frame, then you have a video that is extremely zoomed out because this app zooms in all content and doesn’t use a regular aspect ratio like 9:16. I would be fine if it’s just a CapCut import or something else but I want more options than that grueling process. 2. Collapsible bars. Many videos have vital information such as captions blocked off by the title, creator, and all of the like and share buttons. Add a button that lets you makes it either become smaller or disappear. 3. Private messaging, put it through some type of filtering since this is a kids platform, but allow some feature that lets creators message their followers.

You can even find your favorite creators like Not Enough Nelson and the Rock-squad. There are different challenges you can join and win prizes. You can also get fans and star power (likes) on videos. Once you have a good amount of fans, this app might verify you. There is no amount of fans you have to reach to get verified. You just have to be kind to other users. You can make your account private. Making your account private means other users have to request to follow you. And you can deny or allow them to see your videos. You can also get premium. Premium cost a certain amount of money. But it can make your videos longer (without premium it’s only 1 min) and add a special logo on your profile. Honestly, I really love how Coverstar is put together with younger people. I have been using this app for about two years now, I really have nothing bad to say about it. It is a completely totally positive community, and it really gives me an opportunity to use something like TikTok to my advantage. Since I’m not allowed to have TikTok, it is a really good replacement and definitely good for kids nine and up, but the issue I have with this app is the fact that my screen keeps freezing and either making the screen really blurry, or just enlarging the person while they are dancing, etc. although I love Coverstar , I kind of wish that there was an update that could fix that, but other than that, I really love this app and the fact that it even gives you an opportunity to get verified! Would suggest, a GREAT app❤️

I love Coverstar I can’t say one bad thing about Coverstar cuz well this is a good app and well I was just a regular girl who wasn’t famous and now I’m famous and I love it. I love it when people take my advice and watch my every day routine. Every body is nice and kind on Coverstar there are no bullies there is honestly just girls that are little on Coverstar and right when someone puts something bad like anything they are automatically kicked out or banned from Coverstar . So clearly this is a good app were you can get famous and have fun and YouTubers are on Coverstar and it’s just really fun I can say a couple more things that makes Coverstar even better but I’m gonna let you get to it and allow your kids or you to have Coverstar and enjoy may god be with you god bless

First of all my child loves Coverstar she thinks that it’s amazing she’s trying to get more followers. I think that it’s great. One thing that she told me to ask for was so they can make something called live. I’m pretty sure TikTok has it something like that because her older sister has TikTok and live is on it. She was just asking for life so people can like like it and commented just like normal TikTok because she was like kind of sad that they didn’t have
Live one thing that I love is a child was bullying my daughter on her thing and they banded her and I think that was so that was so great cause that they don’t allow bullies and I think that it’s just awesome. Awesome and amazing that’s it, so could you please just make live and it makes my life easier so I know my daughter isn’t on TikTok because she’s too young for it

I think Coverstar is an amazing app where I get to spread positivity and create videos for me and others to love! this app, I think Coverstar is def my fav app to post on. And a few things I love are:

1. If your not ready to post your vid yet u can easily save it to drafts by pressing “save for later” and no one else can see it unless u post it! And u can also private your account if you don’t want others to see ur vids!

2. We do have rules! Which makes Coverstar a great app to express ourselves, by not putting down others down.

3. If someone is causing problems, being rude, etc. u can easily report them, tell them to stop, or block them easily and it’s all kid friendly!

4. You can host challenges! And choose which song to dance to next which is also a great way to connect with others!

5. Once u are verified u are known as “famous” and it also unlocks a great opportunity to do vlogs, make longer vids and get your fans rlly into your life behind the screens!

Some other things I love are how it’s kid freindly and a great place to express yourself. I am so very grateful for this free app! And my only down about Coverstar would be if you are not verified ur vids can only be 1:00 long! Tysm for letting me write this bye!! 💗💖💓🌸🌺🎀💐

I love Coverstar!! It’s like a kid TikTok app but a few things I want you to change if you can I want more recording time because when I’m doing a GRWM I hate having to do part 1 and part 2 so if we could have like 5 minutes that would be great also I want them to get us verified when we have 40 followers 50 fans 120 likes or more, and I also want more sounds because I have used all of them and I can’t seem to find any other ones I also wish that we could share the videos so friends and family can check out some videos and maybe get it! Me and my sisters love Coverstar it is highly recommended I gave this a 5 star so thanks for making this app is so cool that it is 4+ because little kids can learn dances so maybe when they grow up they can be able to be famous on TikTok or something!

I love this app so much I’ve been using it for a few months now but once you start using it you can’t get off. A few things I would like to change about this app is the fact that you can only do long videos if you get verified only one minute so I would love it to be maybe five or four minutes for the people who weren’t verified. another thing I really want out of which I don’t think they will but I want to talk you can post things on ur story and I really hope this app can add that. A private chat so u can chat with freind’s that don’t have any other way to communicate. overall I love this app they have fun challenges that you can earn prizes do you like Sephora gift cards and also gift cards if you get in first or second or third place on a challenge which is basically like a a dance that a lot of people do and if you get top please you win prizes and I love that, BYE.

I love Coverstar so much, it is literally almost exactly like tik tock but way more safe!!! If you have a child the age 10-14 I would %100 recommend Coverstar for them. You can join challenges, learn dances, and become famous! You can like peoples videos and follow them. You can make up to one minute videos but if you make tons of videos and have a lot of fans, u can get verified by this app and make videos up to 20 minutes long. Parents, this is a very fun game for ur children, they can duet there friends by making a video and ur friend makes the same one then they press on the video there friend made and press duet to make a video but both people on there if that makes since. I have been on this app for abt a week now and have 43 fans. You can also put ur son or daughters account on private which means that only people she follows can see. It’s annoying Show make multiple parts, so I think this app should allow you to have like 10 minutes at most. also, I think if you can improve like trying to search for something I know this is not even a thing yet but if you can like like like to talk where you can just go onto the search bar and search some thing I searched and girls wanna have fun and I kept saying that and saying it and I found a lot of knock off versions of it I’m like OK well this is not what I’m looking for so I had to school for like an hour to find the song so if you could make a search bar and you could like searchlight get ready with me, so I’m gonna get ready with me with pop-up instead of just searching

I LOVE Coverstar SOME MUCH AND this app US YOUR READING THIS THIS IS AN AMAZING APP TYSM FOR MAKING IT Also I have some suggestions about the video making first I think you should add a lot more filters and mask second I think you should put some timing up to three or maybe six minutes so people have a lot more time to do Vlogs or grwns and lastly, one thing I think you should let people put stuff to their drafts and then if they have to add something to it, let them and yeah covers are your amazing way better than TikTok. Coverstar this app is good but there is a couple of things that i dis like the people that are verified get 20 minutes in the people that are not verified only get one minute. So I think that the people who are not verified should at least get a couple more minutes than one minute. Sometimes when I go into the comments of other peoples accounts, some people are mean no one really reports it, so I think that people who are being mean should be automatically banned and kicked out from this app. and also, I would really like if there was more songs added. Also, there are a lot of girls that wear inappropriate things on this app and they do not get in trouble but overall if you’re looking for something very nice calm chill and you love to make videos or get ready with me. This is a perfect app for you me personally, I love Coverstar. I love it from day one till I got it and I still love it, so if you’re looking to try something new, definitely get this app I definitely recommended I truly do love this app

Hello. Ok so I had this app for about 2 months now and I already no so much. I’m on it a lot and I love showing the world what i like. I think it’s great for kids and it shows great content. Sometimes I do see things that are inappropriate for some people. Like some dances I see people showing there botem (ofc not with pants/shorts) or when some people make crazy friend videos it’s kinda wired. Also, when you first get this app you have to make a account and I’m fine with that. But you do have to get verified to make Videos up to 20 minutes. Honestly for social media I feel like that’s to long. And you have to have a certain amount of followers to get verified. Up to 3000. I think. But I really like Coverstar and it deserves 5 stars for sure!

this app is awesome and I personally love it so much but the annoying is the adds. But other wise I think it’s a great place to post video and it’s a really safe community and curse words are bleeped out and you are not aloud to post in underwear or a bathing suit. I’m sorry that was a lot and you couldn’t really understand but all I’m saying is that this app is a kid friendly TikTok that is great for kids. I love this app because it is a safe fun app that I use and love. But there are something’s that I think should be in the next update is for people who can’t afford the premium option at is having a hard time gaining enough followers to get the other options like GRWM Hauls and vlogs should just be able to have it or the time limit for regular videos should be increased. Another thing I would like to add is for you to not have to watch a add befor you make a video that’s not a challenge or you accidentally exit out and have to watch an add again, I get that it is just to keep it up and running but sometimes it is just a pain for me and also makes me not want to post more videos because I have to watch an add. But overall Coverstar is good I just think there should be some changes.

this app is on of my absolute favorite apps. I first found it on insta and thought it would be some cheesy knock-off version of TikTok that wasn’t even like TikTok but I was wrong. I can almost always find trending sounds/hashtags. One of my favorite things about this app is the challenges. I think it’s amazing to help get more popular and get more followers and starpower(likes). But there are a few things I would like the creators of this app to add.
1. Longer videos for unverified accounts. Verified accounts get up to 20 minutes long for videos. Unverified accounts get one minute.i hate watching a GRWM and then have to search for a part 2.
2. Going live. I think going live will add a awesome new way for creators to interact with their community. But if you do add this feature PLEASE let unverified accounts be able to go live. You can make it a certain amount of starpower or even 100 followers.
3. More features for unverified accounts. Especially in this world it is so hard to get verified unless you have accounts on other social media platforms.

Hello! First I would like to thank the creator/developer for limiting the adds. This is one great reason I like this app. Also, thanks for making this app a safe and kid-friendly app. I really appreciate that! While on Coverstar I haven’t experienced any bullying etc. But I do have an issue, I went to my friends house and she couldn’t see any of my videos or my profile, nothing as if I had deleted my account. I have noticed that some people can still see my videos, but majority cannot. Not only my one friend but lots of people have been reaching out to let me know. To add on, I can still post videos. I commented on my friend’s video. I was still at her house and the comment did not show either. But thank you this app, this is one of my most used apps. this app will be even better when these bugs are fixed. Thank you!

Omg I love Coverstar it is so fun everyone is friendly so many fun dances and I love the new vlog update where you can do get ready with the haul and stuff and I love the update right now we have drafts. I just wish they had a setting where we can like pin and favorite certain sounds. and there is a little bit of glitches, but the rest of Coverstar is so great. You don’t even notice it like one of the glitches I have is sometimes when I close out of Coverstar and I don’t close it all the way, and I get back on I can’t hear the sound. I have to close all the way to hear the sound it’s kind of weird overall it’s great and I used to have Coverstar Zigazoo, which wasn’t as popular so it was just not as fun to do because it didn’t have as much sounds or people so you just rewatch the same videos over and over but Coverstar has so many sounds so many people and a bunch of my friends are on it and I love it

I 100% love cover star. It deffinently has a more positive environment than tik tok or instagram. One thing I would change is getting verified. I think the once you get a certain amount of followers, you should be able to post videos up to 3 minutes. Another thing is when I want to make a transition but I need to find the best drop but o can’t find it, it only gives you seconds, not the actual song so you can listen and make it stop there. The last thing I would change is the notifications. I wish I could put notifications on for my favorite people I follow to know when they post. Overall, I love this app and recommend if your not aloud to get tik tok or any other social media.
