App no deja ingresar

Hace mas de 3 semanas que el app Ozom 2.0 no deja hacer sign in. Regrese a Ozom y pude ingresar y ver mis dispositivos pero ahora no deja asociar la cuenta de Ozom y por tanto los dispositivos a Google Home. Muy mala aplicación.
