Bot3D Editor - 3D Anime Editor Reviews

If I’m being completely honest, Bot3DEditor is good, but not great. Here are some of the problems I have. First off, you cannot download your own characters or change the hairstyle, color or the clothes. You are limited to only a few combinations and you can’t mix them up. Second, there are not as many facial expressions as I would have hoped for. There’s not a (XD) or a (O-O) facial expression which would enhance the animation to show more emotion. Also, you the pupils are always the same size and color, you can’t change the sizes to also show more emotion. Third, you can only have one character at a time in the same movie. This bothers me because the original MMD doesn’t work on my computer (cus it’s so fridgeing old...and also I can only use my parent’s computer sooo...) and if I wanted to make a vine compilation of MMDs with my favorite characters (*COUGH COUGH* POINT OF NOT BEING ABLE TO DOWNLOAD AND MAKE YOUR OWN CHARACTERS *COUGH*) I cant. Fourth, there are no male base AT ALL. And fifth, YOU CANT EVEN ADD A BACKGROUND!!!
I would love to see these things added to future updates. If it is, I will give Bot3DEditor five stars. Thank you for you time.

Okay. I remember I once made a review. But I have somethings to ask, so I know Bot3DEditor has already face expressions. But we should be able to make our own expression. So we can like make the type of face we desire, like we can make the pupils smaller so they can look as scared or shocked as they want, or we can open the mouth. Also we should be able to at least 5 characters on the same scene. We should have more hair options. Most of the hairs are short. But you should be able to sorta make your own hair. Like maybe you can put the girl’s head on the screen (3D so you can spin it) and you can tab a button that says “Add hair pieces” here is one other thing I recommend, you should be able to take a long sleeve or short sleeve shirt/or pants and be able to draw some patterns on it. And hats. I notice it might be a thing in the future but you should be able to stretch out to the shape so you can make the character you desire.

I can make my own role plays I can just play around and make the stupidest things but I try to make my friends or you tubers in almost every dress up type of game for one of my friends I need a messy hair but it needs to be girly for another one of them I need a hair that is long WITHOUT bangs it’s really annoying also I always wear kitty ears I’m assuming Your working on adding accessories but please also add some more hair and outfits it’s just kinda annoying when I can’t make them properly also please don’t make that a in-app purchase and if you do atleast make it so u can try everything on OK SO I WAS READING OTHER REVIEWS DONT MAKE UR OWN HAIR BUT DO SOMETHING SIMILAR LIKE THIS: you can add a button that says bangs and for every hair u add in you add whatever bangs u gave to that hair and put it there that’s something extra also make it that way u can add ur photos on the shirt that way it gives people more space and I’m sure it will please the crowds but u can’t please everyone it’s just a fact

I’m going to be completely honest with this. This game is great! I love how it is pretty easy to use, and since I don’t have a PC, this is a great substitute for MMD! The only few things keeping me away from giving Bot3DEditor five stars are easy fixes. The first thing. I wish you could like, trim the poses. I don’t know if you know what I mean, and you might be able to do it, but for example. I have one pose and for some reason it lasts for 40 seconds before going to the next one! Maybe you can trim it or something, but I don’t know how to. If this isn’t in Bot3DEditor , can you please add it? Another thing is that you can’t really customize the model that much. There aren’t a lot of things you can add to the model, for example, hairs, and clothes, stuff like that. If you are reading this to see if you should install Bot3DEditor, definitely install Bot3DEditor! It’s a bit hard at first, but soon you will get the hand of it. Thanks for reading, bye!

So, I’m not quite sure where to start, so I’ll get to the point. I don’t have any problems with this...except...the character editor is SUPER boring...I don’t mean to be rude...but it’s true...the only special thing I could do was add socks and gloves...I look up to a lot of Vtubers and Vocaloids...and they look super awesome...but the outfits here are pretty disappointing...to start, there aren’t many options...for example...there is very few hair and skirt options...not to mention there’s nothing special to do with my character! Also, I saw a little cat headband icon while customizing my character but I couldn’t click it...what is it? If it’s accessories...I’d love to use them so my character would be a little more interesting. My outfit in real life is more exciting than that...and I’m just wearing a shirt and shorts. I don’t mean to be cruel, but I just wanna make sure I’m getting my point across. So, please add some special things to it! I’m a pretty big fan of your game! Help a friend out!

Ok, so I’m not the kind of person who writes bad reviews just to be mean so listen! I AM JUST MAKING SUGGESTIONS! Lol so first thing first,,, pls more customization options? We also need maybe animal ears and tails or more hair styles or BOTH! Also we should have more outfits too like overalls and t- shirts with different designs. Heck, right now I’m wearing a tank top and sweat pants and my outfit is more interesting then their options. We should have more animals and not just the cat pls, I really love animals and neko anime girls. (Neko is animal people) I think we should have the ability to continue our animations when it says “ ur animation is too short, pls add more cuts” it is SO annoying and honey, honestly it needs to go. Pls add these things to the game!!! I love Bot3DEditor SO much! It is by far one of my favorite animation apps I’ve ever tried! This is just a few suggestions.

Ok, so If your making your own simplistic styled Vocaloid, then perfect. If you're making a complex styled Vocaloid animation or a fanmade precure ending song, then I don't know about it. I'd like there to be at least Vocaloid-worthy clothing options here because then we can at least recreate or own precures and Vocaloids. I'm not complaining, the rest of Bot3DEditor is great. It would also be kinda cool if you could import 2d drawings from some specific anime app and then turn them into a more complex model. I'm just recommending things at this point, aren't I... An, whatever. Great app, 9/10 stars from me, only thing keeping this review from 10/10 stars is the low quality (but kind of fun and easy) costume choices, Seriously, please fix! But great app besides and including that.

It’s a great app! I love it but there are a few things that it needs so bad!! There are not many dress up options even for girls. Not many different ways to customize them and every anime girl I make looks like the same one in a different outfit. There aren’t to many outfits either and i wish there was some longer hair. When editing your skit I noticed it’s hard to make them talk with the mood their feeling. I did figure out a way you can change the eyes and mouth on a face but I would like there to be a way you can move the face like you can the hands on your anime figure. To make faces of all sorts! Overall I love Bot3DEditor a lot it’s perfect for profile pictures for social media, silly pictures you can send to your friends, cute anime edits etc.

When I first looked at this I thought, “this is just going to be another hard to use and over complex source filmmaker”, and I’m glad to say it isn’t. Not that there’s anything wrong with source filmmaker, it’s just too complex, which makes this game even better since it’s easy to use and very understandable.

Now, the reason why is only 4 stars is because it’s missing a few things. For one: no male characters. I don’t think I really need to explain how that could be a problem. Number two: as of now I don’t believe there is a way to use two characters at once. On top of that you can’t put in your own scene (yet again as far as I am aware) that is 3D. You also don’t have any way to add items in for your character to use. This game is quite amazing and I really do hope to see it improve in the future.

In Bot3DEditor itself I found no problem. You can make smooth animations without needing to animate exactly every frame, it’s very easy to use. The girls have options for their clothing, but there aren’t a lot of clothing of you want to make your oc’s specific clothing. Especially if your character is a boy. They only have four hair styles for boys, and don’t have longer hair for the boys while you can put the boy’s short hair on a girl avatar. Plus, they all have the same face, just different eye color. I would love to see more eye types in Bot3DEditor . The make up feature for the girls is great, and you can even customize her eyebrows, but you can’t for boys. The models are perfect, and you can move their limbs down to their finger tips.

Hi I like use Bot3DEditor but here are some things you might what to add can you objects to Bot3DEditor and can we make out own hair styles please I really need this can you add cool dance moves like some dance form Tik tok if you have that because if you add that more people would want to have Bot3DEditor can you add some like we can have more then just one model like let’s say we’re doing a dance right and you want to make too models dance at the same scene and place and can you please add that we’re able to make our own clothing and add Music to our scene but like from our Photos and this face O_O because it’s like if you were shocked DON’T TAKE THIS THE WORNG WAY I love your app but I’m just saying this because I really need it and more people will love your app

Okay I’ve had Bot3DEditor for a really long time but never wrote a review. It’s really cool because it’s easy to use if ur a beginner to 3D animation. The main problem is customization. So I have a few requests.
(In order of importance)

1. Can you add more skin colors and add more model types like: Chibi, kid, etc. (maybe dog?)

2. Could you like add some longer hair styles and an ahoge section( an ahoge is that thing in anime hair when one piece of hair sticks up or out) and in the coloring section could you add an ombré and split color option on all hairstyles(I really like the streaks feature!)

3. More clothes please like a sailor outfit, fluffy ruffled skirt/dress, hoodie, sandals, kimono( I assume you know what that is because Bot3DEditor is Japaneseシ^_^), jacket category, overalls, and like fantasy costumes.

4. Could you please add props like phone, cup, microphone, piece of paper, toast, hand fan, and fantasy props too please.

5. And lastly could you add it so we can have more than one model in a scene.

That’s all for now but this game is really good since I’m a beginner and I can’t pay for expensive 3D software since I’m a kid and my PC is literally from 2007. Thanks for making it and I really like that it is completely free!#stayhome.❤️

I love Bot3DEditor so much, it’s the easiest and coolest mmd app ever! A few things though. When I’m using it, sometimes the foot or leg will twist up in the middle of the animation and make it look funny, though that my might be my fault, idk. And about the character. It would be amazing to be able to customize the person more! I want to be able to animate my oc group but they all look so different and I can’t make the model to look like them accurately. Finally, if we were able to have several people in the video at once, that would be great! My oc group has six people and it would be fun to have all of them there at once! Besides these little things, Bot3DEditor is wonderful, and I recommend it highly! Amazing work!💕

Bot3DEditor is amazing! I’d definitely recommend it to a lot of people and it’s so easy to use starting off. There’s a HUGE variety of poses and motions, with new ones all the time! Newer additions like outfits and hairstyles really add to the customization.

Now to the bad part. There’s no male models, not a lot of facial expressions, any time I try to adjust anything, the character ends up tilted in some odd direction, and the lip sync is just...not. Also, a feature for face/body tracking, while outrageous and would take forever, would be AMAZING and worth 100/5 stars. All the Kizuna AI wannabes could have their chance to shine, and there would be a rise of Virtual YouTubers everywhere! It would be amazing. Also, there needs to be more selections for body type, eye colour, hairstyles, and outfits. We need VA👏RI👏E👏TY people!

I enjoy Bot3DEditor! Its outstanding..! Its not so complicated like real MMD editing I assume. The controls are simple, the lip sync though could use a bit of work and I’d really like their to be more outfits, hair, colors, and to have face and hat accessories! I’d also like to have the option to change skin and eye color. Besides that I really find this amazing! I’ve always wanted to try making my own MMDs but couldn’t because its as just as complicated on installing it on PC or Phone too, not too sure. But now with Bot3DEditor I’ve finally got myself an opportunity, the fact that its FREE is even better! You don’t even have to pay for anything. This will be a good use for videos! Keep up the fantastic work, I’ll support all the way!

Okay, so I’m really happy with Bot3DEditor. If you guys know Gacha, you might like Bot3DEditor. Even if you don’t, Bot3DEditor is great. You can move their hand and position them, ( same with legs and rest of body) you can make them dance or roll, and instead of taking screenshots every time they move ( like when u r making a Gacha movie) it makes the movie for you. You can also change the face, emotions, and you can customize your character, and soooo much more! The only thing I would improve is the height and background. They are kinda too tall, and the only background there is white. ( This is what I know so far, maybe you can change it but I haven’t seen it yet ) you can make tons of character and movies, and ... yeah. Enjoy! :D

Bot3DEditor is very good! I use it for my videos sometimes. I am very impressed on the improvement it has had since I first downloaded it. Although, I have a few suggestions you may want to take. A lot of people’s Oc’s have long hair. Maybe try adding it? Also, I think animal ears on anime characters are kind of cute. Maybe you should add those as well. You don’t have to take these in consideration, they’re just a few ideas. Also one last note, can you do something about allowing us to add our own clothing designs? It may take a lot of programming, but it will be very useful. Also please fix the legs clipping through the skirt. You don’t have to do that either, just a suggestion. Please take my thoughts into consideration :)

Bot3DEditor is really fun, and I like to practice making animations here. It’s just that I wish there could be a choice of where you could pick how the character moves. Instead of them moving really robotically, maybe we can pick how they move. Like a bouncy movement, smooth movement, and more. The other “problem” I have is the choices of the models clothing, hair, all that. I’ve noticed some changes with it over the years, there’s more clothes and stuff. I wish there were more choices. Lastly, can there be a thing of where you can choose the body type of your character? Like, the size of a body part, you know. Like that body visualizer thing. That’s all. And overall, Bot3DEditor is pretty great.

This is amazing. The customization is really different than what I’m used to, but there’s some things I really would like to change/be added. If you can, that is. I don’t like the fact that you can change litterally everything except the face or hats. Like, why are the buttons even there if you can’t do anything? Something else I don’t like is that when you’re animating, you have to see where everything is, and if there’s audio and you want to put something somewhere, you have to find where it is first, even though that’s practically impossible. Other than that, I really like it!! Oh yeah, I almost forgot!!! Why is there only one at a time? Why can’t there be two or three? Eh, just an idea. Bye!

Bot3DEditor is good, but it definitely isn’t mind blowing. I wouldn’t suggest it for animation, however it does make small motions easier because all you have to do is pose the bot and Bot3DEditor will do all the movement frames in between, making it fast and easy.

Some problems I had are Bot3DEditor ’s, quote unquote, “depth perception.” It’s difficult to move an arm farther towards the back behind the boy without the legs bending as well. I would suggest a better way to target certain areas. Although the bend and twist sliders make it easier, it doesn’t quite touch every aspect of the movement which is the most frustrating feature.

The bot’s facial expressions are well done for the most part, but some of them are not quite detailed enough to capture the emotion. And while the expressions are of a fairly wide variety, the different emotions you can show are just the basics, causing it to sometimes feel limited.

I like to use Bot3DEditor to use as a posing bot for art. It helps me because I can pose it any way I need to for a drawing reference without having to pay 20 dollars for the real deal.

So overall, you’re getting what you paid for, or in this case, didn’t pay for. It’s about what you would get for a free animation app.

I love Bot3DEditor so much! I could honestly play it for so long and never stop. I honestly the developer should definitely make some more apps just like this, or maybe some addons or stuff like. (Just ideas from my opinion) Although, I have many questions and a bad side for Bot3DEditor. First of all, I like how there are not to many addS, but first of all there I way to many bugs that I have spotted! Honestly, I love anything anime, or chibi, but sometimes the graphics of the characters are SO bad! Bot3DEditor is good for animating 3D characters, but it’s obviously not a top tier animation program. Because it’s a mobile app, you can’t add everything a desktop program would have, and that’s something to take into consideration while using Bot3DEditor. Though there are a few bugs here and there, and it’s not completely finished, I still use it frequently and quite enjoy it! It’s fun and easy to use, and I love seeing the developers add new things and improve Bot3DEditor every time a new update rolls around. In conclusion, it’s a great app, but could use some work. I 10/10 recommend you download Bot3DEditor if you want to use something like MMD, but find it too complicated!!

Awesome 😎 👏🏻 game. But there’s a few things that need improvement, one being the fact that some of the animations I make need props and there aren’t any! Second I would like it if multiple characters could be in an animation at once. I would also like to be able to add custom content to Bot3DEditor , also the time length for the animations isn’t very long so I can really do most of the things I want to do. One more thing it’s confusing when you want to add backgrounds and I always forget how because it’s not it’s own thing, and the sound should be easier to import. Other than that you did a great job keep up the good work!
