NESN 360 Status

Constant repeating and skipping. Pretty expensive for the poor quality presented.

Audio keeps repeating, When I access NESN channel through Spectrum - video keeps breaking up. What is going on - based on history of problems here - you all don't have it figured out. Please advise

I live in Maine and am getting a message saying travel limit has been reached.

NESN 360 - hideous video breakups, repeating audio, lock-ups, their "customer service" consists of "we are working on it" e-mail. $30 / mo. is a rip-off - save your money.

When watching the content keeps repeating itself. Sox games and announcers is really bad and annoying.

Problem with play by play continuous repeats. Very annoying hearing the same thing over and over.

Keeps freezing and repeating. I unplugged the TV and plug back in, then it works for a time.

I have to always back out of the app on my Ruco and go back in several time and click on the live game for it to actually open so I can watch. Please fix this, we pay good $$$ to have access.

I have a Roku device to navigate my TV. Just got the NESN 360 app to watch Red Sox games. When I click onto a live game it doesn’t work I then have to log out and sign back in click onto the live game and it seems to work for a while. Then it stops and buffers for 20 to 30 seconds and comes back but the picture is not that good. This repeats itself again and again randomly. Very annoying. Yes, I have high speed wifi and this is the only app that buffers randomly.

Horrible app. through Roku, my husband almost missed crucial Bruins games. He says we will be cancelling after the playoffs.

App consistently won’t work to watch Red Sox games

If I can get the app to load it often freezes and I have to start the connection process over. I'm experiencing the same issues as most of the posts. What's the solution ? I subscribed for a year to watch the Red Sox and Bruins and have not been able to watch but a couple of games

Same issue as many other recent reviews. I start the app on my Roku device... Select the live feed for the game I want to watch.... app gives me a "clunk" tone and does nothing. I have to exit the app and try again, and again, and again. Eventually it either works or I give up. Terrible user experience! Not to mention the lack of DVR capability. I asked customer support about this and they blame rebroadcast rights, but that doesn't seem to hamper Xfinity, Spectrum, YoutubeTV, or other streaming services. Yikes

Won't let me watch live games. I'm about to cancel

Wow the NESN 360 Roku app is crap. Doesn’t ever let you watch the live feed the first time. Does anyone test it? Got NESN 360 for the Bruins, thinking of canceling for the Sox because obviously nobody at NESN cares

Started with NESN 360 for Red Sox opening day. So far during every game it constantly freezes until I exit the site & restart it. This happens over & over again until I finally give up and just listen to the game on the radio. I’ll be canceling soon if this keeps up but would really like to watch the game.

App is slow and bad. When I log in and select a sorting event to watch, noting happens. I usually have to log out and back in about 5 times or more before it finally starts playing the event. Definitly not worth $30 a month for this….

I subscribe to NESN360 thru roku. Each time I go to the app on my tv, I have to sign off and log on several times before the programming televises. I have multiple roku devices and no matter what device I use the problem exists. Please help.

Nesn 360 is not working on my Roku tv. It won’t allow me to watch live Red Sox game. But it is working ok on my iPhone. I want to watch the game on my tv.

Watched 1 game now it's frozen. Yet you collect 30 dollars a month. This keeps up I will definitely cancel

On a Roku device, the app shows up just fine. But when you select a live event, it just looks at you and says:huh? So you log out. Log back in again and it does the same thing and you repeat about 10 times, and finally the live event starts streaming. Good God.

I signed up for NESN360 so we could watch opening day and the rest of the season. According to other comments here our problem is not unique, when we try to view we are told that we are out of market but when I plugged our zip code in to see if we could subscribe, we were told we qualified. To be clear, we are definitely within the New England market. With shrinking cable subscriptions and more homes turning to streaming this should be a no brainer in terms of it being a priority to get this issue corrected.

Can't watch on my FireTV. Says Oops! Your travel limit has been reached. Not cute at all. I live in Maine. That's in NE. My travel limit should not be reached ever. Frustrating

I had been watching NESN 360 on roku for months … until about 6 weeks ago. I still am watching from my living room in southeastern MA (same as always) and now get error message saying “oops your travel limit has been reached” I have tried every possible solution found online with no success. I have also called NESN multiple times with no resolution. NESN should have renewed contract with you tube tv until they had their app perfected. I just want to watch the Bruins. Is that too much to ask.

I live in New England, in Connecticut. I have a subscription. It has worked for months. Now it suddenly no longer works and says that my travel limit has been reached. But I am still trying to watch in my house on my same TV that I was previously able to watch. I am logged in through roku. It previously worked fine. Now suddenly it does not work. This subscription is very expensive for it not to work. Please help.

NESN is far and away without a doubt the absolute WORST network in the history of television. I can’t stream it for the life of me, it’s not on YoutubeTV, it blacks out the bruins on every other network, and so I literally can’t watch the damn bruins game. Every time I try to sign into my network provider on my smart TV it brings me to the NESN360 website with a blank blue screen. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Therefore I can’t stream the game online and I can’t even stream it through your expensive shit website either. How do you people even make money?? You’re keeping out a huge portion of your audience with bullshit and your stream quality is fucking shit too. So please explain to me how I’m supposed to watch my team? Why doesn’t your shit 360 website ever load and let me sign in to my TV provider to stream the game?

NESN 360 will not authenticate online and mobile app opens and then crashes. Have been able to watch only one game this year.

Can't activate nesn360 with the link on Apple tv 4k. Just brings me to nesn website where I'm already logged in

Was working on my TV, but then stopped. The sign in drop down box isn't working.

Works great on my phone but glitches like crazy watching bruins on fire stick.
