Bad app, expensive service, no customer support

I don’t get how the 2 minute verification took days… then I got sent an invoice for never successfully using the service.
I tried again two months later, the garbage app won’t even let me sign in.
Dirty cars

Every single car I’ve used in the past month was filthy and messy, inside and out. Using the built-in navigational system has led to enormous report for using improper road. Oh - the fine is coming from Tel Aviv municipality, which runs this service. So I guess the fines are part of the pricing.

האוטו לא הניע. נתקעתי בכפר ויטקין והייתי צריך למצוא כבלים.
הנציג ענה מהר, אבל לצערי האשים אותי במקרה והתחצף אלי וגם ניתק עלי.

היה נחמד אם היה טיימר שמראה כמה זמן עבר מאז ההתנעה או ההגעה לרכב,
וכמובן מחכה כבר לאפשרות לדווח דרך האפליקציה על נזקים טרם ההתנעה,
