i cannot connect my every womens bible to the filament bible app. im following all the instructions
filament non responsive. will not connect
Not loading, just circling then error
I just get a white screen and it just keeps circling
it keeps circling, it goes slow and then kinda crashes
📋 17 Reported Issues:
When launching the app, the screen just goes black.
I click on the app and it opens to a blank page. Never had this issue before with it.
App won’t connect with the title page QR code
Brings up error 502 when I try to get into Bible reading plans.

Hi, This is my second email (last one sent 7 days ago). I purchased a Filament Bible (Giant Print) and downloaded the Filament app to my Samsung Android phone. When I scan a page it doesn't bring up the correct scripture for study.
App crashes during audio reading
Hi! Just received my new filament Bible. When scanning page 1654 or title page or any other page, nothing works. I have Samsung Galaxy S20+. Thanks, Liz
The filament is no longer working. It sends me to "other ways to navigate" which doesn't work either. Can you help?
Now over two months since I requested assistance for a dysfunctional app. Can't reach them. Appears that the company also is dysfunctional.
Two weeks after emailing them regarding a problem, and no reply from Filament.
When I reach the point of scanning page 813, as the app instructs me, no matter how many times I scan that page, the app tells me that I am scanning another page. It gives seemingly random pagination numbers for the page it erroneously tells me I scanned in error. Sometimes those are one numeral, sometimes three, sometimes a long string . Need assistance. Thanks.
I just purchased a new phone and the filament app is not working
When I transferred my apps from old phone to new phone, the Filament app did not make the transfer. How do I restore it? Thank you!
