How to fix McDonald’s app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the McDonald’s app on iPhone
Update McDonald’s app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall McDonald’s iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix McDonald’s on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve McDonald’s network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

McDonald’s Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix McDonald’s not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the McDonald’s App
1. On android, goto Settings » McDonald’s » click [Force Stop]

Update McDonald’s to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear McDonald’s App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » McDonald’s » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart McDonald’s.

Fix McDonald’s unable to contact server/ McDonald’s internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click McDonald’s » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto McDonald’s » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch McDonald’s
