Stopped for fuel and noticed the unit had switched me to on duty at some point (approx 100 miles back). Extremely difficult to edit the mistake that the unit caused. You have to correct the mistake using a “drivers annotation” which doesn’t even show up on the log itself, only in the notes section. Furthermore, once I attempted to change the mistake, it had a “snowball” effect on the other log entry’s. Some entry’s I was unable to “fix” because the log grayed out the time that I needed to select for the correction. Not intuitive at all. Big headache. Regret switching from BigRoad
What is going on with My20ELD?! Can’t get ahold of customer service. Takes days for them to call you back. I’ve been using My20ELD since April and at first it gave me nothing but problems. Finally figure them out and just two days ago more issues with it. Can’t get any help with it so I’m going to have to switch to another device!
If I could give it zero stars I would. This is by far the worst ELD app on the market: each update it has more bugs than the last update. If you like broken apps that never work correctly not properly save your status. Then this is My20ELD for you. You will find yourself constantly modifying your driving records and logs
Does not work well with Volvo. Maybe a Volvo issue may be the device issue. Not sure. I had a Volvo mechanic checking all electrical on my truck. No problems with my truck. The device can’t find my truck vin number. It does not track miles. Has lots of problems locating where I am. Puts me on-duty and in drive mode while I am sleeping. Had an audit with FMCSA they deemed the device non-compliant. At this point I am weighing my odds in which direction to go. I can only give this company a couple more tries to get to thing Wright. But when your logs look like an Etch-a-Sketch or a child has been playing with how do you submit that to a government official DOT.
I was a fan off the old version of My20ELD. The newest update has too many steps and is not user friendly. All of the walk through steps on the web site are for the old version of My20ELD , and no help with the current version.
Overall I am happy but there are a few things that could be improved;
Trailer information that is supplied on my tower doesn’t show up when logging in.
The paper print out of the daily log sheet is excessive. A lot of this could be condensed IMO.
Way to many steps, the old version was much more user friendly.
Come on tech’s!! Simple is better! Go back to the old version, it was easy to understand and you could access every thing needed with one simple click. Or AT LEAST make it customizable for the user.
App has crashed
I’ve ran My20ELD for going on 2 years. Just like all electronics glitches happen but this eld has done very well. I’ve had issues mainly driver error and they are a phone call away and always friendly and very helpful! I’ve called a handful of times and have never had a long hold time and almost every time the issue is fixed while I’m on the phone. I personally find the eld very user friendly. I was not a fan of giving up paper logs but I had an issue with my iPad and had to run paper for 8 days and I sure missed having My20ELD . If I could rate the customer service they would get 10 stars. Another great thing is you don’t get bounced around to multiple people when fixing an error or asking for advice. In 2years I’ve had multiple road side inspections and so far no log violations. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good dependable eld updates and features get added and if something does go wrong they won’t sweep it under the rug they will figure it out quickly
This is by far the best app for HOS and ELD management. Not even a close second. I love that the product is constantly improviing and getting simpler to use.
These people are Great! They take of any problems and they answer the phone, I had a great experience!!
It’s does what is needed to stay compliant. User interface could a bit better but overall it functions perfect for me on iphone. It’s worth it!!!
Have been using My20ELD and it’s the technology that blows me away along with the simplicity of each function. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
The only thing I’d like differently is to have some sort of odometer log, ie midnight date change mileage and maybe when and where your truck stops for an extended period of time….
My20ELD is better than BigRoad in every way. Couldn’t imagine making my treks with any other app. So many options; furthermore, My20ELD is so intuitive and ahead of the game. Will recommend to my friends and family!
Best customer support hands down , friendly app to use just have a DOT audit and pass with no issues, before I was with a different company BigRoad out of Canada worst customer service ever stay away from them I was on the phone for hours to reach someone to help me
I’ve been using this device for about 3 years. I love it. Always works great and if for some reason there is a glitch or mistake I can give the customer service a call and they can fix it right away. Some of the best customer service I’ve encountered. Very nice and professional
The MY20 ELD app makes using the AG exemption easy peasy! Once activated, it sets a GPS based, 150-air mile radius geofence. Once set, EVERYTHING is automatic. Cross the geofence boundary in either direction and your duty status is changed automatically. Very easy to validate your AG status with an officer on a map on the Drive tab of My20ELD . If your are an AG hauler, don’t settle for anything less than the best, the MY20 ELD!
I have been using the My20 ( Konexiel) for 2.5 yrs. Of all the electronics I use on a day to day basis, My20 has been the best. The units, I have 2, work well and when they don’t, I get prompt service from the folks at My20. The technician Chris is the best tech guy I’ve ever dealt with. He diagnosed and fixed my issues once, while I was 2000 miles from home. Good company excellent service!
Great customer service and easy to use product. Each new version improves my quality of life on the road!
