Our HOA moved to this from Munily and it’s falling short for me. First, I have to open the announcement for a few seconds so that it’s marked as read. Very strange. I get it via email already, I don’t need to scan it again. Second, I can’t see a way to view only unread announcements. Third, Munily has a way for security to contact me to approve a visitor that I hadn’t pre-alerted. It’s a single notification that I can click a button. CondoVive either doesn’t have that or it’s not configured. Fourth, there’s a lot of clicking and typing to enter a delivery service. Eg. We have only one entrance. Why make me select it every time? Munily has a list of common services like Uber and PedidosYa that I can just click on rather than typing them out. All in all, it’s a useful app but it really could use a UX designer to go through the workflows
