Says have cracker. When trying to open circular gold buffering type logo. Reset cache and clear data, re enter password and same occurs.

In the app under activity I have a cracker from my lasts visit when I click on it, it takes me to the cracker, then freezes the app with the circle in the middle going round in the cracker view as thou its trying to open the cracker, its appears the crackers corrupted I then have to close the app. Previous crackers have worked fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the nero's app and same think happens. My phones a Samsung A12, I've turned the phone off and on again no joy.
