Constantly have to re-choose and re-enter Xfinity account credentials.
Unstable, with consistent audio lags.
How can the Red Sox allow this total failure of an app to be representative of their organization.

There is no redeeming quality about NESN360. Nothing works. Steaming doesn’t steam. Doesn’t log it. Doesn’t authenticate. It’s not a new problem, NESN just literally doesn’t care or more likely doesn’t want people streaming from NESN360 . You have to try to make an app this useable

I’ve reported the same bug several times via the online form (fails in NESN360 ). I finally called support and the lady kept trying to tell me the problem was my ISP. The bug is that NESN360 doesn’t allow me to pick my ISP, so not sure how that’s even possible. All other apps from streaming services work. The only app that fails is NESN. It’s really disappointing that customer support would rather gaslight customers than try to understand the issue and fix NESN360 .

NESN360 use to work fine but now is terrible. Scores tells me there are no games being played when there are. Live just circles, then gives me an error. Thanks for ruining NESN360.

Not sure how this is still a problem after 2 years of bug fixes. I even updated to iOS 15 on the iPad and it still doesn’t work. Such a poorly made app.

The absolute worst. I have wasted an hour on this foolishness, can’t live stream Red Sox game. I have Xfinity, NESN is in my channel lineup, location tracking is on, have the latest version installed, and still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time. They only want to send you ads.

I have not been able to log into my TV provider ever (4+ years). I click on it and it just loads and never does anything. I reported the issue via email and never heard back. Hard to believe this is a highly rated TV channel’s app, feels more like a scam.

Can’t log in. Now you need another unique login and password in addition to logging in with you cable provider. No matter how many times I try to reset password or submit to change it doesn’t work. What a garbage app.

Every time I try to use NESN360 to watch a game it either crashes, gives me error messages, or stays on an endless loading wheel. Been this way for years, and obviously nobody listens to the many consumers who complain about this

No other app that asks to sign in with your tv provider struggles. But the NESN app fails to load any log in page for any provider. Making it completely useless. Please fix it. It’s been two years of trying to use NESN360 and it has not worked once.

I used to use NESN360 to read the latest boston sports news. Now no articles at all. Not to mention it took me many attempts to even “log in” which I never had to deal with before. Was someone actually paid to revamp NESN360?

I travel for work and now all of a sudden I can’t watch because im not in New England when I have service and live there. This is absolutely trash. Nesn has been great till now. NHL network or anything don’t broadcast Bruins games and now you can’t even watch it here when traveling or working.

Useless app. It won’t allow you to login to your cable provider. The screen endlessly loads and then does nothing. This was never previously an issue until the recent UI update. Unable to stream anything until this is resolved.

I never leave reviews. I pay a lot for cable to watch the Bruins. Now I am traveling for work and I am unable to stream because I am outside New England. NESN360 was always horrendous and barely worked, but at least I could occasionally get the stream going. This latest update took away one of the joys of my life. Shame on NESN.

I’ve tried working with your support and they’re helpless too. Guys - if you’re serious about developing apps that work on Apple TV then figure out the authentication process…it’s not that hard.
Literally every other app I’ve ever used on Apple TV works with logging into tv provider EXCEPT your app. You’re literally the one.

I downloaded NESN360 ages ago. Anytime I am away from my tv and try to check in on a Sox game I think to myself, “maybe…just maybe, this will be the day the NESN app works” but that day never comes. I log on, it asks me for my cable provider, I select my cable provider…and then the little spinning wheel pops up and that’s the last thing that happens.

Stopped working on Apple TV for me. Even when it worked, it was embarrassingly bad. Let’s say you could overlook the hackey non standard video player controls or the joke of a registration process. The video itself is bad. Drop outs, pixelation, etc. and no, not my network connection. Literally the only streaming app I have that reminds me of watching realplayer streaming 20 years ago.

Doesn’t matter if it’s on iPhone, appletv, or Roku. Just know when the 3rd period comes NESN360 is gonna crash and you won’t get back in. Serious trash. The fact it has 2 stars is astonishing.

Honestly the worst app I have ever downloaded. Selecting a cable provider is clunky and takes forever. The buffering is nonstop and half the time it won’t even play the live show. Recently NESN360 randomly quits. NESN is just a terrible network, they can’t seem to get along with any cable providers. If it weren’t for the Bruins I would never watch this network or use NESN360.

I’ve been using NESN360 with no issues since it was launched. However, the most recent update to version 2.7 on my iPad 2 has not worked a single time since being updated. NESN360 launches with no issue, but when I try to watch live broadcasts, it fails to start the video and then puts NESN360 on the background. When I bring it back to the foreground, NESN360 relaunches and starts over. This has happened over 25 times and has failed to play a single requested broadcast! What’s up NESN? Please fix the bug! I want my Bruins games back!

NESN recently updated their App and ever since the update, you MUST have your location/settings set to “On” otherwise you are unable to use NESN360 . Just because someone doesn’t have their locations/settings set to “On” shouldn’t prohibit them from using the Application.
NESN please disable this requirement. We are not ordering coffee or needing directions to get to Fenway Park or The Garden. We just want the Sports News! Thank you!

It never works, I’m a less than a mile away from Fenway but the game is “blacked out” also it keeps telling me to turn on location services which are on already. I’ve sent multiple emails and haven’t gotten a response. And now when I try to watch on my iPad, NESN360 just crashes. Worst streaming service available

The new app is terrible. With the old app I was able to watch NESN on my iPad without a hitch while I was traveling. With the new app first it was the 'location on' bug not allowing me to watch, now with the latest update NESN360 launches but as soon as you try to watch video, it just goes back to the home page. Absolute garbage, fix this please!

NESN needs to give up on their app. This thing barely ever starts and when it does it’s a miracle to get anything to work. Instead of springing for rebranding their logo they should have rebranded their entire tech department. NESN, here’s free advice. Instead of spending money on talentless sideline reporters, spend it on things customers would benefit from........ A WORKING APP. ✌🏼

NESN360 used to be awesome, all of a sudden I cannot watch games due to blackouts. I pay for my fathers xfinity account in Vermont, and when I use that Vermont account to log in and watch hockey it is blacked out. Rather unfortunate that paying customers cannot access bruins hockey via nesn. I will be streaming it for free on reddit. :(

Your app is very difficult to access its content. Most of the stories if not all are late breaking stories nothing is current. Terrible site as of today I no longer check your site for Boston sports info.

This may not seem like a big issue, but why after I read an article in the Top Stories tab do I now have to go back and reload Top Stories all over again to continue. The back button takes me all the way back. After each story read it’s start all over again. Am I missing something?

I live NESN360 , especially because I’m a die hard Bruins fan!! There’s one huge flaw with NESN360, specifically when you use you cable log in! The game cannot be streamed live to anything!! In today’s world that is how people watch tv between cable prices and insane phones. If you’re not gonna make NESN360 available to stream you should at least make NESN360 available for download on devices like fire stick and chrome cast ect so people can still watch.

Love NESN and all its teporters. Have been a Red Sox and Celtics fan for 60 years-what is not to like. Biggest autograph thrills of hundreds I got were Ted Williams snd Bill Russell. Always sad how Bill was treated badly by many people.

Frustratingly bad app! Like so many others here, I only have these “freezing, won’t load, bad jitter, etc.” problems with this one app. (So it isn’t my ISP or network.). I have the Google TV version. Sometimes it takes 4-6 attempts of starting the app to get the Bruins game to load. NESN Support’s answer is “remove and reinstall the app”, which is a PITA, as you have to go through the whole sign in and authentication process again.
This is by far the worst app I have ever used. I am using this on a 4k Roku with my LG-C1 OLED and the 4k games when at home are horrible pictures. The app constantly drops screen go black Audio get's garbled or it just freezes. If thats not bad enough its the game that suffers all the commercials are just fine (they often bleed into the game and end up repeating with no reason) NESN360 for what you are charging Bruins fan's you should be ashamed of this trash you are making tons of money on. Fix this app or make it 1/2 the price.
It's laughable how bad this is. If it was free it wouldn't be worth it. Since I want to see the Bruins season I pay the price. Can't wait to dump it.
Problems with this app since I started using it. Today was the worst. Today I tried to watch Red Sox when I got home. Turned on my TCL ROKU TV, went to NESN360 app, chose start from beginning. Everything was working fine thru 3 innings. Fast forward thru commercials no problem. At end of 3rd inning tried to fast forward and instead of going forward, it went all the way back to pregame show. This went on for 1/2 hour. Every time I tried to go forward it went back to the beginning. Not the 1st time this has happened. Not worth $5.00/mo. Never mind 30. I am getting ready to cancel my subscription as it is not worth the aggravation. I will listen to the Sox games on radio.
Horrible app . Last year closed captioning was available on live games. This year its not available on live games. Logged service ticket response recieved TV not set up correctly. I responded back that is not issue it's working on other apps with a fire and roku TV. Stream always lags and gets stuck in repeat loop.
NESN 360 continues to disappoint. When I'm watching a baseball game, every time there is a commercial, the stream seems to start repeating during the ad and continues into the game and I miss some plays. Then there comes the twirling icon and it corrects itself. Love the 4K but hate the choppy streaming.
If you are reading this as a new customer, don't waste your money until they make this worth $30 a month, because they could! The things about this app that suck include: No pause No rewind 50% of the time I first launch the app and it doesnt start on Roku. I have to cancel and open it again for the content to launch. At least once a week my 80 year old dad calls and ask if its broken... no you just have to close it and start it and close it and start it. It's the only app that doesnt work direct on my LG TV, so I cant check in on another program during a commercial without closing out and then get the LOUD BOOMING T-Mobile commercial on every restart. I KNOW ITS NESN, ITS WHY I LAUNCH IT. The schedule list never defaults to the current time. If its 4pm and I want to see what time the game is on, it DEFAULTS to 12am and I have to scroll across thru all the programs shown today to get to what's on NOW or SOON. AND THE BEST PART, if you hit OK, most apps let you watch that content, because its streaming. DOES NESN, nope!! ONLY LIVE CONTENT and USELESS little 25 second snippets of news that is so antiquated its comical. Currently I'm watching the second Sox series of 2023 and my first Keep Watching option below it is Will Mac Jones be OK to play the Steelers? Really, I think that was Aug 2022 news. CMON NESN GET YOUR **** TOGETHER. I'd pay $50 a month if this were like the initial WWE app where you can watch any wrestlemania ever and all PPVs and bios, pretty much anything you wanted. I thought I'd get to see a 1986 Clemens or a 1999 Pedro game if there was nothing else on. This app should cost $3 as its currently constituted because it is basically a conduit for all of us who had any provider who dropped them because of their stupid greedy price point and still loves hockey and baseball and has to have the content. They know this, so there is not rush to fix it. CMON Tom Werner you are in the Media business and have made Jillions of dollars. You should be embarassed at how bad this app is compared to any other TV content app out there.
Was happy when I got it but getting pissed off now.. Bought nesn 360 basically for the Bruins, games look good at first but then picture gets all choppy and non HD looking, then will go blank and say “loading “ or “program will be right back”. Then usually I have to back out of it and then get back in and it will look good again for a bit, then do it again periodically.. seriously.. fix this shit !!! Paid a lot of money for this like im sure lots of people did just to watch the bruins since they got ya by the balls with watching games and this is what you gotta deal with??!.. gimme a break.. I didn’t pay 360 bucks to have my screen fucked up every 5 mins…

We sign on to the NESN app through Direct TV. When we are watching Bruins games, the feed periodically skips back about 5 seconds and repeats what has already been shown. This is not our TV. We have used multiple TVs. Can you help?
