Not Happy

After spending about 2 hours entering photos and information into OutfitPlannerLookscope , I was expecting it all to be worth it later, when I could see the outfits OutfitPlannerLookscope compiled, however, I was getting outfits of dresses with athletic shorts, and casual shoes, or a casual black shirt with causal black pants and formal heels in blue. (Yes, I did put in the information correctly for the items of clothing) overall, OutfitPlannerLookscope definitely needs more categories for more women’s clothing, such as skirts, dresses, or jumpsuits. I would not recommend OutfitPlannerLookscope to women, because of these restrictions in clothing items. If you are person who wears mainly pants, shirts, etc; I could definitely see how OutfitPlannerLookscope could help, but I feel as though I could easily have picked out better outfits for myself in the time it took me to set up OutfitPlannerLookscope with all my clothes.

So much potential

OutfitPlannerLookscope is relatively organized however the outfit making system is so difficult to use. The items for each category should do a cycle but instead it’s completely random and you can swipe past the same item 7 times before reaching the one you actually want. And when you put color filters on it shows every item without the color you’re looking for???? OutfitPlannerLookscope would be so much better if for each category it showed each item once and then reset again if you have already went through each item. Then it would actually be fun to to make outfits instead of having OutfitPlannerLookscope completely randomize the items you’re cycling through

Missing crucial features Zero support from developers

Angry that I wasted time uploading photos to this thing and paid for premium membership. It’s not possible to share your closet with other humans and so you are stuck with your own outfit building and a weak and squirrely AI. Three stars because uploading is at least easy and design is simple and clean, though the lack of capacity to add descriptors to items is a real detriment. This seems like it was built for guys.

There are much better apps out there with more responsive teams. Don’t bother with this one unless you truly just want a dumb photo catalogue.

Almost Perfect

Love it! I tried a few similar apps but I like that this one is more simple. My only complaint is that there’s no eraser tool for the auto background remover because it doesn’t always get it right and I’ve been having to manually edit them out in photoshop and import them. Other apps have the ability to draw or erase but I like OutfitPlannerLookscope the most. Others have over complicated categories or the collage capabilities aren’t user friendly enough to be worth it, or the UI isn’t visually appealing and soothing.

Very helpful and addicting 🙂

I took a photo of everything I want to use in my wardrobe, and OutfitPlannerLookscope gives me thousands of awesome outfit combinations that I never would have thought to put together, and now I will always have a fresh look every day of the year. Thank you to Lookscope for creating this for us. I will definitely be getting more use out of what I have now because I can see how an outfit will look together without needing to physically try on everything I have.

Almost amazing!

I love the ability to upload my own pictures and to white out the background! An addition that would be extremely valuable though would be the ability to name each article of clothing AND have the ability to search for words. For example, if I could label “black leggings” and look up the word leggings, then those “black leggings” as well as my other leggings would show up! That’s be super cool. Hope you’ll consider this addition!

Love the app!

I honestly love OutfitPlannerLookscope . Its simple design and user friendly interface makes it smooth and refreshing. Shoutout to the developer :)

P.S. A little suggestion would be to include a feature that allows the user to edit an outfit that was already created, for example being able to change one item of the outfit and then update it. Right now, the only way to do so, is to delete the outfit, and then create it again with the changed item.

pretty good; some missing features

OutfitPlannerLookscope is pretty useful and so far has been worth the time it took to take pictures of and remove the backgrounds of my wardrobe. offered ideas of outfit combos I wouldn't have otherwise considered. OutfitPlannerLookscope is also a convenient and less overwhelming way to get an overall sense of what is in your wardrobe without having to literally lay everything out at once.

some features that would be helpful & add to the experience of OutfitPlannerLookscope :

-add additional clothing categories, including dresses, skirts, rompers/jumpsuits, and a breakdown of accesories
-provide a try-on option where user can select specific pieces to try on together; in other words, allow user to pin more than one item at a time
-enable automatic sorting in the closet so that users can view specific categories based off of the tags -OR- allow users to manually sort the closet so that pictures are displayed in an array more organized than simply the order in which the items were added
-allow for starred outfits to be sorted into folders so that, for example, work outfits may be easily found and distinguished from, say, outfits for going out

Very useful, I’ll stick with it

This is a great, useful app and it has a lot of what I’ve been looking for. It clearly used to be aimed only at men but I can see that they have put in effort to make it suit women’s clothing better (pun intended?), and I’m optimistic that it will continue to improve with updates.

I just wanted to add a couple suggestions to the ones I already see people have added (the reasons I haven’t given 5 stars).

-It would be great to be able to label a clothing piece with more than 2 colors. I have lots of items that are not only 2 colors. I also would like to add more than 2 colors to the outfit filter.

-More color choices might also be nice, or at least more consistency with the color labels. There is no regular “Green” choice, for example, but there are just plain “Blue” and “Purple” options.

-A pants vs. shorts category would be nice instead of simply “bottoms.” More obviously, categories for dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, and rompers as well.

-It would be awesome if I could sort my full wardrobe page by color or style or season, etc and not just by date added.

Great! But, not exactly applicable for women.

I've tried several apps like this, and they've all been either difficult to navigate or super buggy, but I love OutfitPlannerLookscope the most for sure!! It's super simple, super easy. I use it all the time to visualize my outfits and see the different combinations I can make from my closet. I would give it five stars, but as of right now it seems to be targeted only towards men. As a woman, I'd love if they created an update so that you could add things like skirts or dresses/choose what gender clothing you wear before starting your closet. I'll still be using it however, because it's still my favorite of all the others!

Love the App - Some Feedback

I’ve had OutfitPlannerLookscope for a month now, and my first impressions are very positive! It’s very helpful and aesthetically pleasing. I love the format and it’s easy to use. My only criticism is that when I have clothing pinned and go to filters, it changes the outfit entirely. Also, having a way to organize my outfits for warm and cold weather would be incredibly beneficial. Other than that I can’t think of more improvements! Great work, thanks for helping out fashion-challenged people like me.

Intuitive, yet Room for Improvement

The interface of OutfitPlannerLookscope is so much cleaner and user friendly than those of its competitors. There’s no extra social media garbage nor retail search functionality. It’s easy to use, however, I wish OutfitPlannerLookscope had one thing that it’s competitors do: a larger selection of clothing colors so I can really fine tune the experience and accurately put in the colors of my clothing. For example, I’ve had to put a maroon shirt in as red and a teal shirt in as green. That being said, though, OutfitPlannerLookscope is still much cleaner, less buggier, and easier to use than its competitors!

Great app with greater potential

So I am using OutfitPlannerLookscope to organize life and make choosing my outfits fast and efficient each day. I waste a lot of time just staring at my wardrobe feeling overwhelmed and confused—even though it is organized for outfit-pairing! Haha! So enter OutfitPlannerLookscope, which I trust will be a lifesaver for creating outfits.

I only have two issues with the functionality, which is (1) we are very restricted on what tags we may put on the clothes. Why not give us ability to make our own tags? Heck, I would purchase that in-app upgrade!! Also, (2) you can tag individual items, but not outfits. Tagging an individual item, say a camisole, as summer is useless if my outfit layers it with a cardigan and outer coat. Now I’ve got a sweatsuit popping up in my Summer outfits because of that darn cami. 🤣 So, if you want to perfect OutfitPlannerLookscope, please give your clients full reign on tags. It would be a huge burden to those who struggle with focus and overwhelm when faced with too many options and no way to properly eliminate or categorize them.

Thanks!!

Avid user after one year

I've been using Lookscope for one year now and I have to say it's changed how I see my closet and fashion. The interface is simple and easy to use. You can easily upload photos of your clothes and browse through your digital closet. Using OutfitPlannerLookscope has helped me to clear out the clothes I don't wear. No longer do I have pieces of clothing that are hidden in my closet. Whether your closet is minimal or large, OutfitPlannerLookscope will help you make the most of what you have. Being able to classify my clothes by type\season and have OutfitPlannerLookscope make selections has greatly cut down my time deciding what to wear. It's like having a fashion stylist in your pocket 24/7. One other benefit of using OutfitPlannerLookscope is shopping. When I'm out shopping I can look at my closet to see if I have something similar before buying, which saves me money. Or if I don't have that item, I can download or snap a pic and then virtually try it out with clothes I already have. OutfitPlannerLookscope has saved me time, money and space!

LOVE THIS APP!!!!❤️

I love OutfitPlannerLookscope SO much!! You don’t even have to pay to use it normally, but once you want to choose a outfit for a season, you have to pay.😒Though you have to pay for that part of it which is not useful in my opinion, you don’t have to pay for much more besides making a brand. I have had OutfitPlannerLookscope for 5 months now and in my opinion it is one of the most useful apps, before I used OutfitPlannerLookscope it took me 20-30 minutes to pick out my outfit, I had to findall my shirts that I like, all the pants I like, all the skirts I like, all the dresses I like and all the accessories I like. But with OutfitPlannerLookscope all you have to do is take a picture of all of it, then you see if it is cute or not!!!

Easy to use and so useful!

This is the only app I’ve found that has every feature I’d want in a closet app, and doesn’t have in-app purchases. It’s so simple and easy to use, and it’s so fun to swipe through all these combinations of my own clothes and find outfits I love! And I never would have found these outfits w/out OutfitPlannerLookscope because of how many clothes I have, plus I always forget about pieces of clothing that I own that are at the back of my drawers. But now I can see all of them on my phone anywhere I go and can make clothing decisions much easier (including screenshotting a piece of clothing online I want and seeing it with my other clothes to find combinations to see if I’d use that piece of clothing). :)

Exactly what I’ve been looking for.

I needed a way to see my clothes and save outfit combinations. OutfitPlannerLookscope is straightforward and functional. The option to photoshop the background away is really smart, and helps me picture my outfits better. As a non-binary person who feels uncomfortable in feminine clothes some days, the idea of having outfit combinations I already know I’ll feel good in takes away a lot of stress.

In my ideal world, the outfit saving function would let you collage things to account for layering, or look books.

It would be cool to have a dress option, and even more categories like night out, femme, masc, even thrifted (for brands). Even so, I love it the way it is. I’ve tried a few apps like this and they’re a little hard to navigate, or too fussy about adding closet items.

Love this app!

I am a fairly new user and love being able to see what’s in my closet wherever I am. There are a few things I would love to see added. First of all, a zoom function when editing photos would be so helpful. The different sized brushes help a little but I think that if you could zoom in the borders on the clothes could be super clean. Second, I would love a notes section in the description of each piece. This way if you want a brand that OutfitPlannerLookscope doesn’t have available or if it has more than two colors, you can add it in the notes section. In the same vein of this idea, you could have an “Add Brand” option as well as a request. This would only add the brand for your app. This way you can add an item from an obscure brand without waiting to get it approved and adding to the large list of more mainstream brands. I love OutfitPlannerLookscope and I think these changes could really take it to the next level.

Great app! Could be greater

I want to start this off by saying OutfitPlannerLookscope is incredible! It is beautifully designed and has so many great and useful features. If you are looking for a closet app, I would recommend this one.
The one thing I would like to see is more categories. It would be really helpful for me if there was a separate category for belts, bags, jewelry, and accessories. I have to put all of those things in the "other" section, so I am not able to add both a necklace and a belt to my outfits. Maybe this problem could be fixed by allowing multiple items from one category to be added too.
It would also be cool if we could sort our outfits by categories other than just seasons. Sometimes I want to see all my casual outfits, or all my outfits that contain a certain color.
OutfitPlannerLookscope has so much potential for improvement and I really want to see it be great!

I LOVE IT!

its amazing for organizing your clothes. i thought it was a ripoff app like most closet organizers are but this is pretty legit and FOR FREE! the only thing i wish it had was more than 2 color options when inputting an article of clothing since i have a lot of multicolored shirts. other than that, it’s a really cool app to quickly see how outfits would be together. i spent an hour out of my weekend just to take photos of my clothes and put them into OutfitPlannerLookscope , super EASY!
