I like 👍🏻 Nero and their new app rewards; however, not all locations are same in quality of food & coffee ☕️ prep and delivery (freshness and warmth - yes, sometimes it’s not so fully saturated a sandwich 🥪 or still feels semi-frozen!) and most definitely ALL locations have at least one ☝🏻 or two ✌🏻poorly trained, unresponsive, grim or downright rude and condescending staff! It’s unbecoming and…some locations (ahem, near Mall) I don’t even go to at all because of that! Cheers 🥂 and good luck fixing that.🤛🏻

App is good, but there really needs to be a way to save your “home” location as a default and a way to save your regular orders as well.

I downloaded and tried signing up and it wouldn’t let me and said my account was blocked. I get a support email from Yoyo asking for my full name, birthdate, home address, billing postcode and phone number. They tell me they need to run a credit check in order to let me use CaffèNero . This is a rewards and online ordering app, not a credit card! Why would you need all that info? I’m not about to send all my info over email to this unknown third party company just to order a stupid coffee. Never had this problem before with any other app. They seriously need to reevaluate their system because they just lost a customer.

What I like the most about CaffèNero is that it’s easy to use. I generally go to the store and simply use it to pay, and occasionally order in advance. I have also taken advantage of promotions and like the simple stamp system way more than other reward programs. So simplicity and ease of use would be my reasons to give CaffèNero the top rating.

Signed up and account was immediately blocked. FYI I do not leave personal details like home address, birthday, etc. with loyalty apps because they don’t need it. In the days of paper cards you didn’t even have to leave your name!

Never had such trouble with any other loyalty app, and I have dozens including from other famous coffee chains.

So Yoyowallet is obviously doing other stuff with your personal data besides “loyalty” and for this reason Caffe Nero will not have my loyalty.

I had money auto-loaded on to the old app last week. Upon entering a store in Boston, I was informed that the old app no longer works. I also have several rewards credits on the old app. No one can give me a simple answer on how to get my credits moved to the new app. On the Starbucks app, this takes 10 seconds. If it has to do with the email linked to my account, then why haven’t the credits moved over automatically? Dreadful experience thus far.

I’ve got these vouchers from this new app. Out of the 50% of my visit with mobile orders, I either had my drink missing caramel pumps or the people missed my orders. I think there is some improvement to be done so they know when to look at the tablet. That wasted my 10 minutes waiting inside while it should’ve been quick and easy. They aren’t really busy at store.

I’ve been going to cafe nero for a long time so when they released an app, I had to see what was up. Needless to say, CaffèNero works great and really makes the whole process of ordering and getting rewards much easier.

I have tried using the new app several times of late. First time in Wellesley barcode was scanned 4 x for 2 drinks and it took ages of wasted time trying to process the order.
Second time In Burlington mall their system was down so could not use app at all. Third time yesterday in Arlington was the first good and uneventful experience, so the jury is out in terms of rating CaffèNero.

Pretty pathetic response so rating goes down to a 1 star!

Cafe Nero in Arlington, Massachusetts with 'Skippy' as skipper is an examplar of 'how to make an outstanding mocha, how to give outstanding customer service, and how to help the local community through a difficult lock down. Thanks Nero, thanks Arlington, thanks Skippy. You rock!

Easy to use app and my only suggestion is sending notifications when orders are ready.

There is a major disconnect in-store. Baristas often do not see the orders come through so the time estimate is almost never correct.

In addition, CaffèNero doesn’t save your most recent order - slowing down the speed at which you can order.

The coffee is still good tho!

Very good app, much more useful and user-friendly than some other coffee shop apps. Doesn’t hurt that Caffé Nero also has wonderful lattes, so I use CaffèNero rather often.

And now customer service is insisting on asking a bunch of intrusive private information. Bottom line, their customer service is making sure they are not helpful and won’t unblock anything. This is a really weird situation. Yoyo wallet team - never again. I wouldn’t trust them with any information now.

Love to use to get my favorite coffee even faster with the Mobile ordering.

Especially friendly this AM and perfect drink.

Great customer service. My daughter dropped her binkie and they cleaned it for her and packed it nicely and gave it to me as I was leaving. Such nice people!
Also their mocha frappe is the best!

Management short staffs it’s locations, meaning that even if you order online, you have to wait in line to get them to actually make your order. why bother having this functionality?

Bad app. Don’t hVe option to say “simple syrup” for drinks, how if they have it all the time. Also, instead of turning on mobile ordering for stores. They just have it get declined but don’t notify you. So you show up to store and they don’t have the order

When I signed up and verified my phone and my account was immediately locked with no reason. Contacted support, but no response. CaffèNero is 100% not working for me.
