Hello. My website savageseamoss.com should be closed but it is accepting orders. I cannot access the website but people can go to savageseamoss.com and place an order. I am on a wild goose chase b/c customers are demanding products that they should not have been able to order. Please advise.

If I could give a negative star, I would. This app is a one page site, which is not a website, and you can’t sell anything, so you might as well call it a blog. It had glitches as well. It would freeze up from time to time. I was deceived when I signed up with the app. I didn’t know I was purchasing a domain name, and they purchase a domain through another service. I decided this app was not going to work for me, so now I have to keep my account open with them for one year. They won’t give me access to my own domain that I purchased. I have a shopify store, and need to buy an email with gsuite, but I can’t even do that, because I need to wait for Universe to log into my domain to finish setting it up. I have not heard back from Universe to do so. I am left waiting. Plus any issue I have with my domain. I have to wait for them to fix the problem. I am not that techno friendly, but I am learning as I go, and I pick on things real quickly. Making someone wait when it is something that can be fixed asap is not right. At least respond with questions in order to fix something. Universe fails to do so. Frustrating to say the least. Another day goes by.

I went to try the 3 day trial and was charged immediately, rather than in 3 days. However, even though I was charged and received a welcome email from Universe, the app does not register that I am charged and will not allow me to use the Pro features. When I reached out to Universe about this issue, they recommended that I ask Apple for a refund, and also told me that Apple might not refund me but if I stay persistent in the request, I may get my money back. Apparently this is a common problem. I don’t like to write negative reviews but I was charged $120 for a service I can’t use, and customer service basically told me to figure it out myself. Especially if your economic situation has been affected by the pandemic like me, it’s not worth the risk to try this service and be billed for nothing. I was trying to save money on my website and look what happened. Smh. Lesson learned.

This is a last resort of trying to get in contact with the developers to give me access to my business site. If I knew they were up and coming I wouldn’t have dedicated so much time and effort to edit my site & so much trust to be able to handle my business page. It’s been more than a month.... which I pay for that I’m not able to access the site and update my menus for my customers which then adds confusion to my sales when they are mentioning outdated posts on my website and I have to explain to them that I’m not able to access it at this moment and that’s why there’s an error. Incredibly unprofessional if you couldn’t handle all types of bugs and errors you should let people know so they don’t waste their time. But if you can please feel free to help me out because it’s really ridiculous !
