Substandard. Shaw keeps cutting out. It says it will not credit the charges until the service is fixed AND if it is not fixed, it wIll continue to charge the full amount.

Terrible service terrible app. 2 hrs today and no progress with the phone or MyRogersShaw . To sort out my bill. When you get to first in line on MyRogersShaw for chat, you apparently have at least 30 more minutes to wait.
iPhone 13 Pro still no tabs press work nothing app opens up but can’t do anything from this point
Keeps getting worse. Had to speak to 3 different reps before problem handled. Each time had to submit my name, address, tel #, etc

I have slow WiFi and glitches and sights out from emails !
And MyRogersShaw to control the internet is not available if you do not have a Canadian ITunes account.
You cannot do anything with MyRogersShaw
Just installed MyRogersShaw when I was prompted while using the Home Connect app. I’m unable to sign in to MyRogersShaw because SMS MFA is required and when I put MyRogersShaw into the paused state to look at the code I received then return to MyRogersShaw , the entire UI turns black and I obviously can’t do anything from there. I’d still be able to work around the issue if autofill SMS OTP was implemented, but it’s not so MyRogersShaw is currently useless to anybody who isn’t already signed in 🤷🏻♂️
I have been trying to pay my monthly bill for over two hours. The Shaw server keeps timing out on MyRogersShaw and Shaw.ca. It was not my devices or network, they were great with other apps and internet. Entered the chat at 8:22 AM. Transferred from billing (Kaviak) to tech support (Phong in Edmonton) to billing (Simron in Brampton) back to tech support (Adel). I had to give the same information to each person. Apparently no one talks to each other and did not know about a web outage. I tried to pay my bill but Shaw refuses to take my money
Shaw direct chat said to send this review so it can be fixed.
